Amazing service, came in after a frustrating issue with a rental car. Came to NTB at the latest hour on 10/9/2025. The ASM Michael and SM James really provided excellent service. They are the absolute best. They really look out for you. When you need service definitely go to them. James is a mechanic but is very professional and very knowledgeable.

Extremely professional service. I went in for brake service and Mike and James made sure the job was done right. I was so satisfied I also requested additional services that same day and it was all done in a timely manner. The manager here really takes care of you. I got all my services done at this place on my MDX new tires, tune-up, new wiper blades, etc. Everything was quick and very professional
Mike and Alonzo greeted me as soon came through the door! Alonzo was working with someone else but Mike helped me. I told him i purchased the tires from here and I need a rotation and balance.
Since they couldn't find me in the system . He said I would have pay. I wasn't happy about but I needed it done.
Mike was very apologetic and dismiss my feelings about paying.
This location a while ago told me that one of my studs was stripped due to someone putting the wrong lung on it. I told I needed to get another slug and slug nuts. Mike was helpful with letting the the techs in the back know the situation.
David and TJ were very careful with my car being that it's like 25 years old. They actually figured out I didn't need any studs the original stud needed to cleaned. I had already purchased the equipment ,but I only needed the lungs nuts.
I was very grateful for them for that because that would have been another fee!
This was crew very attentive and move with precision working with each other.
They not only courteous to customer but to each as well .

This morning I came in and within two minutes I was in the back getting my tires rotated by James the manager absolutely exceptional phenomenal service all the guys within the garage were very helpful extremely welcoming and I would recommend this place to everyone thank you
I almost drove by although something with my car was not right. I walked in and shared my concerns about my car with Mike , who talked to Mgr James. He did a quick test drive and worked with technician TJ to address my concerns and get me safely back on the the road the same night. I felt heard, relived and that I could trust them with my car.
The management and staff at this NTB location are professional, customer-focused, and technically proficient. I brought in my 2016 Toyota Tundra to have its aftermarket wheels balanced—rims that had been installed when I first purchased the truck in 2016. Despite visits to the dealership and several reputable tire and wheel companies, the wheels were never properly balanced, making it almost unbearable to drive what should have been a luxury truck. I went through years of premature tire wear caused by improper balancing—until I visited the Waldorf NTB on Route 301 to replace the tires once again.
The manager, Alonzo, confidently assured me that his team would resolve the issue. Frankly, after so many prior disappointments, I wasn’t optimistic. But he paired me with an outstanding service technician, TJ, who examined the wear on my old tires and patiently listened to my concerns about the truck’s handling. When the job was done, the difference was night and day—my Tundra drove just like it did when I first rolled off the lot with stock rims.
A big shoutout to the team at this NTB, especially Alonzo and TJ, for their commitment to excellence and for finally restoring the driving experience I’d been missing for years.
Best experience. Manger James and mechanic RJ both explained everything to me. Was upfront on pricing before they did any work. Very transparent and honest. I will definitely continue to come here and I highly recommend them. Even when I called just minutes before I pulled up David was very polite.
Alonzo and the team were incredible. They worked hard to get me in TWICE this week for 2 different issues. The price was reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. This experience was a DRASTIC improvement than what I experienced at the NTB in Columbia, MD.

NTB in Waldorf provided excellent customer service. I was able to call in and make an appointment for the same day with no issue. When I got there they took my car back and got started on it within 15 minutes of me getting there. The wait was the amount of time that they stated. Overall I had a great experience there.

Been taking my car here for years, and have never been disappointed with the quality of work done on my vehicle. I took my car in today for an oil change. The gentlemen at the front desk was incredibly helpful and offered to inspect the car as a whole. There were other issues found, but the employees at NTB made time to fix the extra issues in less than 2 hours of me waiting, as well as charge me a reasonable price for all the work completed. 1992 Buick Roadmaster-Front suspension and wheel alignment
I had a great experience here getting new tires. THEY DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL ME ON ANYTHING! I trusted them to do the work I requested and they did it well. They replaced my tires with Hankook Mavis Traction Control tires. I had an alignment issue from hitting a curb and they provided an alignment and corrected the steering.
