He towed my car and was very patient with us while we waited for our “coupons” tickets, then he was very helpful about the insurance process and explaining of everything. I would want everyone to use his towing service!

This place is great! They truly are experts. My bug has never run better. I wish I had been going to them all along.

Mark is the owner, and he takes the time to evaluate the problem you are experiencing with your vehicle. Thank you, Mark, for getting my buggy back on the road safely.

VW parts and cars store, it seems the place has gone down over the years from certain employees that worked there no longer,They helped at times and some shenanigans on their part at times.

I ordered a set of replacement keys for my Golf through Mark's web page/email. He was responsive, to the point and two new keys turned around and sent to me quickly and affordably. Just had to send a photo of the current key I had and the VIN number + PayPal email.
Got the immobilizer and remotes matched up myself (does require some fairly expensive tools, but I work on VWs myself, so they eventually pay for themselves) and everything works as it should!
Will be back again should I need any other VW "sidewinder" keys made for the various old VWs I keep around and have in the family.
Thanks Mark!Feb 28, 2023 -
Quality work done quickly at very fair prices! Will be back for my future VW needs!

This guy knows VW's. Super nice guy, very informative. Probably one of the best in the quad state!

So happy theres old heads still willing to wrench on these fine classic/antique cars. Its hard to find good mechanics!

It's Mark's welcoming smile and friendly embrace that kept me going back for years (and they're really smart about VW's too).

I have been taking my 2004 Jetta TDI there for years. They do great work at a good price. I go up there all the way from Gaithersburg! Every once in awhile I get tired of the drive, and try a different shop, always kick myself, after that.

I have to say that this place is awesome. Mark helped me when I first got my VW New Beetle. He went way above and beyond and answers my questions instead of blowing me off like most shops. Makes keys onsite and Euro plates also. A totally awesome experience.

I have been going to this Shop since 1994. I bought my first car from Mark 1 and have had my last 3 VW's serviced there and they have been nothing but helpful and have never lead me in the wrong direction.
This past visit was no exception, Got in got my oil change in fact have a TSI motor they are one of the handful around that actually carry my filter that I need (A lot of other places have to order it if I am not going to the dealer) I wanted my serpentine belt replaced but was told that I probably have another 10K miles on it (Thanks for saving me some $). And on top of that even put on the Rotor's and Break pads that I brought in with out trying to push me to buying new ones from them. In the end I love my service there and will always be a customer!May 10, 2017 -
Horrible Experience. First they don't even speak when you walk in. I said okay, maybe they are no social people and i can deal with that. What I can't deal with is paying to have my speedometer cable replaced and oil changed incorrectly. I paid for a brand new speedometer cable and labor that they apparently installed. The next day everything was going fine until I was traveling on I70 and the speedometer started going crazy. Then within ten minutes of driving, my car racked up 10,000 miles on the odometer. YES 10,000 miles in only 10 minutes. These people don't know what they are doing. I then decided to check my oil to see if they changed it and of course they didn't. Oil was black. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE! Your car will last a hell of a lot longer if you take it somewhere else or do things yourself.
