This place makes it so hard for people trying to get their vehicles back. If you all don’t have the proper set up for your system you should not be taking peoples vehicles, it just doesn’t make sense. Everytime I called it was a new person telling me new stuff. Between the tow company and the auction someone went thru my belongings and stole items out of my car, parts of my vehicle came back broken like my rear view mirror which I was told couldn’t be fixed the day of pick up due to maintenance office closing and I was not offered any other options to get that fixed besides leaving my car there which I drove two hours to go get why would I want to do that? Should have been fixed before I got there. The front grill was cracked like they crashed into the back of another car or something, and endless new scratches. If I could give yall zero stars I would ! Terrible terrible service.

One more lazy and cheap branch of a rich company. 1 out of hundreds that "can't" afford 1 printer and couple boxes of paper per month to prevent having those "supereasymoneymaking" truck drivers run an extra circles to find a closest FedEx, after they get to manheim to find out they don't have a printer...

Good service all the staff there is very helpful except for the ones that say they don't work in that department but I did get helped by a service member on Lane 9 can you help me with a jump start and that was awesome it was a with a green mustang

Respectfully, Tre from Redemption is unclear about the procedures, does not elaborate on the process to retrieve one’s vehicle, and refuses to take accountability for his lack of service during calls. His conduct is very unprofessional and unclear. Daryl Thorpe -10/31/25

Bel Air Auto Auction used to be a standout. Now, with Manheim in charge, the writing’s on the wall. Baltimore–Washington shows exactly where this road leads and it’s not up. Understaffing. Underpay. Underwhelming. A genuinely sad day.

They sold me a car it had major issues with the car I spent almost 5k on the car & I haven’t even drove it I have things to do with a child on the way I wanted to get a car for my kid but it has major transmission problems I will love to get my money back or I will be sueing

Worst service ever.. these people at redmemtion make it so it’s impossible for you to get your car back and make you do MULTIPLE trips for nothing. First the lady by the name of TANAE didn’t want to let us know that the plate has been removed and in a different state! You can tell all they want to do is sell your car and don’t want to help you. They have an automated message saying to come any time to pick the car up between 12-4…. We get there and you have to book an appointment! Ridiculous!! These people should not have jobs in customer service.

Bought a unit through the OVE platform partner auction listing. Have performed this transaction before with this auction and I should have known better. Received a confirmation of purchase via email and paid for the vehicle under their ridiculous guidelines that purchases be paid for the same day. (Manheim gives you three days). When I called to request the title be held at auction for pickup, (Bel Air auto auction charges to mail the title to you), the title clerk stated she had no record of the sale. After calling multiple contacts at the auction I was told that the auction cancelled the sale, without contacting me. This defeats the buy it now option where the price for the vehicle is clearly stated with associated disclosures about the condition. After speaking with a manager I was told the sale was cancelled because of the sale price, which they set. The manager told me I would be credited a buy fee on a future purchase due to the circumstances. When I sent follow up emails confirming the buy fee credit, I was ignored and not responded to. Then it took over two weeks to be refunded on the purchase that I paid for promptly, while losing out on my bank fees I paid to be in compliance with the sale day rule. This auction is not professional, nor fair in their dealings with dealers. A dealer only has three days to remove purchases from the lot before storage charges are assessed. They charge a loading fee for inoperable units that Manheim does not. And the buy fees are unreasonable for extra charges and unreasonable demands. Most of all there is no integrity in the front office, even when they are in the wrong, and state they will do something specific. Save yourself the headache and source your inventory elsewhere.

Horrible auction. Horrible arbitration policy. Bought 5 cars green light from them through Manheim Simulcast. 3 of them are junks. Per their policy I cannot arbitrate them after 4 PM of the sale date. I HAVE to buy a PSI, and they also don't reimburse your transportation costs. None of that stuff was announced through Manheim Simulcast, or Manheim Website. Now I'm stuck with shitty cars they sold me. They cut corners everywhere they can. Take your money elsewhere.

Transporters beware. If you come here in a truck just plan on taking your 10 hour reset here since there’s no parking and the place is very unorganized. A glorified junkyard. There 5 spots for trucks and they have them all filled with junk cars waiting to be moved around.

