Huge shout out to Brian his dad and crew at Minnicks Towing and Recovery! After a flat rear tire on motorcycle in Harpers Ferry, I called AAA. 1.5hrs later they dropped my call stating no one in area was available to tow a motorcycle. Called nearby Minnicks directly they were out fast and promptly to tow me back to my house in VA. Reliable, trustworthy, hard working folks. I had a fantastic experience with Minnicks Towing. I was one of the unlucky ones that purchased the contaminated gas from Sheetz. I called Minnicks and they were there in less then 30 minutes. The driver was amazing and the customer service was top notch and he was extremely courteous. I then had to call them a second time to have my vehicle towed to the dealership for repairs and I was greeted with same amazing customer service, Scott picked up my vehicle and texted me when he delivered it the dealership and sent a picture of where my car was parked at the dealership. Their professionalism and customer care are second to none!
I had a very rude driver fly through the Food Lion parking lot, requiring me to slam on my brakes to avoid getting hit. I dropped off my boys and headed down a different lane to leave. Once trying to exit, your drive then started to back up as if to back into me. That's when I snapped the picture. I don't care how good your prices may be, I won't use your services if this is how your drivers drive.
