Absolutely outstanding service. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. If you want cheap you'll take a hit in quality of workmanship and the parts used but not here. So prices are reasonable and they get the job done well within the budget that they say it will be done in. Prices are at least 50% lower than surrounding shops. Other shops have really raised their prices to levels that at least for me are unsustainable.
me and my wife have used them for a # of services. communication is always great. prices are good. service is timely. mechanics are knowledgeable. I wish I had more time for a better review and more details of my experiences but 5 star in my opinion.
The absolute best automotive mechanic option in the area. Owners are honest, knowledgeable, and of high integrity. I have used multiple mechanic shops over the decades, however once I found this shop and got to know the owners, there was no doubt in my mind that this is the only automotive mechanic service my family will ever use. My family has since moved away from the area, BUT STILL utilize this mechanic shop and drive the distance for service because they are that good. We have had many many vehicles serviced as well as major repairs handled by Blaine, his father, and supporting mechanics and every single time they come through with impeccable service, honest communication, and very competitive prices for the top notch work that they do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are looking for honest and skilled mechanics that stand by their work.
Darren and his crew do a great job of taking care of their customers and being honest with their customers. I've taken about five cars to him some with major work and some with minor work and he has done a great job each and every time. There are even times where he has gone behind other mechanics to fix issues with their work. Most recently he completed a complete engine swap and transmission swap on a family member's car that lives out of the area. They were very patient throughout the process of finding an engine for the car as well as doing the repairs and making sure my family member was well taken care. A+ service and I would highly recommend their and I would highly recommend their shop
Best mechanic in the county!! I used to live near Brunswick, but I moved to Frederick city a year ago and I'll still come out to Brunswick because Brunswick Auto is so good! Best service ever!
I had a flat tire. The gas station referred me to the business. I arrived and was greeted by the owner. His name was Darren. I explained my problem. He said I will be glad to help you. He was very kind. As I waited he introduced me to (in his words) The brains behind the business. His son Blaine. The mechanic Tommy then set about doing the repair. He was very positive as well as he explained the problem. It took just a few moments for the repair. I highly recommend this business. I didn't know they were this close and convenient to my house. In summary. Kindness and positivity win. ✨️
Update: Mr. Darren told me there was a mix up and the mechanic that was working on my car had not completed his diagnostics yet when I picked up my car. They refunded my payment. Thank you for making this right.
Wow... I dropped my car off, then picked up the next day after they told me the problem was my fuel injection system and air filter. Paid 230.00 and went to start the car and it still barely turns over which is why I took it there to begin with. He heard the car wasn't starting easily and it finally started and he said "Oh, I forgot to tell you the mechanic said he wasn't finished" What the What???They cleared the error codes so now I don't even know what to tell the next mechanic what to look for - I"m new to this area and praying I can find an honest mechanic. SMH :(
Poor welds. Exhaust leaks in several locations of the new pipe. Some of my old exhaust piping was reused even though I had paid for new. Took the truck back a day after the work was done to have it fixed, they called me back 45 minutes later saying it was ready for pickup again. Upon a second inspection I noticed that the exhaust still has a couple leaks. Overall a terrible experience. The shop clearly does not have pride In their work.
The cost of repairs were twice the estimated price. The AC was "fixed", but only worked for a few hours before failing. The vehicle didn't start three days after I picked it up from the shop. When I opened the hood, I saw the battery sitting in the battery tray, not secured. The vehicle didn't start because the negative terminal was loose.
And, I never received an itemized invoice.
This shop is kind of off the beaten path, and doesn’t look like much from the street but they have all of the same tools, equipment, technology that the big car dealerships have without having to change you the big car dealer price’s. I am happy to say that the Technicians are the Best professional, personable, Trustworthy, and do Good Quality Work I have been here several times now I am so glad that I found this place I will now be a Life Long customer.
I brought my expedition in for a new fuel pump/sender unit. The price initially quoted was so great I brought the truck in. Once the work was done there was a minor issue, 70 dollar difference that when brought up to the owner was immediately resolved. Consistency is key in business with me and the owner saw this and corrected the issue without question. They fixed an expensive issue quickly and have gained a customer for life after they listened and understood the minor issue. I will refer others to them and will be back soon for another issue I have which is an exhaust leak which they gave a very fair price on. This is the way to conduct business in my opinion, well done.
Blaine did an excellent job on the exhaust on our truck. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend their shops for all repairs.
