While in town for work, I needed immediate, professional work done on my 2011 Land Rover LR4. The height sensors were failing causing the vehicle to go into an almost "limp" mode and limiting my speed to a mere 30 mph. The guys there assured me that they serviced many Land Rovers and were confident that they possessed the mechanical abilities. And they were right! Repaired the first time with no return of service for that project!! I was very happy with the workmanship, their appearance and, most of all, the price!! Not too over the top. Being an 'out-of-towner' , they did not take advantage of the situation and that was greatly appreciated!! Complete Auto Service is my place to go now whenever I am in the Bel Air area.

People here genuinely care about your car, and are willing to help and explain whenever you need. Several times I’ve come in with no notice or just to ask questions and they always take the time to make sure I understand everything and often help with small things (tightening parts, reading codes, test driving and estimating issues and costs) for free. Several times if they are booked or unable to be of service they’ve recommended nearby shops that might get me what I need faster, they offer useful tips without making me feel stupid. I can tell they genuinely care about their job and the people they help. I feel comfortable knowing when I go here that they want what’s best for me and my car, and knowing I don’t have to worry about scams or false fees is so reassuring compared to a lot of other places right now. I bought an old, kinda crappy car and every time it throws codes or has issues they’re always there to help and explain even if you don’t know the first thing about cars, they’re now the first people I go to for everything.
My favorite car shop hands down. I will come here every time even if there is a wait for appointments specifically because they are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. I’ve been going here for years and will continue to for as long as they are in business. This is also a family business which I love a lot because it just feels like they are all a team and I truly trust them with my vehicles.
I needed 2 tires replaced on a set of my well out of production beloved wheels. I already know some commercial tire shop would have marked my wheels all up. The folks here have done two motorcycle inspections for me so I called em up and dropped them off with a couple new tires to throw on. They did a great job and after putting them on and going for a drive. They're balanced and ride smooth as glass. They did a great job here and for a very fair price. Hard to find these days.

I’ve brought in cars that had some neglected maintenance, they talked me through what was necessary, what could be deferred, and what was causing issues now or in the future. Nick was great! I went to get a second opinion on work I needed done on my car since my dealership tends to overcharge. He helped answer all my questions and gave me honest feedback on what is or isn’t necessary maintenance on my vehicle. The work that they did was efficient and affordable. I came here due to a referral for a motorcycle safety inspection. These guys were able to get me taken care of without an appointment due to inclement weather on its way. They had me in and out of there in 20 minutes tops. I highly recommend them as they place customer service first and foremost.

I was so impressed with this place. They were so nice never tried to upsell me anything and recommended an automotive place nearby for some work instead of saying they could do it themselves. I've been getting oil changes all kinds of places for years my car is 14 years old and no one has ever pulled the glove box out to change a cabin filter that I didn't even know was behind it. It was black but still no pressure I did have them replace it though. I highly recommend this place. Does seem to be a little bit pricier but it's worth it to leave there feeling like someone was truly just trying to help you and not rip you off. I wish them well on their venture into Maryland. This is the only location so far but I bet they'll pop up like 7-Elevens if they all operate like this one does.
I recently went to Take 5 for my oil change. Same location, but a totally different experience. Under new management. Was greeted by the staff and never had to exit my vehicle. They were very knowledgeable, informative and professional. I was impressed. Definitely got my business and an excellent rating.
My first visit and I’m a member for life. Staff so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the experience of sitting in my vehicle. While chatting with a staff member. Lots of great deals on oil changes and they do window wipes too. I highly recommended checking them out for you next oil change. No appointment necessary just drive up.
They had my leaking tire patched in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. I’ve also had my motorcycle and trailer inspected here with a no hassle experience. They are very respectful and treat their customers like family. It’s a good local family owned repair shop that I trust and would recommend.
Great service, very responsive, and great prices. I needed a lot of work done on my car after realizing I should stop trusting my family when they say they can "fix it for cheaper." I had an oil leak that I had been dealing with for 2 years and also covered up other issues it had like a leak it my coolant line(close save). They fixed everything for me and I haven't had an issue since. I will be going to this shop from now on. Quality work is worth the price.
