Is it possible to leave minus stars? On New Year's Eve 2022, in the afternoon, we noticed that a trim piece beneath the bumper of my Camry was dragging along the road. Most shops were closed; John answered the phone and curtly said he could remove the piece or repair it. We said we were on our way; we had to drive slowly. Perhaps 15 minutes later (it wasn't yet 3 PM) we arrived to find he had closed up. That felt unkind and ungracious at the very least. I rang his phone and no one answered, even a message. Did we take too long to get there? Sorry, John, if that was the case. But anyone who wants to deal with him should be aware of a certain selfish rudeness in the business plan.
These folks are some of the most honest repair folks who have worked on our families cars. They are willing to send you elsewhere when they run into issues that they don’t know how to fix instead of patching things short term. They stick to their repair estimate costs as well. Highly recommended.
If we could give negative stars I would. Do not take your car here. I repeat do not take your car here. My son brought his car here to get an estimate on work that was needed for his car. They never contact him nor wrote up any type of estimate for the work that the car would need. Instead they went ahead and completed about $500 worth of work without any authorization. Now they are holding my son's car until they receive payment. I know times are hard for businesses everywhere but this is not the way to make ends meet for your business. Looking at the complaint filed against your business with the Better Business Bureau in December 2019 some questionable business practices may be the norm for you which is a shame.
