If I could I give this place a zero. I have never written a review before cuz I’m just not that type of person but I just could not believe how I was just treated by the staff in this place. I was there on February 9th to change a dead key fob, all went well the guy working was nice and quick. Well today on February 27 I go to unlock my car in the morning and my fob was dead again. So first thing I did that morning was go back to batteries plus to see if they could change it cuz there’s no reason for a battery that was just replaced to be dead little more than two weeks later. When I walk in it’s an old lady working and I tell her my situation, and she asks for a receipt or my name or number. I don’t have my receipt bc honestly who keeps those around in 2026 and I’m not a frequent customer there so my name isn’t in the system. I show her my banking app to show I was there on the 9th, but then she goes on to call me a liar and how is she supposed to know I didn’t come in for something else. I’ve worked in retail for 7 years, you don’t accuse a customer of lying, especially one that has proof they came into the shop. I ask her to check the charge and she even tells me the battery is very low. After going back and forth with her for a short time she precedes to snatch my keys off the counter and yells at me “I’ll change the damn battery” and storms off into the back and slams the door open. Never in my life have I seen someone snap like that so abruptly, like it was as if someone literally flip her snitch. It honestly caught me so off guard bc yes it was an argument, but never did I lose me cool or speak rudely in anyway. Thankfully she changed my battery and it’s working, but someone needs to train that women how to speak to ppl. Even as I walked in her demeanor was as if she was annoyed. I don’t recommend anyone going in if that women is working or she might accuse you of lying and also give a tantrum performance.
Was told two drastically different things over the phone and in person in regards to pricing for the removal of my damaged battery. The man with longer hair at the front desk was extremely condescending and rude. will not be returning and do not recommend this location. The worst customer service i’ve experienced
Incredible experience! Ian diagnosed my problem and replaced the battery in my Tacoma truck in 10 minutes! My truck wouldn’t start after Pilates class. Luckily, Batteries Plus is a couple doors down from Club Pilates so we walked over to see if the key fob battery was out. Ian checked the key fob battery; it was OK. He then checked the truck battery and it was not ok. He then replaced it with a Duracell battery! All within 10 minutes. Did I mention it was 25 degrees? Thank you Ian. You just earned our future business from Batteries Plus!!!
I bought a battery for my Harley at the end of October of last year I keep the bike in a garage on a battery tender always I went to start it battery dead I charge it on my battery charger until it was fully charged as soon as I tried to start the bike the gauge on my charger went into red again this battery was bad took it back the employee told me it was a few weeks out of warranty was nothing they could do she then said well you got a year out of it but it should have lasted longer know kidding even though the employees were pleasant I had to buy another battery which set me back 135 bucks to say I was disappointed is a understatement a business should stand behind the products they sell and a battery should last longer than a year
They fixed my iPhone 12 mini battery and screen so I could retrieve my photos and data that I otherwise couldn’t access. I was denied by Apple and Geeksquad, but Batteries+Bulbs was able to fix my phone and gave me a great price.
JOSH IS THAT MAN. He took such good care of us and was able to figure out the problem that my phone had quickly and efficiently. I would trust him with everything else that I should need in the future. 10/10 recommend. Would definitely go back. He is very knowledgeable.
My Lexus fab disintegrated and Chris at Battery Plus quickly offered help and exceeded my expectations. Programming a new fab was challenging but Chris persevered and I am most grateful. I definitely recommend Battery Plus
Excellent service and honest. Took my phone in because it appeared the camera glass was broke. The gentleman went to replace and identified it was just the dust cover that shattered so he removed. When i went back to pick it up he advised. I appreciate that he could have lied but he didn't.
I was having issues with my car key. It was unresponsive and when I came to see what the issue was, the service was excellent! The worker who helped me was kind, polite, professional and very honest. They were able to solve the issue and it didn't take long at all. I really appreciate their honesty and I am highly satisfied with the service I received.
Josh is AMAZING! I needed a battery for my car. Called Batteries plus and spoke to Josh. He was extremely helpful and even installed my new battery! I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend this store and Josh!!!
Josh tested our 8 year old AGM battery, even though it was obviously dead, then steered us to the less expensive of two options. Once installed, the new battery brought our RV to life with no further trouble. Thanks, Josh.
I broke my screen on my iphone 13 max. Scheduled and had it fixed the very same day while I waited. Took about a half of an hour. Fixed and working perfectly. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
This place is a rip off. They charged me 170.00 to fix the screen on my sons I phone 12.
they repaired only the front.
3 weeks later my son sat his phone down (regular pressure) and the whole thing shattered.
I took it back and the manager said that this doesn't fall under warranty and said he'd charged me the full price for repairs
. I was livid and so disappointed. Take your phone's and computers to a trusted shop. B4 you good here
My phone screen was fixed but a few days later the screen went dark. It was the whole time in my computers bag, once I brought it back to the place they opened it and showed me the rust saying it was damaged by water. Which it absolutely wasn’t. I can’t prove anything of course, but I know that the phone was not exposed to water. My money of course wasn’t returned and they wouldn’t offer to fix it for free either. Very disappointed.☹️
Bought spare smart key fobs from Amazon for $20 and was able to get them programmed here for $80. $100 total compared to over $400 through the dealership. Batteries Plus Bulbs did a great job! They even cut the emergency key for the car door. Fast service, no appointment necessary, and my new smart key works great! Didn't know they could do this. A much cheaper alternative. Spread the word!

