Stop & Shop has noticeably lowered prices as advertised, though there’s still room for further reductions. The store is well-organized with plenty of parking, a great variety of products—especially the ice cream section—and fresh, beautiful flowers.

Nice store overall. Biggest complaint was when my party and I went to check out in a lane that was open, and a young lady was on her phone the entire time. No hello, no how are you, not even a thank you for coming. Just handed us the receipt and kept talking on her phone. Completely unprofessional. Not sure what the managers were doing or how this was even allowed, but seem like they all need some training.

It's big, got lots of stuff. Not local, but if Shaws is out, or friends etc, try here. It's usually very busy, not as user friendly, and prices aren't necessarily better than other places...

Huge. Has everything at high prices. It ain't Market Basket. I did like it though.

I shop regularly at this Stop and Shop store. On Sunday, I was shopping and I noticed that an LGBTQ flag is prominently displayed in the checkout area. While I understand the store’s desire to be inclusive, I personally feel uncomfortable when social or political messages are highlighted in a shopping environment. I would prefer that the store maintain a neutral atmosphere where all customers, regardless of beliefs, feel equally comfortable.

This is a nice store in a great location. On and off the highway easily. Typical setup with pharmacy and bank inside. What ever you can't get, it's probably available juat ask i want thank my good friend Kevin he allows there if I need help

Nice store, but do NOT use the self checkout - it’s janky and old and will throw a million errors before you can check out.

I loved the fresh produce section! A clean, welll stocked store with quick check outs. Highly recommended

The deli counter at this store is always a disaster! Slow and lazy is their motto. I stood for 45 minutes today and had to leave finally as my number wouldn’t be called for another 45! Terrible!

I literally haven't been able to go into this store without an issue in years. It's always something. I try again every now and then, but there's always a problem, usually related to the staff, but it just seems like such a poorly managed location overall. Go to Shaw's instead, you'll thank me.

I’m a newbie in the area and didn’t realize there was a pre-order function at the deli counter. You can make your order while your shop around and when you’re finished, you can come by to pick it up. It’s a great idea if you know about it. And of course now I do. But if you don’t know about it, you are screwed. I saw three people working at the deli counter so I figured I was minutes away from being served since there would only be six ahead of me. It took 40 minutes for that one poor soul who is serving only those waiting at the counter. OK so now I know, but it would’ve been nice to know beforehand And add another person if the wait is more than 10 minutes.

Quality grocery store on the Cape. Clean, has everything needed, and a great layout. Employee wasted no time in offering me the store card and saving me 20% on my order. Loved my experience, and for a place so close to the house it is amazing. Sadly did not take any pictures.

Good selection. Some good deals with Stop & Sho p card. Biggest supermarket east of Hyannis and for whole Outer Cape. More expensive than Market Basket in Bourne.

Stop and Shop should close and Market Basket should take them over. I will allow that the Stop and Shop on Eastham Cape Cod is better than other Stop and Shops. But they should all close. Yep they are that terrible.

Brand new stop n shop gas station with a few cold drinks and a few snacks inside nit a big selection bit they are trying to rent space inside I'm sure dunks or Starbucks will be there soon.

Incredibly pricey with equally incredibly rude staff. Hurt my arm and took some time to pack my groceries. The cashier, instead of assisting, chose to sigh loudly, roll her eyes, and push all of our groceries down the conveyor so she can chat with the employee making a purchase behind us.

