Took my step daughter’s car there with a cylinder misfire code. She was visiting from out of town and needed her car. Took it there with no appointment and they got it done in a day at a good price. Car runs great and she got home safely. Thank you!

We were in town visiting family and were having strange brake noises. Called the morning after we arrived on a Friday and they got us right in to check it out. After doing a full inspection, he came to the conclusion that it was the quality of the brake pads that had been put on my car, but nothing was really wrong with the brake system. They did not even charge us for doing the inspection! The owner was very friendly and wanted to make sure our car was safe before heading home! I would definitely recommend Absolute Auto for any of your auto needs!
I have been taking my cars to Absolute auto for 15 years. They are completely honest and will not sell you anything that doesn't need to be fixed. I just had a problem with my daughter's car not starting. They determined that it was a loose ground wire, a cheap and easy fix. Many shops would have sold me an alternator or battery instead of the honest and inexpensive repair.
Additionally my repairs have always always been done successfully and on time. I've had them do body work on several occasions and it has always been excellent.
I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.
This is the 2nd time I have used them to make repairs to the body of my SUV....very pleased with the work they did.
Their prices are better than other places that gave me quotes, customer service is good, and my car was ready when they said it would be.
I would recommend them and I will use them in the future again when needed.

When I don't know what the problem is I feel comfortable their diagnosis is correct and the fix it right the first time.
They are honest and have advised me to hold off on repairs. Once I brought my car in because it was having problems starting. When it started right up for them after several tries on different days, they admitted they could not find the problem rather than just do something so they could charge me.
They are a little bit on the high cost side.
A very disappointing experience. They delivered sloppy, low-end work at mid-level prices. They made sloppy mistakes and refused to fix them unless I gave them more money. After ~$8,500, I will have to take my car to another shop before I can even drive it.
