I went in due to an engine light and just received so much kindness. I didn’t get his name unfortunately but maybe the manager? he was so so helpful and explained everything to me. what i thought was a serious problem he reassured me and even test drove my car to make sure. as a woman we expect the worst at mechanics and im very appreciative of all the help i got.
This place not closed at 5 get here 4:31. And they don't help at all the guys close the door right in my face and laugh in my face I'm not recommending this place

Great prices, excellent customer service. They sold me a good tire and removed some wheel lugs that I was unable to get off. I definitely recommend them.
First experience was great for my brakes last year but the last 2 times I've come it seems like they are gouging the price on me.. Last experience: I asked how much to get my Struts and Shocks done... told the year make and model... the manager told me $450 labor for all, I came back 3 weeks later.. I reminded him of the quote, he said five me a minute.. he sat down at his computer, clicked a few keys then told me he's sorry but the labor quote he gave me was wrong and the cost would be $750... I MUST LOOK LIKE A FOOL TO HIM... I was married to a mechanic 17 years and worked the shop... no experienced mechanic is going to be that far off on a quote!!!
I WONT EVER BE BACK.. thanks to him, he lost the owner a very good paying customer. THE OWNER SHOULD BE CAREFUL as a person with an Accounting Degree, we learned about employee fraud ... it's possible someone is over charging people and pocketing the difference... happens all the time. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY NOT KOSHER ABOUT HOW I WAS QUOTED 2 DIFFERENT PRICES WITH A DIFFERENCE OF $300

Took several vehicles to them over the last few years. On one truck they were the fourth to diagnose but the first to fix the issue. This most recent was on my Chevy work van. Initially took my van to Wiygul Automotive which was a big rip off. Back to M&P Auto I go, they did the job at a reasonable price and with great timing. I was back to my customers in no time

Went in to have a sensor replaced. They replaced one and told me if my check engine light came back on come in the have the other one replaced. Returned a few days later to have the other replaced after being there for HOURS I asked what was going on they look confused. Upon returning from a test drive they tell me my car went into safety mode and they cannot figure out why. They told my engine was bad. I had to tow my car home. I towed my car to a reliable licensed mechanic and not only did I have to replace the alternator, throttle body, and serpentine belt (which were not issues before they touched the car) the two selenoids they replaced were replaced with bad parts!! I returned for a refund and was told if they get the money back from the parts person, I can get my money back. After a scenario explanation and convincing they refunded my money.
I was overcharged and the car was never repaired. Would never take another vehicle there!!!!!!!!!!

They never answer the phone because they dont have a receptionist. So they awswer it them selves when they taking a payment for service. They advertise new and old tires but dont keep new tires on hand. Call told me my new tires were there and when got there they wasn't and then acy very unconcern about it. Just had brake work and two new tires put on last week.. They had to order those tires. Told they would call me to come back for the other two tires by 12'00 noon and never did.
The deals are perfect and the services and warranties are topnotch. I would like to recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to have the best car buying experience.