We spent several days in the Cape and needed some groceries, so this Stop & Shop was the closest supermarket available. After spending far too much time just trying to find some basic supplies, it was time to check out. We chose the self check-out because that's what we use at our Wegmans Supermarkets back home and they work well. Unfortunately, the self check-out system in THIS store isn't ready for prime time and kept screwing up when I tried to scan items. Of course, the system would then summon an attendant for assistance every time there was a problem. The woman who came over to fix the scanner problems must be living one really miserable life because she made me feel like the scanner kept screwing up only because I was using it. Talk about a nasty attitude. Apparently, she was also trained to treat everyone like they're stealing groceries. Not the kind of experience I was expecting while buying groceries. Sadly, it looks like your options for supermarkets in this area are limited. That's painful because, in addition to outrageously high prices for so many items, Stop & Shop corporate really needs to fix some major service issues in this store to improve the experience for all their customers. I have always found the Stop and Shop Pharmacy to be helpful – they answer the phone promptly and seem eager to help. However, I must call out Susan recently for exceptional service – she advised me my COVID medicine had a high cost even with insurance and gave me a great tip for downloading a coupon that reduced the cost to zero. She stayed with me on the phone the entire time I was downloading the coupon and took the information over the phone. I recognize that jobs in the pharmacy industry are especially stressful now with all the various demands so it’s a treat to be able to receive unexpected great service.

Around 4 pm today two Orleans, MA Stop & Shop employees were standing in front of an aisle with produce on the floor, holding a broom to clean up the produce debris. I wanted an item in the aisle so I kept shopping and would check back every so often to see if the aisle was swept up so that I could bring my cart down it. Over 20 minutes went by and they hadn't done a thing. The one holding the broom saw that I wanted to get down the aisle and kept ignoring me. They had their Stop & Shop uniform on so I know they work there. I would think they could sweep and talk, but instead they just stood there, laughing and talking in a foreign language (I think Spanish) but not doing anything. I think management at the store needs to watch some of their employees better since they don't have a good work ethic.

Nicole at the deli was all alone with 6 customers in line. Her professional demeanor and positive attitude made sure each customer was happy and satisfied. She truly epitomizes customer service.

Stop and Shop of Orleans has improved their sushi tremendously the past year. Ngun is so polite and makes great sushi with great tasting ingredients. I WAS going elsewhere for sushi but I’ve changed that because of the quality of product they’re putting out, not to mention the great customer service.

I went into this Stop & Shop early on a Friday morning. I just needed to pick up a couple of things that were on sale, according to the weekly flyer. The sales tags weren’t up yet (since it was early in the day and they hadn’t gotten around to it yet), so I was trying to figure out if a certain item was the one that was on sale. An employee was there and, without me even asking, went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the item that I wanted. She was so friendly and helpful. Then I went to the meat section and looked at the ground turkey that was listed on sale, and another employee made sure that I was getting the correct one..again, without me even asking! I was really impressed with the friendliness and customer service in this store. One minor complaint (thus the 4 stars): the new policy is you have to buy paper bags for $.10 each, and I had to buy one when I forgot my own bag. It ripped when I brought it to the car, and it wasn’t even heavy.

I'm a Stop and Shop girl through and through, and wanted to love this place but don't. It's super clean and they have all the same cheap organic stuff you can get at any other S&S... But why no self-checkout? Especially when employees seem more interested in themselves than in helping you...

I was a loyal stop N shop patron but the price$ are clearly in the gouging arena. In addition the produce is absolutely horrendous. It's obvious to me they have compromised quality/ for there own ....greed, I will guess. No more meat cutters, terrible quality meats. My opinion is formed from shopping at Shaw's & taking the trip to Market Basket by the bridge....yes it's worth the ride- I do plan inorder to maximize my travels. The only reason I've given 2 Stars is due to the pharmacy and the pharmacist Adam who along with staff is stellar, so Thank You to them & shame on you stop N shop. No more

I am very lucky to have this beautiful and clean Stop &Shop in my area. Lot’s of stuff on the shelfs, also different variety of international spices and ingredients! Every department works hard to satisfy their customers.Big thanks for the deli department’s workers (special to the the older guy who is always so helpful and polite ) My favorite is the seafood department because the guy who makes the sushi is the BEST !! He deserves to have a jar for the tips! Last week we missed his sushi ,it just didn’t taste the same with the new replacement guy. Customer service is 5 stars! The cashiers are nice too! On the product department ,Steve is the only one who helps me. Starbucks is awesome and I can’t wait for the holiday chestnut coffee! Thank you Stop &Shop ,every time I leave the store satisfied!
