Great soccer fields and nice walking path. 2 things would make it better. 1st, having clearly marked fields and 2nd, fixing the walking path ad it is a little wonky.
You'll feel like you are miles from civilization. But this is a nice, well maintained walk through a swamp (on a boardwalk) and the woods. It doesn't take too long, so kids won't get tired. You might even see deer like I did. There's also a waterfall at the far end.
First walk here this spring. Very nice for a quick walk while visiting Oakland. Had had recent rains so muddy places covered with plastic. Nice to hear the water rushing in the creek. Views several birds and greenery coming to life.
