The state-of-the-art 120-foot tunnel boasts high-tech stainless-steel equipment and uses two types of wraps; soft microfiber and neoprene wraps that do not hold dirt. The tunnel ends with 18 air blowers and two heated dryers, for maximum drying. The Auto Spa Express offers four different wash packages, including Super, Deluxe, Standard, and Basic. Each wash package has options for a Monthly Membership where you can wash once a day, every, complete with an Express Member Lane. In addition, after exiting the wash tunnel, customers can use free microfiber drying towels, air hoses, vacuums, and mat cleaners.

I really enjoy utilizing this car wash. I find the location and the membership convenient. The price point works for me as well as I would spend more washing my car twice a month than I would on the monthly membership. I generally try to wash my car once a week during spring/summer. I like the free vacuums and the floor mat washer. I only have two suggestions to further improve a great service. It would be awesome to have a general purpose cleaner available for use with the clean towels offered so if someone wants to wipe down their interior for a whole car fresh feeling, they don't have to remember to bring cleaner with them. My other suggestion is to locate and remediate whatever is causing the foul smell in the car wash tunnel. Even with my AC on recirculate, the foul smell still permeates my vehicle, and it isn't just kind of bad, it's really bad. Anyway, that is just my two cents. I will continue to utilize this service and would recommend to others.
my car has been damaged multiple times at this carwash. the scrubbers scrapping paint off the side of my car. & they allow open flatbed trucks to go through the carwash, all types of rocks and debris flying back at my car damaging my windshield lol. & the workers just stand there and stare at you, they rarely wave back. this location is insane.
It's fantastic when you find a place that ticks all the boxes. Maneuvering a quad cab long bed is no small feat, so turning a tricky parking lot into a "spatial awareness" exercise is a brilliant way to look at it. It's especially great that they provide the amenities for you to do the detail work yourself, like wiping the door jambs and drying your vehicle with provided clean towels then vacuuming your interior.
On a hot July afternoon like this, that extra physical work is definitely a mini-workout. Finding a place that's a good value and gives you a sense of accomplishment is a real win.
Very nice car wash. I like it because I get a free wash with my oil change. The free wash I get is a decent level as well. Not just a basic wash. My truck comes out pretty clean for an automated car wash.
Love this place! They did raise the rates on the monthly packages as to where you gotta go everyday to make it worth the price, so I cancelled mine. But I do still go when I need a good wash and vacuum
It's hit or miss if you're going to get put through the tunnel with the correct wash. Just like the McDonald's ice cream machine. I can settle for towels being low on stock or the mat washer being cleaned, but I can't settle for paying for something more then getting something less.
This happens way too often at this location, even when it's not busy. Go to another car wash please, at least you'll get your money's worth.
I have been a member for about 2 years. The customer service is great. The young people are attentive and they keep the vacuum areas clean, trash pulled, and towels well stocked.
I also truly loved how may car looked after each wash the first year and most of this second. I had a super wash plan. My tires and car was always very shine and required very little drying on my part when I exited the car wash.
However, for the past 3 months or so I have noticed the equipment has had multiple issues. One day I was given a coupon for a future wash because the machine was down. A few times I have gone to the car was a it was closed for repairs. There have been times the soft cloth strips have been bungee corded back, I have to assume they were out of order. Individuals doing maintenance while I drove through. Since the equipment issues started I have noticed less of a shine, more dullness and more hand drying required.
Fast forward the paint on the roof, and trunk of my car are now quite faded in a pattern which appears to be consistent with possible chemical or repetitive activity in the same area.
I would recommend auto car washes for occasional washings, but not daily or frequent washes.
I went there today, Veterans Day. Went to pay and was informed I as a veteran was eligible for a free super car wash.
I go there frequently and have a monthly plan on my truck. Today I had my wife’s car. You will not find a better group of employees. They are the best and the services are awesome. You will see employees always filling the rag bins and dumping trash. The Bel Air Soa is spotless. Thank You ALL for being so AWESOME.
I’ve been a member here for nearly four years, and I’m very pleased with the service. Like with any auto car wash, you may see some light swirl marks over time, but I’ve never had any damage to my vehicle. The place is always spotless and well-kept, with staff frequently checking and restocking supplies, especially in the vacuum area. Great experience overall!
Wonderful car wash and vacuum service. Only thing I think that could be better is if the wash cloths they let you utilize could actually be wet to be able to wipe things down better with. They are always dry when we come through
I recently visited this car wash and was thoroughly impressed despite challenging circumstances. During my visit, a power surge outage disrupted operations, including the vacuums. The staff remained professional and composed, handling the situation admirably.
The manager, Felicia, was dealing with some crazies while I was waiting for the vacuum, and she deserves a raise. Highly recommend this place for their excellent car wash services and exceptional customer service.
The wash is good and it's nice that they offer free vacuuming and moist towels. My only concern is the rudeness of so many of the customers. Maybe I'm off but I see the vacuums and towels as a 'courtesy' for a quick clean-up...not an excuse for a car owner to spend an hour doing a full detail of their vehicle. Especially while there are several cars waiting. If you go don't be surprised if you end up having to come back another day and time.
My spouse had his vehicle washed here and then monthly unauthorized charges started appearing in his checking account Without his knowledge, they were charging him monthly for some membership he never signed up for. THIS IS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!! When I called, I spoke to Felicia, who was extremely helpful and stated there were 4 charges that she will call corporate and have reversed.

