The gentleman was extremely nice and professional. He also called once the car was dropped off to assure me he had placed my key within the drop box. I was very pleased with my service.
This company practice illegal towing and lying to vehicle owners and Montgomery County investigators. They claimed that my vehicle was parked without permit while in fact it did have permit attached to the front window and their extremely rude front desk lady refused to go to the car and check. They extorted money from me to get vehicle back. Criminals are owning this company and working at this company and they must be stopped.
Tried to tow me with me inside the back of my out of state vehicle. He slammed his device against my tires with no warning. I woke up and stated that I was inside the back. He demanded $25. I refused. Then he calls the police on me. He was told to un-hitch me and go because it’s ILLEGAL TO TOW WITH A PERSON INSIDE THE VEHICLE. If any damage occurred to my vehicle, you will be notified by an attorney. Knock on the window or door first. Obviously a blackout curtain and bath towel indicate a dweller inside……not to mention a camper van with an out of state plate. Just look at their reviews… It’s obvious that they scam out people.
