Mohammed was outstanding. He arrived quickly, communicated clearly the entire time, and handled my vehicle with real care and professionalism. Being stuck is stressful, but Mohammed made the whole situation smooth and straightforward. Courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable—exactly the kind of tow truck driver you hope shows up. The driver came with in 30 minutes. Very quick and efficient when it came to getting my car in the ramp. Took precaution and used what was needed. Even checked the issues once stated.
Muhammad was my driver and he was fantastic, very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure my car was handled carefully.
The service overall was excellent, and what stood out the most was how honest and straightforward they were about everything. It’s hard to find that level of honesty these days, especially in stressful situations like a breakdown. They’re very chill, and I would definitely recommend Ted’s Towing, and especially Muhammad, to anyone who needs towing or roadside help.
The driver did not follow the mechanics requests how to remove the car from the tow truck. He ripped off the front bumper. He brought the car down sideways. The bumper was not damaged prior to towing. I have several pictures, videos, and several witnesses. I now have to pay for a new bumper. I called to discuss the issue, the person who answered informed me they towed the car, yelled at me, would not discuss the issue, and hung up in my face. The person told me he’s the manager.
It’s unfortunate that businesses take your money, damage your property, and don’t own up to it.
I haven't even used your service but felt compelled to leave this review. Tonight (fri.april 18th, around 9:15 pm) at the intersection of belair road and putty hill/rossville.. by child and I were sitting at the red-light and touched fingers in a family invented signal for "I love you" based on sign language. The driver of a beautiful bright red peterbuilt truck called down to ask us about it and we had such a lovely interaction for the span of a red-light.
The driver was a black man, and I o ly mention that because I feel sad that I didn't get his name, but I hope the time and location help figure out who it is, because he was kind and polite and professional and we are very glad to have had a moment to share kind words in a world filled with not so kind ones.
