The people who work there act like they are doing you a favor by letting you buy their products. The demolition guys are ignorant and rude.

S&J Exco is outstanding in the quality of their wood, and in the service they provided. We were only at the cape for a few days and they were totally understanding and accomodating. We've used others who were nearly impossible to reach and respond. So glad we found S&J and from now on we won't settle for less. Thank you S&J.

First time I have ordered mulch through S&J. I stopped at the office and the girls in the office were extremely nice and pleasant. I called about a week later to order the delivery and again the girls in the office extremely nice and pleasant and made the process easy. It was delivered on time and put where I asked. Even the delivery guy was great to deal with. The mulch is clean and fresh. Will use them again in the future.

Had 1/2 load of wood delivered. Delivery was quick and the driver placed it perfectly where I requested. The wood burns well and is good quality.

Had a truck load of metal and 2 boat engines to recycle. Huge place . Everyone we spoke to were helpful since it was our 1st visit. Visit their Website for more info. They take multiple items. So happy to get rid of things laying around for yrs.

This review is for the truck driver that aggressively tailed our car on the highway. We moved over to the right lane to let him pass because we felt in danger, and when we did, he purposely drove his car over the lane nearly driving us off the road and onto the shoulder to avoid hitting him. He proceeded to tail every car on the left lane, getting so dangerously close putting everyone’s lives at risks. S&J, if you would like further info to identify the driver, I have the license plate information and the date/time we were out.

I ordered 4 yards of natural topsoil from Maine & couldn’t be happier with the prompt service & delivery of this high quality product. After spreading the 4 yards realizing how great the soil was, I ordered 5 more yards! We have a “ cape cod lawn”, just natural grasses & weeds, and the difference is noticeable after just a week. I’ll get enough to finish our yard when my back recovers .

My first time bringing in scrap metal. Place is easy to navigate, and staff were very helpful. Got a few bucks for my old dryer, much better than paying $35. to have it removed by appliance dealer!

I have worked with S & J Ecco for many months personally now. The company I work for, has done business with them since the beginning. They are very professional. From the girls in the scale house (Jenna and Nicki) to the yard workers I have dealt with (Nat and Pat). If you ever have a chance to use them, I am sure you will have an excellent experience like I have with them.

Have been regularly dumping demo and scrap metal here for about four years. Very streamlined operation and rarely a wait time to dump. The guys in the transfer station are conscientious machine operators and will help you if you're having trouble. I also get my landscape products from S&J. Great quality and variety of product. The girls in the office are very helpful, proficient and polite. Easy location to get to as well.

They were great helping me getting a landscape job done. Helena in the office was able to space out the deliveries in a smaller truck to access the property from the back. Save me lots of labor($) moving loam. The driver tried 2 or 3 different angles to get the product right where we needed it. Thanks S and J!!

Great employees and products, from scraping metal to landscape needs, and demolition transfer station, it's the one stop shop got a question just ask them and they will point you in the right direction. Oh and the plant mix is awesome for your gardens mine has never grown so good since I bought it.

The lady in the office was extremely rude and needs to be trained better with how to conduct herself in a professional manner. My kids unfortunately witnessed her being completely disrespectful to their father and that is unacceptable. Regardless if your upset with your job you should not display it to the customer especially if there is children present. Really unhappy with her behavior. I recommend professionalism training for her. * Update: The company has responded to the actions we experienced which was very nice to know they had taken account for the behavior of the employee and plan on addressing them about it. I have used S & J for a variety of services over the years, and they have always provided me with top notch assistance and products. Clear communication and proper coordination is something you can always expect from S & J. Your business can depend on them to show up on time, deliver the expected services, and be there for you. The staff in the front office are always there to help, and are always super nice. They are accommodating and friendly to everyone from the big contractor, to the homeowner stopping in to grab a few yards of mulch in the Spring. The facility is neat, organized, and easy to navigate. They are also quick when it comes to loading your vehicle, and know how to do it properly. I have been able to count on S & J for friendly and reliable service for years now.

I have only had great experiences with this company. The drivers are always polite and happy to help. The front office has been great with product knowledge and scheduling of the deliveries and swap outs. The product as a whole has been great! I have been able to turn the mulch the last two springs and it looks brand new again.

Their receptionists are terrible. We run a landscaping business and whenever I call or my husband goes in for products, the people running the desk are uniformed and carry a noticeable tone of attitude in their voice. Will be looking into taking our business elsewhere, where the staff is more personable, friendly and professional.
