1st off I bought rotors from this place the 1st set I bought were faulty and had to be exchanged well went and exchanged them today and guess what WRONG PART all after he was being insanely rude and said they didn’t have the rotors in stock so offered to pay the difference for the ones they did have all of sudden he had the other rotors in stock well got them home and guess what WRONG rotors way to big for my car so now I have no vehicle and no way to my JOB because we have to figure out how to get these ones brought back and get the right part!!!! Customer service is awful if you hate your job that much don’t work there! Don’t be lying saying you have the part you just said you didn’t have to be lazy and avoid a simple transaction! Some of us only have one vehicle and rely on that for our jobs and some of us have children that go in our vehicles we don’t need halfassed part lookups and completely neglecting your job so you don’t have to ring someone up I offered to pay the extra for the right part but wanted to take the easy way out and sell me the wrong part now you all have lost out on even more money because they need exchanged again when it could’ve already been done and over with!
I will never use this place for any of my car part ever again. I started to do my brakes and rotors all the way around (easy job) apparently these guys can't find the right parts 2 days in a row and even gave them my Vin number and still managed to give me wrong parts. Lmao it bad when an auto shop can't give you the right parts they are supposed to know cars atleast a little the computer does most of it for you SMH!!!
Just a follow-up on my last review. You guys have gotten much better at getting things right. Thank you. Have been very pleased. Sorry about the other review. I must of been having a bad day.
My husband went there for parts for his truck. They gave him the wrong part, so he called them and was told it will work. Well it didn't. Needless to say he had to go back and get the right part. That was the second time in 2 days they gave him the wrong parts
The General Motors dealership couldn't help me. This place did. I got exactly what I was looking for at a far more reasonable price than I could have hoped for.
Really, save a trip. Go here first.
