Bought a battery there and although the website stated that installation was available it was not to be. However, I was given the tools I needed to install it myself. That was greatly appreciated.
Just left here where I had a older gentlemen , just saying that because everyone else was young ..ha. He helped me with a battery exchange and was helpfull and listened to my explanation of what I was experiencing and didn't try to discount my information. Helpfull and got me on my way. Thats why I shop here thanks

Went in to have a diagnostic test done on car electrical system. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. Battery was running low on voltage, got me setup with a new battery and on the road in 30 mins! A lot cheaper and quicker then going to dealership. Thanks Mike, appreciate your honesty and help! This specific store was close to me while staying with my son. I needed a battery for an old "beater" truck. The store tested my old battery; too low to take a hotshot. You probably can't find a battery under $100 these days. Looking to let this truck go, so needed to get it started. Ended up spending about $118. Good deal compared to running around or to returning the old Diehard to "that" store.
So I just left there. With a big smile on my face. I went to replace my truck battery. Two gentlemen came out to do it. One was in training. We had fun. Lots of laughs. Two great kids!
