Our RV with a Ford E450 chassis broke down in Hagerstown, MD. We called truck repair services, Ford dealers, RV centers and a mobile RV service, but couldn't get anyone to help us out, until we found Billy from D&D. He came out, tried tons of stuff, called for reinforcements (thanks Gary!), and made sure we got to the Ford dealer safely. When the dealership couldn't help us, Billy stayed with us, helping us sort out our options. The service was above and beyond! Five stars is not enough for this business. Thank you for everything!
On a sub-zero windy day, we had a wheel bearing go out on our car trailer. After a half-dozen calls, we finally found D&D, who said they could come out and take a look at it. Jimmy and Billy showed up with a rollback and a utility truck and got to work. They came up with a way to get the trailer up onto their rollback with the tongue resting on the rear apparatus used to flat tow a second car. Then they carefully transported our broken trailer to a service shop 40 minutes away under normal driving conditions. We really appreciated their hard work and creativity on a very cold day when most companies were telling us the earliest they could come look was tomorrow morning.
D&D Towing is highly recommended. When my fuel pump went out on my 14' box truck D&D was there to pick it up within 15 minutes. This is incredible turnaround time as it will prevent me from losing a days work. Billy, the operator, was professional and skilled at loading, unloading, and traffic awareness and safety. The bill was surprisingly low compared to my last tow when AAA had called another company after my suburban broke down on the interstate. Thank you D&D. I will be sure to tell everyone of my experience.
Fui a recoger un reefer de un compañero al cual le estaban arreglando fallas de su camion...las personas del lugar me ayudaron a enganchar y me permitieron quedarme ahí..a esperar tuviera tiempo para trabajar en mi log-book...a mi compañero lo atendieron muy bien ..incluso le ofrecieron comida y agua...muy considerados todo el personal...gracias a nombre mio y de mi compañero
Over priced, State Police Called for the over priced service into no regards if someone can afford it. They charge $100 a day for a trailer of storage (SCAM) and $50 a day of storage for a pick up truck (ALSO SCAM).
No one wants to work with you that’s why you rely on state police to call.
Not to mention the $700 Tow bill for 10 miles of towing absolutely ridiculous. And staff is out of their mind , this company does not know what customer service is they don’t know what a friendly smile is only RBF I know you hate your life but smile when some one is giving you money!

Our truck broke down unexpectedly last weekend and we needed a tow truck (and quick) so the landfill wouldn’t close first! We called D&D and they were great! A truck had arrived and we were loaded up in under 30 minutes! Then they were kind enough to take us to our mechanic shop where we were able to catch a ride. The driver was friendly and kind and definitely efficient! The whole process was over in an hour, I was so shocked in the best way! Thank you D&D, I hope not to have to call again soon, but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate!
We broke down on Rt.. 70 just outside of Hagerstown on 8/31. As we are from out of town we didn’t know who to call. Luck was with us and we called D & D. Within a few minutes a very kind man I believe his name was Gary. He towed us to a great repair shop. Wonderful service. We thank you!
We broke down on the side of a busy highway on a Sunday morning. We called the company and Gary answered. He was able to tow our car within an hour of the phone call. He even let us ride along with him. Gary was professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company.
I love the service I recieved here. My car was in a accident, they towed it to their garage and made sure it was kept behind locked gates. I had to show ID to go and clean it out. Plus I had to give them permission to allow adjusters in from insurance co. Their staff is friendly and will make sure you understand everything regarding your tow to the safety of storing your vehicle. I will use them again if the need ever arises again. I highly recommend them.
The customer service at this shop is ABSOLUTELY terrible. My final bill far exceeded the repair estimate without any explanation. They also added a 3% convenience without telling me. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation. This is an unreliable mechanic shop.
My family and I was coming back from Akron Oh from the All American Soap Box Derby on I-70 and had a flat tire on our trailer. Called D&D and they came out immediately to our help on a Sunday afternoon. I will always be in there debt. Thank you so much!
These folks are amazing. We lost a bearing on our RV, and navigated to the wrong place. They don't do RVs in general, but they took us in and got us taken care of. It looked like we were going to have to replace the axle. It was supposed to be a four to six week wait for a new axle, but they were able to get it fixed and we were back on the road within 48 hours. Would highly recommend them.
I had muck needed work done on my trailer at there location. They were a little expensive but did get the job done promptly. I Do recommend their service.
