This shop did a phenomenal job on repairing my vehicle from a collision that was not my fault. The work on my car was beautifully done and it was completed in a week! They communicated with me every step of the way. The manager went above and beyond for a specific, very frustrating circumstance by contacting my insurance and putting in the extra work to make sure they had the correct liability so I could take my vehicle home when I showed up. I highly recommend for a personal, trustworthy experience.
The building is outstanding. Very impressive shop, clean and looks top notch. I had my brakes done on a car I just purchased and one of the employees Jeremy and another tech noticed some issues that were hidden from us during the purchase of vehicle. Jeremy invited me down to the shop and we walked under the vehicle and I left knowing some important information. They didn’t have to do that, they could have just done the brakes and sent me on my way.
Everyone I dealt with from Doug to Jeremy to the technician working on the car was personable and professional above and beyond what you will normally see nowadays.
So I would definitely recommend this place, and it’s nice knowing there is a quality shop close by if I need it.

Amazing experience from start to finish! They replaced my bumper and panels after I was rear-ended and had everything done in just 3 days. Communication was clear the whole time, and the quality of the work was excellent. They handled everything without any hassle on my end. Highly recommend!

My experience with Brunswick Collision Center was great! Jeremy and the team were able to get me an accurate estimate for repairs, in addition to setting expectations for the timeline. To help save me money because I was paying out of pocket, the crew worked to find me as many aftermarket parts as possible. In the end, the repairs were completed sooner than I expected, and at the lower end of estimated cost: the shop was unsure of the cost for two diagnostic scans that needed to be performed by a 3rd party. An added bonus was the Enterprise rental office that is colocated with the shop; made it a one-stop shop! I will be recommending Brunswick Collision Center to others in the area!

Great auto shop! Super kind people who update you every step of the way. They were able to get my estimate to me and my insurance company the same day I dropped off and even got my car back to me early! Super knowledgeable staff who want to help you out :)
Brought my car by on a spur of the moment repair of tow truck damage to my front bumper. The front bumper had become separated from the wheel well. I had attempted to pop the bumper in, and a professional mechanic had also made an attempt. The staff at Brunswick Collision Center at first offered to give me estimates for three different options. While chatting with the receptionist the staff member came out and asked for my key. He took the car to the shop, and after about ten minutes or so he returned with my key. He said that dirt had encroached on some internal clips which prevented the bumper from attaching correctly. He said they cleaned out the dirt, and the bumper popped right back to its original location. When asked how much I owed, he said that he would settle for me writing a good review online. That was more than reasonable. The staff there was very friendly, helpful, and honest. I highly recommend them. If I could give six stars I would.

Really happy with the work done on my car. A simple door ding that Brunswick Collision was able to quote us 1/3 the cost other places were estimating. I dropped my car off on Friday and it was complete and ready for pick up on Tuesday! Very communicative during the process as well. Highly, highly recommend them!
I can’t recommend Doug and the team here enough. I had the misfortune of getting in an accident right around the holidays and despite the rough timing, they were able to take great care of me.
Doug personally came out around closing to help me get everything rolling one night so that we could get the parts ordered, gave me all of my options and never once made me feel like I was being taken for a ride, and the repair came out to a little less than half of what I was expecting to pay. The store was clean and well kept and everybody was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Despite a slight mishap with the center they were sourcing the parts from, they were able to stay on top of things and communicated with me every step of the way.
They even squeezed me in towards the end of their shift to help get my car repaired, and got me in and out in no time flat.
I’ll definitely be visiting them again if I need any repairs in the future.
Dude my car looks better than when I bought it used from Carmax after a few days at the Brunswick collision center to repair damage from a deer. My car looks like it just went to the damn spa, they cleaned the inside?? It doesn’t smell like burrito in there anymore?? They fixed up some scratched paint that was from something completely different with no extra charge?? They had excellent communication, were quick to get my car back on the road and the results are better than I could’ve imagined.
I’m truly happy with the service I received. They replaced my bumper with great care, and my car looked even better than I expected, especially with the complimentary wash they added at the end. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and really made the process easy for me. I genuinely appreciate their work and would highly recommend them.
As one of the first customers at this location, I am extremely impressed! Will was very helpful and professional from my arrival to picking up the vehicle when finished. I continuously received communication from them while my car was being repaired. I will definitely use this company again for any collision issues.
