All Star towing picked up the phone was so nice to me. Most tow companies have a chip on their shoulder when they pick up - but I could tell that they knew I was stressed and in need of help. The price was your standard $100-$150 depending on where you’re going and what car you have. But they were extremely quick. I just really appreciated how nice they were to me, in a situation where I’m already stressed and feeling fragile. Jay was my tower and he deserves a raise. He navigated to my tricky area and was patient with me. He kept reassuring me as I was really emotional about the damage. He was understanding and such a great guy. Thank you All Star for spreading kindness and helping people when they are in need!
They did what several other towing companies could not do. Georgetown Towing, Always Towing & Recovery Inc, Central Towing Inc are the other three towing companies that came and couldn’t figure it out (getting my dead car out of a garage with 6 feet ceiling clearance). I also called several other towing companies (who said forget it over the phone) I was thrilled to see this company show up and they worked hard to get the job done quickly and professionally.
