Napa of Brunswick is awesome. Everything you need and courteous staff. Ask Robbie. He'll help you with everything. Very knowledgeable and a hard working young man.
Convenient location. I’ve always been able to get what I needed. Slightly annoying to have a question, but be completely ignored as an employee carried on and on about his personal health issues. I eventually located what I needed and purchased with another employee.
I went in for a new battery and both people working addressed me, which was pleasant. Robbie ended up helping me test my old battery and install the new one without breaking a sweat. Insanely good dude - highly recommend this location for service alone.
They wont let you use a scan tool at this location so if your not sure about a part you need to go somwhere else to read your code or spend $100 on one in the store nomally i keep one but you know friend's they dont bring %$@t back so now i got to run to frederick to make sure im replacing the right sensor. So y would i come all the way back to Brunswick to buy a part.......? Hmmm I wouldnt
The guys and gal I've interacted with here are always knowledgeable and friendly. John has a good sense of humor and is always helpful. I go here for all of my auto part needs. Which is often, because I drive junk!
Great overall experience everytime I've gone to this location. Mike the store manager is a great guy. He is knowledgeable and his professionalism is great. Would highly recommend.
It was a rundown store that felt dirty, was under stocked, and a little disorganized. It was good for picking up a quick quart of oil but I wouldn't want to go looking for anything in there.
They are local and just the place for routine auto parts. While I tend to get stuff for a big project from Amazon I often forget something and my local NAPA has what I needed. Unlike the big box auto parts stores it is easy to get someone to help you.
Recently I had a broken wheel stud on the Dexter trailer axle and while Dexter wanted to sell me a new spindle the helpful counter person at Brunswick NAPA was able to match my broken stud to one they had in stock.
NEVER will we darken the doors of another Napa Auto Parts store. First, the store forgot to order a part after charging us for it, which we wrote off as human error. Anyone can make a mistake, right? Then, when the part finally did come in, it was broken and defective! Horrible product and forgetful customer service combine into one big NO. I'd advise you to shop somewhere else if you want to actually fix your vehicle.
