I never had to use a car tow services before and was for anxious about the process However that anxiety went away when Dontay showed up at my home to tow my car. He was very professional and informed me of the process. Dontay showed care when placing my car on the tow truck . I will definitely use 21 st towing again if needed.
I had 21 Towing take my 2022 Accord to the dealership. They sent out Dontay, who was very professional and took care of my Baby, like it was his. He explained everything and kept me up to date about the vehicles trip to the dealership. He sent me pics of the vehicle being delivered at the dealership. Excellent service.

This past Sunday (October 5), my grandparents hit a pothole coming home from church and had to pull over due to the tire damage. They called their insurance company Travelers to dispatch a tow truck to pick up their car. They also called my dad who came and waited with them. The insurance company claimed they spoke with their service provider 21st Towing and someone would be on the way. To make a long story short, they waited for almost 5 hours to be picked up and no one showed up. We repeatedly called the towing company the phone rang once then went to voicemail. After multiple calls with Travelers, we agreed to leave the car there and 21st Towing was allegedly dispatched to pick the car up the next morning between 9am-11am. No one from that company showed up so we had to call a different company to eventually pick it up. We were told that the owner or whoever was sick and they weren’t working. Very disappointing and frustrating especially with my grandparents being in their 70s and 80s. Thankfully, my dad was able to pick them up and bring them home.
I highly recommend Mr. Dontay Jackson for his impeccable work service and knowledge of transporting of a vehicle properly. I will utilize his expertise and company for further assistance if needed as well as recommend to others for towing assistance. Thank you for your service.

I reluctantly accepted a recommendation from my insurance company, and this has been a chaotic and unacceptable ordeal. Here’s what happened:
I’ve been waiting for 5 hours for a tow that was supposedly on the way. There was no communication to explain the delay or provide an estimated arrival time.
No one showed up: After five hours, no tow truck arrived at my location.
Misleading call reports: When I followed up, the dispatcher claimed a driver had arrived but didn’t knock on my door and that I had no missed calls. I checked my phone and call log multiple times; there were clearly no missed calls or voicemails from them.
Poor communication: The overall communications have been inconsistent and evasive, leaving me in suspense and stranded.
Safety concern: In an emergency, this level of unreliability could be dangerous. If you’re in danger or in a life-threatening situation, I would never rely on this company.
Bottom line: This is extremely bad for business. If you value timely, transparent service and honest communication, look elsewhere. This company has failed to deliver on basic expectations and shatters trust placed by an insurance referral.

This is a great company. I booked through my insurance and they got to me fairly quickly. Dontay was amazing. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile. He ensured I was safe and got my car where it needed to be. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Dontay went above and beyond and was the perfect gentleman. He assured me he will be there, to me, by 5:30pm before they close today at 6pm. I hit a curb and burst two tires on my passenger side of my truck, front and rear. He is a person of his word and I greatly appreciate that. We arrived at the tire shop at 5:55 and he got out of his tow truck and spoke with the tire guy, because they were in process of closing. The gate was halfway down and the guy was shaking his head no, we are closing.
Dontay was polite and friendly and asked if they could take care of my vehicle and put 2 tires on for me. The tire shop stayed open and changed my tires without being upset about staying open.
Dontay was a true blessing.

Appreciate the tow truck service, Mr. Dontay was walking forward/backward, around obstacles and laying on floor for a while to figure out how to lift up my stuck car from the curbside. He also called assistance to discuss and to make sure to reduce further damage on my car. I 100% recommend
Dontay The tow truck driver for 21st towing was precise and prompt. He handled my Nissan Titan truck and explain the process thoroughly as he handled it with care. Carlton from 21 towing was the best. Of course you never want to need a tow because that usually means trouble. But after a long day of work I got home and just wanted to relax. Well upon getting home my steering went out and I had to figure out how to get my car to the rapid shop. The mechanic said get it there tonight so he could start working on it first thing in the morning. I called my insurance company and they called 21 Towing. Carlton was the tow driver. He arrived very quickly, he was polite, professional, and empathetic as I’m sure he knew I was frustrated. He took care of everything, and also dropped my keys off in the night box and sent me video proof for my reassurance. This was a big help because I did not have to catch an uber 9 miles away. That saved me money and the pain of having to leave my house at 7pm after working a 12 hour day. It was bad enough I had to deal with a car that broke down unexpectedly. Thank you so much Carlton for everything. I wish ever tow truck driver was as professional and nice as you were to do business with.
It was quality service from start to finish. The person who received my call as well as the driver were courteous and patient as they helped me through the situation. The driver arrived within the estimated time of arrival which was really helpful. The service was also affordable. I would recommend 21st Towing to others.
