We had a blow out on our class c RV and pulled off on side of highway. We were there for 25 hrs, we are senior citizens. We have triple A and roadside assistance which was very expensive however no one won one out and help us. We finally found Wills, he was very helpful in changing our tire and Getting us back on the road.

Daddy just used him when he was having car trouble. Had him on the way in short order. Highly recommend.

Im really in shock! I have never had this experience before. Why is this company taking a service call, going to the place without the part that they already knew was needed and still charging for a service that in reality they did not complete. They know they don’t have the part but still charge. What puts the cherry on top was that this company was also charging $100 for a $20 fire extinguisher. A lot of my fellow truck drivers saw me on the side of the road and couldn’t believe that this service company was being such a hassle compared to our other well known service companies.

Blew out a tire yesterday dropping my youngest to school - 30 min from the destination in Delaware. Used my spare last month and was in no hurry to replace it (bad move) so I was forced to improvise. A lady named "Katie" at a local tire (McCarthy's) repair shop I called suggested Will and put him in touch with me directly. Although she was only 9 mi away that would've required another 2 hours waiting on AAA or my insurance motor club to show up. I was pleased to hear her tell me that if he had the tire or could get one he could change it for me on site. A tire DELIVERY service??!! Yes please! Cost me $450, tire + labor + 2 hours delay getting her to school (Will and his guy only took 30 min to mount and install). They would have gotten there sooner, but I wasn't as clear as I could have been based on all the trees/no street signs near me on rt 301 so he ended up going the wrong direction and wasting almost 40 minutes. It was worth the extra couple hundred bucks to get all this sorted out without a tow. Luckily it didn't happen on the Bay Bridge - which apparently is where that telltale "tick-tick you're tire is compromised" sound first occurred. That would have ruined everybody's Friday afternoon for sure including mine had it blown out on the bridge. Your boy might have been on the news traffic report lol. Broke down at 11:15a and was back on the road by 1:15p... Not a bad outcome for what seemed disastrous initially. I had thoughts of putting my kid in an Uber to get her to school and me having to figure out a way to get all her dorm stuff to her after the fact. Will's Road Service saved the day. Whew. Thank goodness.

I was on my way to my aunt and uncles house and broke down and Will’s Roadside service was great and towed my car back to his shop and fixed my car (alternator and belt) it was done in a timely manor and affordable.

Will come out on his birthday to tow my niece's car which needed a n alternator and belt. - she was left sitting half an hour away on a Saturday. He went above and beyond for her and fixed everything quickly and affordably. Can't recommend this business enough. Thank you Will!

Highly recommend Will and his crew! they were very quick to respond when we broke down towing our camper thru MD on rt 301. We could tell how much they cared and wanted to get us back on the road. trying multiple things since there wasn't an apparent cause. With in 2 hours they had our truck up and running and we were back on the road!

Great service! Highly recommend. My partner and I needed a tow back to northern VA at 12am and these guys were quick to respond. The driver made it a great and enjoyable experience for a long ride back. 10/10 👍🏻

I was broken down at a Park and Ride. They came over to look at my vehicle and ensure they couldn't fix the problem before towing me. Lane was very helpful and friendly. They recommended another garage since they couldn't help and got me there.

My bike died on the way back from the Delaware State Fair. I was in someone's driveway, enduring a thunderstorm and called my Roadside. They found Will's and I am glad they did. Will and his co worker (I am so sorry I forgot your name) came within 45 minutes and got my bike loaded and ran me and my bike home. Awesome, professional, nice I don't have enough words for them..They are awesome

30 min response time. $165 to put on a spare tire. A little pricier than expected. But good and friendly driver. We were back on the road quickly after getting a flat on 301.

Went crabbing on Tuesday morning heading down to the Eastern Shore. Halfway there around 5:30 am on route 301 my trailer wheel hub gave out; almost lost the entire tire but was lucky enough to have seen the wheel smoking; could have been a real bad incident. Called and he answered the phone right away and he was there with us in less than 45 mins; (We woke him out of bed) so that was pretty fast. He took off the hub and sent me to Kent Island to pick up the new hub; got a flat in my truck on the way-1” gap that could not be fixed. Lucky there was a tire shop/ garage next to the trailer parts store; walked over got the hub; got the tire new/used tire on my truck. Off we go to see Will so he can install the new hub. The used tire I just bought stem was sliced, made it 10 miles. Called Will again and he told us to go to a tractor trailer repair shop; he actually called them and let them know we were coming. They replaced my valve stem and off we go again. Met up with Will and he quickly repaired my trailer hub/ wheel and even checked the other hub to make my wife feel better. We did end up crabbing; 5 hours later but we made it thanks to Will.

Great fast and friendly service on a Sunday morning. Had a difficult double tire replacement on an RV and they worked through it quickly and professionally. Stopped in route to pick up two brand new tires to change on the spot.

The response time to Towing my vehicle was within a good time frame, they even took me to a motel that night, and then pick me up the next day when the car was done.

Tried to charge me $150 for a jump start! No thanks, just taking advantage of a person out of town. I could have took a cab and bought a new battery for less.

I needed help fast, and he was able to get there. And he drove me from Maryland to Delaware no problem. He also asked if I needed a ride back to my house in Delaware. He was very professional and very nice person. they were able to get things done fast and I was able to be on our way and get everything back to normal! I think that he did a great job and I would definitely recommend this service
