Friday mid day I explained I had a issue with a new navitas ac controller on my rxv.i had it hooked up I just wanted it done properly as I knew something just was not right. from the moment I dropped it off I knew I pick the right shop! as my sons bday was the 29 I don’t even wanna ask this as I’m a car guy but would it be possible to have it back by the 28 let’s just say chuck over delivered Tuesday at lunch I was picking up a 30 plus mph cart that will spin the tires in the shop.super clean install chuck took extra time when I picked up to go over everything. I learned a ton just walking the shop floor seeing all the cool stuff wonderful father and son team I’ll sure to be back thanks guys much appreciated
Called them up with issues on my golf cart. I’ve never dealt with these guys or gave them any business and they treated me like a loyal customer walked me through my issues on my golf cart and had it squared away in 15 minutes. Super polite and very knowledgeable. I will certainly take any further business with these guys.

I would HIGHLY recommend C and C. I am not a customer only because I live a long way from them. However, I called them hoping to get some technical advice on my Star golf cart. They could not have more pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about my cart and in general cart knowledge and experience. In addition, he spent quite a while talking to me and explaining everything in detail. Again, I’m not a customer, but he was so helpful. If you’re in need an anything golf cart related, I would definitely recommend this company.

Talked to Chuck (the son) and he couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious with his time in order to help me with my golf cart issue. And I didn’t even commit to bring it in as of yet for them to work on. But because of him, if I hire a company to fix it, it will definitely be them.
We have an older cart (late 1980s) that does not have parts you can find easily and Chuck and his team went above and beyond to figure out several problems. The entire experience with C & C is great from initial phone call to picking up the finished project. It is more than refreshing to find someone who cares about the product/project as much, if not more, than we do. I cannot say thank you enough to the entire team and recommend that to anyone who asks, and even some who don’t.

Have been with dealing with them for a few years now. We had upgraded my golf cart prior. Loved it. Chuck Jr. laid out options to upgrade even more later down the road. Finally made the upgrade and couldn't be happier with cart. Chuck Jr, Chuck Sr. and the office manager Patty are absolutely top notch answering my million questions and making sure I understand. And top quality service and fabrication.
Owner is incredibly knowledgeable and had parts for my cart in stock . Almost no difference from looking around online. They were able to give all types of advice knowing I was doing the work myself. Top Tier Service will continue to use them for all my cart needs and when I go to upgrade .

Can't say enough in terms of a positive review for the entire staff. In today's world of "dealerships", dominated by fairly soul-less and uncaring corporate entities, it is a refreshing change to deal with a family business such as this. We were searching for an "oddball" vehicle being a fairly specialized Argo XTV. Not a common vehicle and not a well established or large dealer network in this region of the country for the XTV's. By far the most welcoming dealer for these within a 300 mile radius, also incredibly knowledgeable on this very small market niche. Frankly, we walked out with much more "machine" than we had anticipated. Our budget had us focused on a smaller 6X6 variant but, ended up with the larger 8x8 variant for essentially the same commercial procurement point. Again, great shop, great family, great experience. I have been managing commercial properties in and around Baltimore for many years. I have tried every golf cart repair place imaginable. After covid, every shop that we have had work on our carts has been subpar. After using 4 different repair shops I gave C&C a shot. They fixed our cart right and called me every step of the way. A couple years ago, I was having issues with my cart. I called C&C Golf Carts and they were able to help me out. My issue was bad batteries. We had a camping trip planned and they made sure I was set up so that we could use the cart. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. My family and I went to C & C, spoke with Chuck Sr. and Patty and looked at a new golf cart. We consigned our old one through them and they made that whole process easy. We bought the new cart. Patty was phenominal throughout the whole process. Then it came time to customize it. We told Chuck what we wanted on it and he didn't try to sell us the most expensive upgrade. I called C&C in Maryland today and spoke with Chuck Cruickshank. He was so helpful, truthful, and helped me enormously in the hunt for a Utility cart and Transportation cart. Unfortunately he cannot sell to us in our zip code due to Dealership territory guidelines. Again an honest, reputable gentlemen. He was frank about tariffs, parts versus assembly, price points, batteries, etc. He could have very well just said...sorry we can't help you because you aren't in our jurisdiction. Instead he took the time to recommend other dealers. He also provided their numbers. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to purchase golf as well as commercial utility carts. You will get a fair deal and you will find them trustworthy.

