I brought my '21 Tiffin Motorhome (Cummins 380 + 10KW generator, Allison Trans., Freightliner chassis) in for gen oil change and to check engine for possible oil leak. Jason and Karl are great to work with, listened to my concerns, and found no serious issues. I had them do my 30K mile service checklist items while there. They always answered my questions professionally & politely. The work was done quickly. The bill was very reasonable, and I will definitely use them for my future service needs. Great job guys!
Came in late in the day with broken airlines at the fittings. Parts department did not have parts in stock. Tom Babcock and his team went out of their way, and took the part off of a brand new truck in premises, and was able to get me back on the road immediately.

Mornings, my truck (730,000 miles) was hard to start. After a couple of discussions the thought was it needed new cups and injectors, about $8000 to $8500. After they had a chance to check it out, they found it was only a fuel line fitting leaking. Their honesty saved me about $8000. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Karl and the crew.

Only had one other truck center experience and I felt my input on what was wrong with the truck, description not diagnostics, was met with underhanded remarks.
Here, not at all. Though my descriptions can be lacking the mechanic vocabulary, the head mechanic take my description, writes it down, and it gets taken care of. Even the guys actually working on the truck are friendly she willing to explain the stuff going on with my truck. Can't say it's the best, but I can say I've been satisfied with them as a company driver.
Highly recommend, had a small issue with my truck, Brian and Jason knew exactly the problem was able to fix right away even tho they were busy. Just have to becarefull entering to the street that their business is on, city decided they should put cones on the turns which makes it difficult for eighteen wheelers to turn and watch out for the ditchs
Jason and Brian were awesome this morning! Prompt and friendly first thing carries a monumental amount of weight for me as you hear lots of horror stories with outside dealers. "It's not that you make a mistake It's how you take care of it after the fact" I had an issue with Bergey's that has since been taken care of by Mr. Brown as a business owner I know the trials of dealing with STUFF, all I can say is if you have a problem with Bergey's bring it up in a right way and they'll take care of it. I will be using them in the future for my truck needs first class company with top notch employees.

Bergeys to the rescue once again ! I took my truck to Potomac Mack Volvo in Hyattsville,Md to get my clutches calibrated they didn’t do the job correctly…so I called Bergeys to see if they could fit me in and they had me up and running the next day and always do the jobs right ! I wouldn’t recommend Potomac Mac to anybody because they wouldn’t pay my bill at Bergeys or even try to make things right! Thanks again Bergeys !

While I was trying to explain my problem, a tall and old person talk to me badly. yes i am immigrant but i bought truck from here and i would expect it to be a little more understanding towards me.

Best place to stop for getting emergency as well as routine work to done on Volvo truck. Service mgr and my mechanic where just professional and very courteous. This place needs to be updated. There break room customers was discussing. This was first time here. And if there was another waiting room for customers somewhere I should have been told.
Best place I’ve ever had my truck worked on. Very knowledgeable friendly and informative mechanics management and mechanics did a great job on my truck they wouldn’t let me leave until we figured out the problem. I would definitely come here again hands down.

Won't be going back. Had truck In for repair took 8 days to get it back. Just to have steeri g box replaced. They knew truck was coming in and did not order part. This is not the first time we have had problems there.
