I purchased a Jeep Wrangler at this dealership. Everything was fine until I went to pick up the vehicle that was supposedly ready for me to pick up. When I get there, I noticed the vehicle did not have a front plate and no inspection sticker. Salesman tells me they can’t put a sticker on because it doesn’t have front plate and they don’t know what kind of plate holder the vehicle requires. So I accept the vehicle the way it is, I find a plate holder for the front bumper, I ordered it and installed it myself. Sent this dealership the invoice for the plate holder and have not been reimbursed for the license plate holder nor the Safety inspection sticker. It’s also clear that they did not detail the vehicle nor looked at it because I had to take it somewhere else to get the turn signals repaired and address an issue with the radio plus antifreeze fluid and brake fluid was low. Makes a person wonder what the service fee /detailed fee was for. Lastly, be careful when you buy a warranty for your used vehicle. Make sure you read the fine print before you sign. Learn from my mistakes. Overall, we like the Jeep, but service could’ve been better.
"I had a disappointing experience with the service department at Volkswagen Dealership silko I brought my car in for a fuel injector replacement, and while the initial repair seemed fine, my car broke down twice shortly after. Both times, I had to get it towed back to the dealership.
It turns out the technicians failed to install the retaining clips for the fuel injectors, causing them to come loose and shut the car down. This could have been avoided if the job had been done correctly the first time.
While the dealership eventually fixed the issue, the repeated breakdowns, towing, and inconvenience were unacceptable. I expected better attention to detail and accountability from a silko Volkswagen dealership. I hope they take this as a learning opportunity to improve their quality