EVEN THOUGH A LISTING IS SOLD "AS-IS" YOU NEED TO DISCLOSE THINGS LIKE THIS! BUY FROM MANHIEM! MANHIEM WOULD DISCLOSE THINGS LIKE THIS! NOT BELAIR AUTO AUCTION! BEWARE!!

Security staff is very rude to professional drivers. Not necessary. Happened multiple times. We are all trying to do our jobs. Bad Attitudes. If they don't like their jobs, find something else to do. 12/7/24. 8am.

Terrible customer service! We sent a truck (stick shift) through for auction it ran just fine, they ran it through the auction twice then all of a sudden it wasn’t run through anymore and we hadn’t been notified that it sold so called to see what was going on to which no one knew. No one knew why it didn’t get run through no answers so asked if it was on the list for the following week. Assured us it was. Again it didn’t get sent through so we called a second time and again no one knew we finally find out that it’s at the In-Op lot because it all of a sudden won’t start. So we went to check it out and they burnt the clutch up! Finally got it in gear to move it to the front lot so we could tow it back to the shop to possibly now put a new clutch in it and got to the gate. Since the clutch was burnt up stopping was not really ideal. So yelled out the window the truck was broke and cannot stop we needed to park it we would be right back. Literally parked the truck and the security guard K Bisson (who was standing right there and heard us and could smell the clutch) came out screaming that he doesn’t care what the problem is you stop at the gate no matter what. Again said the clutch was burnt up in it and if we stopped it wasn’t moving that we didn’t want to hold up the ONE gate. And asked if he was going to help us push it if we had stopped to which he said no it’s not my car it’s not my problem. Refused to sign the gate pass because HE DIDNT AUTHORIZE it to leave. Seriously TERRIBLE customer service he knew it was at the in-op lot because we asked him where it was. This is not the first issue we have had with him. I understand that you stop at the gate and under normal circumstances yes you stop but this is one of those 1% times when you make the exception. To act the way he acted and then on top of it tell us that we would have to move it if it stopped and then threaten to have it towed back on the lot behind the gates so we can’t get it. If your going here be prepared for a problem. There’s always an issue with someone at this auction whether it’s security or the people that take the titles. Never have a problem taking your money though.

The worst place you could possibly buy a car. I bought a 2013 Infiniti G 37 here.I didn’t know until I got home that the title has a mileage discrepancy which was never described in the auction. I didn’t even make it home before the car broke down. I tried to get my money back but they gave me the runaround until the 30 days was over. Turns out I ended up paying six grand to replace the engine the next month after I bought it.. These people are scam artists. Turns out after reviewing the car fax. The car was bought halfway across the country from a salvage location after it was a major accident. They pieced it back together and got it to run And then sold me a car that was worth maybe two grand for 7500. I’ve tried to speak with the owner who has avoided me at all costs. This car has been an absolute nightmare, don’t get scammed like I did. I’ve also noticed that my reviews keep disappearing, but it’s OK because I will continue to review this company every 3 to 4 months.

BEWARE! I wish I could leave a zero , customer service is very very poor, The worst I have ever seen. The women name Katie in the title department will literally lie to you and duck your phone calls. Let’s take it a step further I went in to speak to her to get clarity to see what was going on about the title then she she wouldn’t talk to me about it Because she told me one thing and then switch the story , so at this point she now know that she lied, told me anything so now she is ducking calls. I drove a long ways to get there because she was not taking my calls. She said she would follow up but never did. It’s the worst experience as a professional car dealer. They do not care because it’s not their money being wasted unnecessarily, I noticed while being there waiting to be waited on, while in line , I watch the customer experience manager talk to the customers like trash as if they are nothing. This whole establishment needs customer service etiquette.

The bank released my car yesterday and they still will not give me my vehicle stating that uh I have to wait until Monday. I feel like they want to take my camaro for a joy ride or something. My friend had a similar situation but she was able to get her car right away. They are now holding my car illegally!

