I called AAA for a tow and they sent Top Us towing. The driver was Mak and he did a wonderful job. He called when he was on his way and was quick and efficient. Very friendly to deal with. He towed my car to my repair shop. He even offered to take me home which was close. I had a ride so I didn’t need him to do that but it was nice of him to offer. Highly recommend!

Worth the wait for a qualified professional, very nice and accommodating driver, it was a motorcycle tow and I came to realize that is an ordeal for tow truck companies... But they sent someone who knew what they were doing and got the job done and all was well. Would recommend.

While Mark with Luxury Towing was loading a vehicle on 70 Eastbound at the 144 exit, one of their trucks effectively blocked traffic, ensuring a safe working environment. Furthermore, the driver demonstrated remarkable patience, waiting until Mark had safely returned to the highway before departing. I strongly believe that more companies should strive to emulate this level of commitment to safety, prioritizing the well-being of all towers and ensuring their safe return home to their families. The driver James Ritchie was extremely helpful and compassionate and saved us money. AAA had us going to a place 40 miles away for repairs but James suggested a local place that served us very well. He saved us a couple of hundred dollars tow charge and made everything much more reasonable! Thanks James!!!!
Driver was extremely careful in handling my truck. It was clear he knew what he was doing. He checked for clearance under every bridge we went under to make sure no damage occurred. He avoided all branches hanging down so they wouldn’t hit the top of my vehicle. He was pleasant to converse with on the 1.5 hour tow. This was a AAA call.

Bad customer service. AAA use this company for there roadside services. This one should be taken off the list. They indicated that they had arrived which was not true. I was setting in mu car the entire time. I call Top US to inform them the driver wasn't here...they put me on hold for 5 minutes. When I called back again they told me they could not understand me and to call back.

It was late at night and I was in an area where there were no lights. Daniel showed up with his truck within 35 minutes and quickly got me to the gas station. I can’t say enough good things about Thyron and Top US Towing! My car broke down in the middle of the street at 2 AM, and to make matters worse, it wouldn’t shift into neutral, meaning I couldn’t even push it to safety. After calling multiple tow companies, I was told I’d have to wait until 7 AM because they either didn’t have the right truck or the proper equipment to help me.
Then I found Top US Towing, and they were a lifesaver! Thyron arrived within 30 minutes of my call, which was an absolute relief in the middle of the night. The tech driver was AWESOME! I was so frustrated the car just died and he helped me so much by YouTube on where the neutral latch would be since I couldn’t turn car on to put into N. He even tried jumping after we tried 3x last evening by 3 neighbors cables and all 0 engine dash lite. He was so kind and made my day!! But sad to see Range Rover towed away for few days.
