Female associate in Redemption Department was rude and lacked genuine empathy after being informed the vehicle was totaled as a result of me being robbed at gunpoint. I simply was inquiring about how to retrieve my personal items.
Probably such a bridge opportunity which i never had before & for long, and mostly the bar were absolutely 🍺 occupied and that was when i drank few shots of alcoholic drink and shying over my own self.. haha 😂
Not sure what I think of this place other than it is seriously FAR OFF THE BEATEN PATH. It's a scenic drive both ways though. I went via the highway on the way down and back roads on the way home. Both ways had great views.
Very clean facility. Went to the GSA public auction. The prices were outrageous. Do not waste your time. I also emailed twice about putting a vehicle in the public weekly auction. No response from anyone.
Visited with my family on Friday afternoon. Place is beautiful and clean. How ever we had little bit hard time to found our cars in the lots. Not too much issues but it took us 5-8 minutes driving around to locate it. And we got 5 cars . Just let you know. Hope it will help If it sets the spot like the paper said.
Bel Air did a fantastic job handleing all aspects of the pandemic from being one of the first auctions to open up for dealer previewing cars and opening in lane bidding. Vehicles are generally always on the spot, clean and organized. Office personel are usually acessible and willing to take care of issues of any manner as compared to many other auctions.
