Stephen that works in parts is an amazing employee. I came for an older ITD speed dollie bushings and pin set. This style dollie is welded so you can not just replace the pins on the spindle. They had the L one in stock but the R spindle was unavailable everywhere. Stephen went far and beyond to try and find another way to make my set up work down to what bearing sizes I would need for the hub to use the updated spindle for my dollie. The amount of effort he put into getting me the correct parts and not just selling me something that should work really makes me want to do business with west end on any needs I may need. Stephen keep up the great work man I really appreciate the time you took to help me. I hope this company sees what type of employee you are. Have a blessed weekend
Incredible experience! Just bought a new rollback from these guys and it was a perfect transaction. Upfit was done quickly, sales and financing process was convenient, pricing was better than anywhere else in a 100 mile radius. They even had a guy onsite to print and install our company graphics. To top it off, they are delivering the truck ahead of schedule! If you are looking for a new tow truck - ask for Rick H. in sales. You won’t be dissapointed!
Dangerous. Driver on Kent island WITH a car on its bed cut me off and nearly caused a multi car accident. I honked and the guy just sat in the middle of the road stopping traffic. Someone driving with this much weight has the potential to literally kill and for them to drive to recklessly and then attempt to be confrontational is a seriously reflection of this company and what they think is acceptable. I’m sure this drivers ego will remain huge till he kills someone or multiple someone’s!

Wow this never happen before where I pay $170 just for def it was just a engine light came on while my truck in shop and just to fix your own mistake you will charge me $170 and won’t even fill up the def ! Def only cost $40. That’s just wrong guys

Never used but if west end is monitoring these reviews please penalize the driver who used tow truck with license plate 10966TT today around 3:30-4PM. Seen on highways 270, 370 and midcounty.
He was tailgating people on the highway, speeding up to people’s cars to intimidate them out of the way and dangerously swerving in and out of lanes just to be in front of people. He should not have a license!
It took seven weeks, but I was in no hurry.

Work appears neat and professional. Number of hours charged to address each issue seems was fair; better than I expected. Hourly rate normal.
They paid attention to my descriptions and instructions, and appear to have gotten everything right. Installed starter and glow plugs with no hassle about my providing them. Much other diagnosis and repair on power steering, all brakes, shocks, and more.
Assuming all the work holds up, I am more than highly satisfied.
When it comes to drivers or illegal tows,don't be fooled..... If you see West End mud flaps on the back of the truck , it just means the dealership sold the truck. They are not a towing company, they are a Truck dealership.
West End is going downhill and the owners are very aware of it. After over 15 years of being a customer our business, as well as many other contractors we talk to, have been avoiding West End as much as possible because of their inability to diagnose and fix problems.
Our most recent example was a school bus of ours went in because it wouldn't start when hot. 2-3 weeks later they say the bus is ready, but when we get there the bus won't start at all (so they somehow made it worse?) Back in the shop it goes. 2-3 weeks later they say it's ready again, but lo and behold the same problem. Back in the shop it goes. Again 2-3 weeks later they say it's ready, but it has the SAME problem, only this time it gets stranded on the side of the road and someone runs into the back and totals it.
So 2 months of "fixing" the bus, many trips up to get it only to turn right back around, a destroyed bus and then here comes the bill: $5,000, non negotiable. Thanks a bunch guys.