Staff is always friendly and helpful with explaining prices, they always have a deal with their monthly plans so if you live in the area and clean your car often then the membership is for you. Otherwise a great place to get your car cleaned quick and thoroughly.
Clean and efficient drive through auto car wash. This place also has a self-service area with strong vacuums and clean towels for that finishing touch.
I have the monthly plan and I feel it is worth it as I try to get a car wash weekly. The frequency will likely increase now that we are getting winter weather.

Easy & convenient most of the time. However, by offering free vacuuming non members pull in just for free vac & hold paying members up by taking their good old time. Also - when they closed for 4-5 days Auto Spa should have compensated members by discounting next billings price or extended monthly memberships for the amount of days they were closed. Other than these two issues, we’re very satisfied!
I absolutely love this car wash. I got a membership because I love that they have free vacuums and towels to dry your car. I would have gave them 5 stars.
But in the last few months, it seems like all of the vacuums have no suction. When it won't pick up mulch off of a floormat, you can tell that there's no suction.

A great wash, vacuums, and even a carpet cleaning machine! They also have microfiber towels to dry your car off and hand sanitizer.

It's typically busy here, so during the week in the early mornings is usually best!
They offer a monthly membership. I don't have one because I don't live close by to use it more than once a month, so I just pay for the best wash, which is $19. Their monthly membership is $29.
Just updating that the prices have increased to $39 for a monthly membership and $25 for the best wash.
I only come into this area once a month, so it's not quite worth me paying for a membership, but it's still my go-to for a good wash.
Lastly, the only change I would suggest is that they change out their towels. Little tiny microfiber pieces end up all over the place on my car. I can't use these towels on the windshield and windows because it leaves tons of tiny fibers that are hard to wipe off after. You can see it the worst in direct sunlight.
Other than that, I still come here! :)
I was very happy with this service a couple years ago. I just canceled my membership because you can never get a spot to vacuum your car. I pay a monthly service and I can never use the vacuums because they are being used by the public. The young girl said she could not refund me and it had to go through corporate. This is the fifth time in a row that I can't use the vacuums. If you're looking for a place with better customer service, go to Canton car wash or autobell.
This place is awesome! The car wash is like none other in the area! It cleans your car better than any other drive thru car wash. They have really great deals on monthly memberships and you can go every single day if you have a membership and want to. Also, they have double side vacuums, mat cleaning machines, trash cans and plenty of microfiber rags at each parking spot to detail your whole car FOR FREE! You don't need to get a car wash to use those things. It's just the most fun place to go if you need to detail your car, which is not usually a fun job.
This place is awesome!!! I've been going here for years. A Car Wash I can fit my F350 Dually in and it cleans every inch of my truck. The staff and facility great. The drying rags leave your vehicle spotless.
I went to Canton for a year before I realized the wash machine sucks. Every vehicle I brought there was left with huge spots untouched. That's why they have so many cleaning supplies so you can finish washing your vehicle. If I pay for car wash, it's so I don't have to sit there and clean it by hand.
Don't waste your money at Canton, go to Bel Air Auto Spa Express, and you won't be disappointed.

This is a great place to wash your car and get it clean. I would suggest going for the monthly if you plan to wash your car more than three times you end up saving money. They also have free vacuum and towels for drying your car, which is useful as they go pretty heavy on the soap, and generally, there is some left behind after you exit the wash. Overall, though, a pretty good car wash for the price you pay as long as you are willing to do the vaccinating and dry process.
This place is great! I have the monthly membership and I come 2 or 3 times a week. Automatic tag readers allow you to go right through without delay. They're open every time I go, during their normal operating hours, regardless of how cold it is. It is state of the art and always clean. The manager, Laura is wonderful. She does a great job. I highly recommend Belair Auto Spa Express!

I paid for the "super" wash which was $16 . It includes under-body flush to get all the winter road salt off the car. After I get home, I see the fenders are still filled with road salt. The outside of the car looks nice though.
