They were my heros, my car engine light came on the day before Christmas eve. They made sure I had everything I needed was done so that my car would be fixed. This company is awesome! I dropped in unexpectedly for a minor repair. After seeing their parking lot full of cars, I wasn’t sure if they would be able to take care of my issue. One of the gentlemen at the counter dropped what he was doing to handle it right away. A+ customer service! I would highly recommend them.

Mike was amazing! This has to be the best, most transparent and inexpensive car appointment I’ve had. As a woman, when dealing with car issues, I always feel slighted or price gouged as it is not my area of expertise but my experience here was very caring, transparent and honest. He explained all the details of my car without bogus words to confuse me, highlighted which needs were immediate and which were not as pressing and made it all clear. I was very touched by the care and kindness I received I offered to tip on my service but they don’t even take tips wow 🤯! can’t name many places like that!

Recently took my European vehicle for an oil change. Love that I didn’t have to tell them the type of oil as these vehicle’s are very particular. The crew got me back on the road in less than half a day and they apparently were very busy. Great service, highly recommend!!
I had a nail in my tire and I dropped my car on a Sunday. Put my information in the lock box for service Monday. Mike and his team replaced my tires, synthetic oil change, replaced the air filter, and conducted a full review of my car with recommendations. I had my car back before close of business Monday. Highly recommend!

Autostream Car Care center in Clarksburg offered honest, excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. My service manager, Mike was knowledgeable, empathetic, worked within my budget, and made a stressful situation much better.
I was able to get my vehicle in without an appointment on a Friday to get my brakes replaced. These guys are honest, they took my vehicle in right away, and the price was better than I expected. If you use the Auto Stream center in Clarksburg you won't be disappointed. Ask for Scott, he'll definitely take care of you.

AutoStream is not just convenient, location wise, but the staff is highly knowledgeable and practical. I had initially made an appointment online for an oil change but knew I would need more (check engine light had been on for about a month). Once I received the full report that was conducted on my 2010 vehicle, which included a list of “to-dos”, the service technician gave me his honest assessment of what the needed to be done to make sure my vehicle was safe drive with my two young children. Not only did I feel comfortable with his suggestion but, his explanation of what the safety concern was, was broken down in a way I could understand, as I am not a “car person.” The fact that the technician was able to explain a technical problem in such a simple way made me feel comfortable with “what” needed to be done and “why.” At no time did I feel like I was being “sold” something that was not necessary at the moment. This was not my first time using AutoStream. However, after today I decided it was time to spread the word! Keep up the great work guys! I really appreciate your business and professionalism!
Auto stream in Clarksburg Maryland is absolutely amazing! We told them up front what we needed and wanted and our budget; we told them of our priorities for what we needed them to focus on with our car, and they did all of that perfectly and gave exceptional customer service. They are Exceptional! They gave details, helped us work with our budget, and did a high quality job for our car issues. I could not be pleased enough! They are great! I extremely recommend them! Their communication was excellent and they worked on our car with pristine quality and they were fast.

I visited Auto Stream for my car's general service on July 16th, 2025, and overall, I had a great experience. The service advisor was fantastic, and they clearly explained the scheduled maintenance, calling me before performing any additional work.
My car feels much smoother after the oil change and tire rotation. They identified and fixed a minor issue with my brakes that I hadn't even noticed, without pushing for unnecessary repairs. I truly recommend Auto Stream and appreciate having such a nice neighborhood service center.
We lived in Maryland and used the Pro’s at Auto Stream years ago with great success. We were traveling back up here and realized we hadn’t had an alignment after new tires recently. Called from the road and spoke with Scott. Very friendly, gave me a price and we told him I’d be there that afternoon.
They were able to get my car in and completed quickly. And the price was exactly the same as quoted. While waiting there I listened to the mechanics interact with Scott and another advisor/manager. All the conversations revolved around taking care of the customers.
They also made several calls to update customers on timing of vehicles completion. I also heard them suggest not doing a bunch of repairs to a vehicle due to age and not making financial sense for the customer.
If we still lived in Maryland this would be my first choice every time for anything auto related.

These guys were awesome. I called all around town and no one could get me in for a maryland inspection. I called AutoStream and they took me in right away. Very professional and they don't push unwanted repairs on you. I'll be using them in the future for all my vehicles.

Love this shop. The employees are so welcoming and helpful. They will not overcharge you. I am coming here for all my auto needs.