He contacted me about the necessary repairs and even offered to return all of my old parts. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was kind. Amazing customer service. I had work done to my cart by another company that couldn’t get it right. The first time I called C&C, and spoke to Chuck, I knew I wanted to take it to them. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair, figured out what was wrong, and also corrected things that weren’t dialed in just right. So I was in the market for a golf cart. Going camping a lot and seeing everyone else on one while I would be walking did not seem like fun.
Not knowing anything about Golf carts and the types, I figured I would google local shops. When I did that C&C Golf Carts came up.
I called the company to ask some basic questions. I talked to Chuck the owner. About thirty minutes went by and he was still talking to me about them. I am sure he had a million other things to do but he took the time to help me. That shows true character.
Therefore I decided to go up one evening and take a look at them. I spoke with Chuck again and he was once again very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He did not make you feel like you were pressured at all.
I would definitely recommend this company. There was not one negative thing I experienced with my whole interaction. They were down to earth and willing to ensure the customer was taking care of.
In today’s society where big business only looks at you as a number, it was amazing to be able to experience a local shop who by far has more knowledge then the franchise stores.

Chuck is fantastic! I had my Yamaha 48v golf cart custom built by another outfit. C&C is my golf cart company for life. The cart was having trouble going from 0-100%, Chuck dove in head first, knowing we were on a time crunch. He replaced the charger, load tested all the batteries and removed and inspected the motor. He let me know that the motor would need to be replaced, however at the time we were leaving to go on our annual 4th of July camping trip. We were on our trip, and the motor kept acting up. Returned to Chuck, who was completely apologetic, and had a real genuine concern that our trip was ruined. It wasn't, just a little inconvenienced. Chuck sprinted into action, replacing the motor, repairing our sound bar, and adding a horn. The cart was ready the next day, with no "expedited" cost. Chuck's knowledge is unparalleled. He let me know that the "other guy" who built the cart did a good job, but should have addressed the motor, as my cart has a 3" lift and lifting a cart makes the battery work harder. Chuck is honest, upfront, and extremely reasonable. The entire staff at C&C is incredible, they ARE my golf cart experts, and I will tell EVERYONE I know with a cart to look nowhere else but C&C.

.We had brought our golf cart up from Myrtle beach to repaint and update. I had googled a cart repair shop for supplies and parts. I came upon C&C golf carts and was ecstatic to find Chuck, knowing I had dealt with him five years ago. From that point on Chuck did amazing things to my cart. Chuck and his Mom were so pleasant and fun. We had great conversations, and Chuck was never too busy to answer any questions I had. If you ever need to purchase a new or used cart or want repairs done,” YOU MUST SEE CHUCK. If I need any work done on my cart, I will trailer it from Myrtle Beach and take it to Chuck. I can not say enough great things about Chuck and family. I need to finish putting the seats in along with the roof, and follow with photos.
Can’t say enough on how Chuck treats his customers. He made purchasing our first new golf cart so easy. He explains everything up front. After finding what we wanted he explained how our type of toy hauler have lower clearance and may need to modify the cart roof if we get the bigger tires. After going home to measure to find out he was correct. He is very knowledgeable. He doesn’t want to sell you something you can’t use. After deciding exactly what upgrades we wanted he made sure it happened. The final decisions were on Monday morning. We were going camping on Friday morning and would love to take our new cart with us. Chuck couldn’t promise it would be done but he made sure the cart was done Thursday morning. He worked late to get everything done and kept in touch with us on the progress. He explained how we made the right decision on buying the Star ev. For the price difference over the other brands. Then there’s Chuck’s mother. We were pre approved for the finance and she tried to make everything go smoothly. The bank thought the opposite. But she took care of everything. There must of been 20 phone calls to Sheffield to make this happen. Can’t say enough about the whole team. I will always go back and refer everyone to C&C
