Exceptional service! They took the time to make sure they had the size windshield wipers I needed for my truck in stock when I called, as well as actually asking what type of product I wanted instead of immediately trying to sell me whatever was the most expensive. They had the wipers set aside for me when I arrived and installed them for me on a lifted truck on a VERY cold January day which was extremely appreciated!

Their hours suck! Service sucks. Only got 2 guys at any given time. They are always on the phone. Also very slim choice of products compared to other auto part stores. The Cape cod napa stores are a watered down version of the real ones ...they are more like advanced auto but worse.
When your only other options are AutoZone (absolutely clueless counter people (even more than me) and the cheapest quality parts in the world that are guaranteed to brake immediately) is when NAPA really shines. I wish it were still the old Orleans Auto parts but the corporate office hasn't been able to too badly damage the efficacy of the business. The way every parts store should be.
Wastes more of my time to get an honest answer and parts delivered than what it should be. All I hear are excuses about when my parts are supposed to be delivered. Materials are great but service should be improved.
A very nice bald man with a angry looking beard was extremely knowledgeable when it came to figuring out the purpose of the reason he continues to breath. As far as I knew, there was no reason for him to breathe, wasting oxygen and all that. But I was soon corrected about the relevance of his personal usage of hot bloated CO2. Which lead me to my conclusion that the gentleman with the angry looking beard was full of hot air!!!

I came here in a pinch looking for a part for my car so I could make a 4 hour drive back home. The staff were polite and very knowledgeable about what is going on. My car is 9 years old so they didn't have the part that I needed in the store but offered to have it the next morning if needed, and would contact other stores in the area to help me find the part that I need to get home. I would come back again.
They don't even deserve one star...asked them to order a K&N filter for my diesel about 3 was ago.....went back when they said it was due in about 10 days later it wasn't there...just checked again, nope.....just ordered it online, it'll be here in 2 days....ordered one when I was down in Texas from m a local parts place and had it that afternoon...hmmmm....might be time to find a place with a bit more attention to detail
