Junk King was great! They communicated well, explained their pricing and were very reasonable. They took care of not hitting walls and scuffing floors when removing items and we had a lot of stuff! I highly recommend and will use again!
I rented the mini dumpster which you can literally walk in to throw away items which was great being someone vertically challenged. I was charged just for the space I used and not a penny more! I rented it and it was delivered the next day and rented for 3 days. If you are looking for reasonable and not overpaying for a rental this is the way to go! Professional and very easy to handle! Mark and his team were friendly and efficient. They displayed kindness toward a neighbor who wanted the parking space, and they returned to me shortly after departure to take an item I neglected to add to the load. 10 stars! Amazing experience today.
Repeat customer..they are always on time, friendly and efficient. Today I had an appointment that was scheduled for later in the day. They gave me a call letting me know they had a cancelation and they weren't too far from me. I was able to get an earlier appointment and get my junk outta here. Another great thing is that they were able to provide me with an on-site quote. I was then able to let them know when I was ready to schedule the pickup. I would highly recommend.

First, I called and they were out to my home same day for an estimate. I received the estimate by the end of the day. Excellent pricing. Extremely professional. The day of work- they were on time, clean and professional, worked so hard and my yard looks incredible. They broke down a shed and hauled a lot of heavy things away. I would recommend this company a million times over and will call when I need anything else done.

We contacted Junk Kings of Bel Air last week to get a quote to remove several piles of dirt left over from a landscaping project, and two tree stumps.
We texted in photos first, and got a fast response asking to make an appointment for Junk Kings to come out to our property and give us an on-site quote. Making the appointment was easy and the lady we communicated with was very prompt and helpful. We got an appointment the same week and this past thursday a Junk Kings employee came out to look at what we needed taken away.
The Junk Kings employee who came out was on time, and called before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he came to the door and introduced himself. He looked everything over and let us know that he needed to confirm with his boss what the total quote would be and that we would get an email that night. The quote came through and it was in line with other quotes we had received. We found the interactions with Junk Kings to this point to be wonderful so we made an appointment for job for the following week.
The day for the appointment arrived and again, the same employee called to let us know that he was on his way. However this time an additional Junk Kings Employee was with him and they walked onto our property, without coming to the door first, and started talking to each other on the side of our house.
My husband went out to talk to them to tell them he could move some vehicles out of the way so they could get to work and the new employee stopped him and told him that the quote was incorrect and they wouldn't be able to do the job for how it was quoted. He said he was sorry, and then he walked back to his vehicle and drove away.
We are pretty unhappy with the wasted time, the fact that the written quote we received was not honored, and how the situation was handled.
We have received no calls, emails or texts from Junk Kings trying to correct any issues for this job.
Junk King employees were timely, courteous, respectful of my property, and very efficient in hauling away the objects I had requested, and for a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them in the future to dispose of more items. Definitely saved me time, and more importantly, my back.
They called ahead of time and gave me an accurate ETA. Gave me a very fair quote upon arrival. Took them a total of 25 minutes to completely remove everything out of my king bedroom. Had multiple heavy items (bed, dresser, heavy bags of clothes) and at least 8 trash bags that were very heavy. Both guys were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone. I had a great experience with Junk Removal, and I can't recommend them enough! Cory and Caleb were fantastic—super friendly, efficient, and professional. Caleb even called me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on the way, which I really appreciated. They removed my bags of junk in no time, and their kindness and speed made the whole process so smooth. Definitely worth the tip! Highly recommend these guys for anyone in need of junk removal!
Junk king was very easy to work with on our clean out mission. They were timely,8 am sharp… and respectful of our property when moving the truck around. . I would definitely use them again and will refer to my friends.
This is the first time I used Junk King and I would highly recommend them if you need junk removed. Two young men worked hard getting all my request completed. The price was reasonable for what they needed to remove. If you get in that fall cleaning mode and need to get rid of junk give them a call, I don't think you will be sorry.

I called office to schedule an appointment. The young lady was very pleasant and professional. Two men came out, Mark and Cory, they were warm, sincere, polite and respectful. They gave me a reasonable quote and hauled junk away. I will tell neighbors , family and friends about my experience with Junk King.

What stood out was how well they communicated the delay—something that speaks volumes about their professionalism. I just had two gentlemen from junk King come clean out from under my porch and some all things inside the house. They were great! They were polite. They did a great, job cleaning things out, and they were Quite reasonable.
I had the junk Kings come back to finish cleaning up my house to get it ready for listing it. They were excellent. Very hard workers got everything I asked him to take, I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and their quickness. I had a basement, first floor, and second floor and they got it done in an hour and a half. And I haven’t even bagged a lot of the things which they did especially in the basement.
Great company. Needed to have my couch picked up as early as possible and they made me the first stop. Even showed up early! The two guys who picked up the couch were great. They were courteous and quickly removed the couch and made sure everything was cleaned up. Can’t recommend enough.
I used Junk King's services today for the third time in about 8 years. They arrived on time (as they did in the past). The guys were personable and professional (just as before) and I was totally satisfied with the cost of removing my junk (just as before)! I trust them to handle my old microwave/convection oven and broken tv responsibly.

Very professional and it took them only an hour and a half to fill up a whole truck load! Prices are unbeatable 10/10 would recommend! They arrived late but once they arrived, they gave me an estimated which was in my budget. Please forgive me I can't remember their names. I believe it was the owner and his son. They got to work and did an amazing job. They were in and out in less then 2 hours. All I had to do was point and get out of the way. The team was friendly and courteous. They left no mess. Plus they treated the furniture like it was brand new. I was definitely impressed with their professionalism. I would definitely recommend Junk King.

Excellent work very professional. Stayed close to the quoted price and time scheduled; had a large abandoned shed on property from previous owner removed. Unknown items and possibly chemicals. All chemicals were set aside and safely contained for me to dispose of. Lots of unknowns in this project; I am pleased with the result.
