I had a great experience at this Firestone location. Emma and Aladdin were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in fixing the issues with my car. Please give them a raise they deserve it. Aladdin was able to explain in detail what was wrong and what I needed for my car and tires. Emma was extremely helpful at breaking down the cost of everything for me to get the best deal. Brought my car in to this Firestone. They charge me $209 for an hour of “diagnostic”. They tell me I need brake and power steering fluid replacement and $3000 in suspension parts.
I take the car for a second opinion the next day and literally zero suspension parts needed to be replaced nor fluids. The “bouncing” I was feeling was simply one when that needed rebalancing. I was actually shown the defect and the fluid analysis, my car was fixed and the root cause was resolved for $200.
Firestone works on commission and they play to your ignorance. I paid $200 for a bunch of lies. Never go here.
I usually dread getting any auto work done cause I don’t understand auto language that spoken there. But my experience with Firestone was great. Justin MaDigan was excellent with telling me what work needed to be done and kept me informed of the process as well as being patient, friendly and nice. He worked to get me a good price through discounts. Thanks to Justin, I will be returning for future oil changes and auto repairs. Great experience as well as good prices for tires and repairs.
Had an appointment today, needed 2 tires mount and balanced. Not knowing I had already purchased tires, the girl at the front desk told me they did not have my tire size in stock. I explained to her that I had already purchased 2 replacement tires and had them in the car. Long story short; because I took the stickers off the tires when they were delivered, they would not install them. I showed them receipt of my purchase, and proof that they were just delivered to my house a few days prior. I was told they ‘couldn’t verify the tires were new, or verify the tire size without the stickers and that it was a liability issue.’
I will not be returning and Pep Boys has earned my business today.

Very fast service I was in and out within 35-45 minutes quickest oil change I’ve ever had. You don’t get great customer service just anywhere but here you do get the top customer service!
had it not been for this firestone my car would have broke down. I had some extensive work done on the brakes before a trip to Maryland. The brakes started to make loud noises while on my trip. I took my car in to see what the problem was being that I had new rotars and brake pad put on the day before in Tennessee. the Maryland store told me that I had a caliber seize up and it needed to be replaced right away. I explained about all the work I had just got done and they said the other store just skipped over replacing the caliper. I plan on leaving a bad review for the other store being that they didnt fix all my problems when they had the opportunity. I thank this firestone for addressing and fixing my brakes on new years eve. i am forever grateful.
John and Justin are great people to work with when bringing whatever vehicle in. We recently purchased new tires and John was a big help with what to look for. Then Justin always makes sure your vehicle is ready when you would like it to be done.

Very knowledgeable and open about everything they are working on. The clerks ran me through everything they were doing before they did it, and even gave me maintenance recommendations for the future for other issues. Justin was friendly, professional, and also had a sense of humor to make the day a little more comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Justin was my Advisor and made my visit easy. He was prepared on time and quickly checked me in while discussing AWD and its effect on tires. This is important as I was having my Tesla serviced with AWD.
He is the reason I will return to Firestone and specifically this location.
Justin at the service desk explained all services clearly and was very friendly and offered a military discount. Allen was the technician who worked on my car and again very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them if you need auto repairs.

I called on 11/12/25 just before closing time. I spoke with Justin and was promised that my tires would be in on 11/13/25. Tires/other service were completed within 6 hours. I was pleased with how fast firestone took care of me/my vehicle. I'll definitely be back. Ask for Justin.
This is the second time I’ve taken my Jeep to Firestone in a two week period. I had an alignment done and I wasn’t happy with it. They took it and did a great job fixed it props to Justin for a customer service. Great dude great conversation. Go and ask for him he’ll take care of ya
I had a great experience at this location, I needed to find out why my tire kept loosing air and I did. The service writer, Justin, handled their busy schedule very well and was extremely professional. I don't remember the tech's name but he was a younger guy, he performed everything necessary to get me back on the road for my long trip today, and he did so with a professional and courteous manner. Thanks Firestone and employees at the hickory MD location, I truly enjoyed my experience.

Justin was amazingly helpful! He was nice enough to send me to the dealer to see if the issue was still under warranty. When I found out it wasn't, I brought the business back to him. He was honest about the work that needed to be done, completed the work at a much more fair price, and he and his team turned the work around quickly! I'm a DIY'er and this business is by far worlds apart from Mr. Tire and Pep Boys. Professional, prompt, and courteous service. Appointments are on time and service is excellent as well as quick. Honest automotive advice and fair pricing. Communication is excellent.
