A totally professionally run operation. When you call the front desk, there is always someone there who is friendly who gives you all the info you need without any negative vibes or attitude. The guy who wound up towing my car from an impound lot (Ramon) was cool as all get out. Although I had to wait for an hour after he arrived for someone from the lot to move another car that was parked in front of mine, he made sure he didn't have any other calls to get to, and volunteered to stay until that car could be removed. I even got a ride to where my car was being towed, and wound up having great conversation with the young man. A total class operation all around.
I recently took my car to Airpark towing and auto repair body shop for repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and attentive, specially I have to mention about service manager Alex Gurevich. He took the time to explain the repair process and answered all my questions, making me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and my car looks as good as new. I highly recommend Airpark for their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. I’ll definitely be returning if I ever need repairs again!