Liz was exceptionally helpful and amazing at her job. She went above and beyond to help me in the parking lot with my car after her shift was done in 22 degree weather. No hat no gloves back n forth. Everything she did she didn’t have to do and I’m forever grateful for her service and product knowledge. I even had to return the next day to ask her more questions, she remembered me and was eager to help once again. Zachery comes from the back to assist and they both got me together quick fast and in a hurry. They didn’t take over my lunch break. In and Out! They both deserve a raise!!! Recently I learned of Battery Plus in California MD. I needed the battery in my iPhone replaced. Best Buy wanted to keep my iPhone for 3 to 5 days for the replacement. I took it to Battery Plus they replaced my battery within 1 hour. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Battery Plus for a battery replacement or purchasing batteries. They stock all kinds of batteries from watches to car batteries. They have two locations this one and Prince Frederick. Zachery thank you for excellent customer service.

There aren't many places in this area to get your phone repaired, so I'm glad to say we've lucked out with this location.
Recently, I damaged my phone so severely to a point where the screen was incapable of displaying more than a green flickering screen. Now, I have a phone that has an incredibly low ifixit score, so I was worried about whether or not it could be repaired. Fortunately, this location has a highly skilled device technician that was able to repair the device in an impressively short amount time.
On top of this quick and expert service, there was nothing but friendliness from every person working here. Not to mention, the price accurately reflects the cost of the part as well as the service.
All in all, this is the place to go for phone repairs.
Where do I even start , I went into bestbuy first where they wouldn’t even look at my phone to see if they could fix it . The guy behind me said check this place out because he seen me ready to cry because my screen wouldn’t work and I didn’t back my phone up and was about to lose all my photos . From the minute I walked in to the store to the minute I walked out ZACH was nothing but AMAZING ! I told him what was going on with my phone he said let me try cleaning the charging port first to see if that fixes the problem , boom problem fixed ! He checked the port because it wasn’t letting me charge it on a wall unit and told me I needed a new port . I told him I would be back in a few days to order one and have him fix it for me . I will tell everyone I know to come here for any phone problems before they go to bestbuy and ask for Zach !!! He needs to be promoted simply for his amazing customer service and his professionalism ! Thank you again Zach you have no idea how much I appreciate you !!!!

Went into the store with the assumption my phone was toast, with the amazing help of Ben and regal got my phone fixed and made 2 amazing friends. Can't reccomend this place enough. if they can't fix it there in store,they have no problem telling you who can or what other ways you could fix your issue. 10/10
My iPhone puked, screen was blank battery dead. Andrew knew just what to do. Had the parts in stock and they were almost $300 cheaper than Best Buy which is where Verizon sent me. I was very happy with the work, the personal in the story, and the resulting outcome for my phone. They are all very kind, professional and attentive. My experience could not have been more positive.
