This company loves to tow for no reason. Had my sister in laws car towed because the parking pass dates was not visible. The parking pass was still good for another day, so we went to get it out and asked if we could dispute the tow if we were able to prove that the dates was still valid. We read the towing policy in the parking lot and nothing is mentioned about the placement of the parking pass, yet the clerk said it was a valid tow because they could not see the dates. Even though we were able to show her the dates of the parking pass. They will tow for any reason.
I was in a terrible situation with my car - dark, remote location and a flat tire. Road Runner responded quickly and changed the tire and got me back on the road feeling comfortable, safe and confident that I would be okay driving home. Excellent service and an awesome technician did the work fast and expertly.

It was clear that the employees lacked sufficient training to provide accurate information regarding the company's policies and procedures. I would recommend anyone to carefully consider their options before engaging with this business. To improve, I suggest the following to the owner of this business: 1. Update the posted hours of operation for towing services. 2. Invest in comprehensive employee training to ensure a higher standard of service and customer support. As it stands, this experience has led me to question whether I would use their services again or support a business with such challenges in leadership and operations.
