Two different employees lied about installing a battery after I purchased it. These people here are lazy and deceitful. Last time purchasing from this store
Helpful friendly service ! They are always greet you when you walk in, and their knowledgeable staff get me in and out the door with what I needed to fix my vehicles !
This place sucks. Horrible service. Been here a handful of times and each time they fail expectations compared to Autozone, Oreillys and other Advanced Auto parts. First time I came in my car was in limp mode, and I knew exactly why. All they had to do was clear the codes so the computer can reset itself and can only be done with the scanner, removing the battery for 20 minutes doesn’t clear it. This dude says “No we can’t do that.” And had an attitude. I had to buy a scanner online for $15, wait for a day for it to come in and cleared it within 10 seconds. That’s all he had to do.
Second time I came in I had to use the bathroom and they said no public restrooms. I have NEVER been to an auto parts store where they denied service to the bathroom.
DO NOT COME HERE. Service is the worst, they are not helpful at all. Take your money elsewhere.
Terrible service. Charged my battery multiple times and refused to replace it under warranty I will never go back to this store absolutely horrible service
Good store well stocked shelves. The staff is very knowledgeable and fast. If they don't have the part in stock they will tell you who does or they can order it in for you.
The representative proactively offered his assistance with my windshield wiper purchase.
Based on the research I had already done, his product suggestion was legitimate and economical.
He was very courteous when he installed my windshield wipers.
I truly appreciate great customer service because I will continue to spend money where I am appreciated.
Purchased wrong size wiper blades at another advanced location. Came to this location with fully packaged items and receipt and was told I could not exchange. Apparently the manager doesn't know his own stores return policy.

I bought an a/c replacement kit for my truck a little over a month ago. I tried to return it today and they refused to give me a refund because it was 4 days past their 45 day return policy. You would think they would make an exception because it was only a few days over or for the fact that I am a repeat customer but the manager refused. I can say that I will be going to a different auto parts franchise in the future.
I like Advance auto parts, yesterday I ordered parts paid and waited 40 min still no email saying parts ready for pick up, head over parts had never been even viewed let alone ready for pick up, then they were so preoccupied that person looking for parts kept speaking with other counter person and customer and coming to counter, said he couldn't find the parts and they must not have them! I used my speed perks coupon to help purchase the parts, I left went out to parking lot to try locating at a different location now I've wasted over an hour and now have have to spend more time going to another store. I did find the parts at a different Location 10 miles away. Not only did I have to spend more time, but more money because I lost out on the little speed perks that I had, like insult to injury!
I wish I had gotten their nanes but the store manager and female assistant were FABULOUS! My battery died in the shopping center parking lot and she walked down to jumped my car. I bought a new battery and they installed it all for way less than other places. I will definitely be a returning customer
Unprofessional staff. Ignore and laugh off customers. I wanted to buy a roll of hose and knew what I wanted but was brushed off repeatedly. I've always went and grabbed whatever hoses I needed. Have been going here for 4 years servicing my cars and won't return. Get it together over there.
*****Interim Review and Rating*****: I have not yet been inside this location, but I did drive by here recently because I need a new Car Battery after my engine dies twice on the same day, I learned that the new battery I was sold from one of their competitors is/was a Lemon/Cheap. The store itself is located within the beautiful Manokeek Shopping center, and it looks great from the outside and it also looks very organized and clean within the store too. I also noted that they also had signs on their windows saying that they also install batteries they sell here, and I really need and like that convenience. To confirm this, I called and spoke to Sam. Sam was very kind and patient with me. He confirmed that they do in fact install, for free, any car battery you buy from them. I asked Sam a few more questions and I noted that Sam has excellent telephone Customer Service Skills/Telephone Etiquette too, and it was very obvious to me that he enjoys his job very much. I always try to call a business I have never been to before because for me a telephone call has been an important gauge/indicator on how I probably will be treated in-person. So, if I'm treated poorly over the phone, I now know that I will most likely be treated poorly in person and in those cases, I will Never show up at that business. Period. Based on my telephone call with Sam, and even though this store is not close to my home at all, I now more than likely will be getting a new car battery from here and I look forward to it. I will update this Review and Rating as applicable and needed asap after my next In-Person visit.
This place is to be the local convenient spot for me, but the way my recent situation was handled has me very wary of doing business there again. I was sold used oil and not refunded for it, but it doesn't stop there. One of my sons pulled more used oil off the shelf with video surveillance proof but we were still told that nothing could be done to resolve the mishap.
It wasn't in my interest to make the managers job any harder than it already is, but the way this situation was handled tells me that standard training assumes good employee practices is not being taught at this location. Inspect everything you purchase from this location!
The staff doesn't know what is going on. I've gotten incorrect parts and a tech who couldn't even understand the printout from a battery test. It is ok if you are in a pinch. But if you need help, go to another Advanced Auto Parts
Went to get wiper blades the young man asked me if I needed help right a the door. He got the parts went in the rain and installed them with no problem or no attitude and asked if I needed anything else. Great job
Advance Auto Parts staff is very friendly and helpful any problem you may have concerning your car they do their best to solve it. They are very informative you will go away satisfied.
I use this location all the time because they are the best one in a 30 mile radius hands down. Very nice, polite and helpful staff Wendy is one of the best around.