In the Redemption department the lady by the name of Tanae Brown have been so rude and and was no help. She had me and my wife doing a whole runaround, then she’s telling us that we have to pay for storage fee when the car was less then 24 hours. If she didn’t have a attitude and explain everything calmly everything would be smoother. When we call she always have a nasty attitude with the whole process. It very unprofessional and unacceptable for her. I will seek legal services to get this resolved

They stole our car system that caused over 2k to get and the a manager there by the name Mike told my husband he saw someone carry it out but since they hire a lot of people from temp agencies they don’t stop them if they take anything out of the cars. They also advised him they had it in camera now the footage has been deleted nobody would answer us or give us any information they knew exactly what they were taking and how much it was and knew they could get away with it. If they ever take any car from you make sure you account for everything even the dirt on your floor because their professional thieves they even took the wiring out of the system everything. They knew they could easily sell it for over 2k it was costume made. Now we can’t even get anyone on the phone and all the info they told us they had all of the sudden disappeared.

This auction staff is very rude. I call them to get status of my cars transport which did not receive them yet and its been 2 weeks I am waiting. I called first time somebody by the name of Brain pick the call and he was really rude with me he just told me his name when I asked about the status of my car he transfer me right away without saying anything. So, I waited another 15 Minutes someone else pick up the call she also without saying anything transferred me I waited another 10 minutes. finally, somebody pick the call and she told me still they are not able to gave me ETA. This is not customer service. Management need to change their method and train their employees.

Buyer beware. Not the same as they were. un organized. Waste of time, effort, and worst of all, money. I try to buy 30 to 40 vehicles a week. I have more junk from them in the last 2 months than I have ever gotten in 10 years combined. Dozens of vehicles with hidden problems like bad transmissions but listed as runs and drives. They tell you not to start vehicles and to trust them about the runs and drives category. No professional work courtesy from them. Upon inquiry as to how this is happening -they suspended my access to the auction. That is probably for the best, 100% of the vehicles (listed as runs and drives) bought on 08/27 would not drive off their lot under their own power. No one on their property even wants to work on the issue.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Professionalism and service are quite evident. I was also pleasantly surprised to see fresh floral arrangements on the counters. The obvious foresight of it's founder is highly commendable.

They treat disabled employees like trash. I was treated like I was nothing after providing good work for them. I had to leave work one day after having a seizure. They called me on THE SAME DAY, and told me i just wasn't a good fit, I was told my work had been fine and I did nothing wrong but i wasn't a good fit. i had been told prior i was doing really really well but suddenly I'm being told out of the blue with no warning at all that i'm 'not a good fit' I wouldn't do business with some one who treats disabled people as if there something you can throw out just because they don't fit your ideal candidate in terms of health (They new i was disable when they hired me to). If there was any other problem i was not made aware of it so i can only assume i was fired for my disability and they used double speak on me so i couldn't bring up charges on them.

Terrible!!! I sent a motorcycle to them to have auctioned and with no movement after 4 months I decided to ask for it back and sell it myself. Well, after receiving it back from them it was in terrible shape. Completely dirty and from what I found out, it was kept outside in the weather the whole four months. It also came back with a broken front fender and the worst of it was they lost my keys to the bike. Not just any keys, a key fob which electronically unlocks and starts the bike. This is a $1100 system that has to be replaced because the ECU (computer) is tied to the key fob. Tommy Rogers said they would pay for it but so far I only received $500. Not sure what logic was behind that, as if we were to split the difference or something...no, you made the mistake of loosing my keys, you pay for it. So, lesson learned, do not do business with these people ever again and I caution anyone else to do your homework before letting these amateurs handle your property. I attached a picture of the bike before I sent it to them as it was in beautiful condition. I only wish I took pictures of it when I got it back as it was very weathered and oxidized and the rear trunk was full of water...thanks guys, I appreciate your care of my vehicle.....YOU SUCK AT DOING BUSINESS

This place is absolutely horrible. The customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced, especially the "customer service" by Lisa. That has got to be the rudest, most self centered woman I've ever met and I truly hope to never encounter her again in my life. She is the main reason I hate that place so much... NEVER GO HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Especially if you have to deal with the almighty Lisa.
