DO NOT USE PAK TOWING
This was one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company. My insurance company assigned PAK Towing after my car broke down on the side of the highway. I called and explained clearly that I would leave the vehicle there and take an Uber, and they AGREED to it. To make things easier for the driver, I even went out of my way to attach a GOOD QUALITY jumper cable to the antenna so the car could be spotted easily.
When the driver finally dropped my vehicle off, I was told the jumper cable “wasn’t there.” Well guess what—it WAS there when I left the car, and now it’s GONE. Missing. Stolen. Whatever you want to call it, the fact is their driver was the only one there, and now I’m out a perfectly good jumper cable.
This is completely unprofessional, careless, and downright shady. If this is how they treat customers—losing or taking items left with a vehicle—how can anyone trust them? I will NEVER use this company again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid them too.
Dont use them at all unless you want to be stranded. My insurance company set a tow with them and they decided to cancel after leaving me on the road for 2 hours. Clearly they dont know how to run a business.
Absolutely Great service showed up earlier than expected and delivered the vehicle on time to my shop and parked it where I ask him to Great guy shout to Toseef. Thanks a lot brother

Top notch small business with a quality hard working owner who he himself came to pick us up when we were stranded. Extremely friendly, great conversation, fair prices and made an otherwise annoying situation a great one.
Pak Towing was awesome! Very courteous, efficient and came in less than 20 minutes. Hooked up my car from a parking garage and off he went. I will definitely recommend Pal Towing to others, and call if I ever need a tow in the future.
If I could give Toseef 200 stars I would. He literally saved my life at 1am. Got to my car in less than 10 minutes after I was given the run around by another company for 3 hours. I cannot say enough good things. He was so friendly and helpful!
I had to get roadside assistance this evening. Most appreciation to Toseef! He was very professional and kept me up to date throughout the whole towing process.
The driver was very courteous and empathetic. He explained everything I needed to do, gave me an accurate wait time, and was concerned about my well-being stuck out on the highway. Will definitely use again
Locked myself out my car today at the Mall. Grateful that Kevin was already there and able to assist this damsel in distress.Less than 5minutes I was back in my car.

My wife's car was stuck in this past storm and PAK Towing came to the rescue. Kevin and his team were straight forward and upfront with timing and service, even in the storm. They delivered my wife's car to her office building, ahead of estimated time and contacted her promptly. These guys are professionals and if I need tow service again, you bet I will be contacting PAK Towing...Thank you fellas!

Driver stopped 1/4 mile away from my address and I had to go get him, driver dropped car at the wrong place and left the keys in the car. Driver lied about the place he dropped the car also.
This company will lie about their ETA and have you waiting for hours. My insurance company said they had the right vehicles to tow my car, they have pictures of tow trucks with skates/ dollys but could not honor my request after waiting 2 whole days then after waiting for them they cancel. They should have never accepted the request to begin with. You see this company, run. Do not wait for them.
After we sustained a breakdown, we contacted several towing companies that were all unable to assist us. We then turned to our insurance company who assigned Pak Towing (one of their contracted companies) to help us out. We were given an original ETA of 75-105 minutes. When the ETA updated stating the driver was nearby, we received a call they were in Hagerstown and about an hour and a half away from where we had broken down! To say we were upset is an understatement. After sitting on the road for nearly 2 hours already. It was getting dark, our cell phones were dying, and we began our search again for another company. The other company was efficient, friendly, super quick, and completely empathized with our situation. I would not use Pak Towing if they were the last company available!
