The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate not having to wait an extended period of time.

On Friday called and and check if they could do a front end alignment, they said yes and I brought my vehicle in. After a bunch of stuff they said they couldn't do that but said they could take a look at my vehicle and tell me what was wrong with it. I mentioned that I needed my vehicle back that same day because I had to go see my son the next day. They said the store closed at 7:00 p.m.. I robbed at 6:30 p.m. and all of the lights were off and I was unable to pick up my vehicle and also found that my window was still down and everything unlocked. I received no phone call, the next day I called at 12:30, they for me that they wouldn't even look at the vehicle and wouldn't give any explanation as to why they closed down early and did not me to at least let me know that they wouldn't look at my vehicle. Image shows how they left my vehicle with the window down overnight. I couldn't roll back up because I didn't have the keys. I really wish they would have handled this a little bit better as I have nothing against anyone that worked there. It was really surprising and disheartening. They really put me in a hole by telling me one thing and then doing the complete opposite. They stranded me without a vehicle and without a reason other than I guess they all just wanted to go home early that day.

I had the best experience during my visit to this location. I woke up to a flat tire and barely had enough air in the tire to drive to this location. Upon arrival, the rep let me know that they did not have the tire that I needed but that another location had it. He told me I would not make it to that location since my tire was leaking air so quickly even after he put more air in it. To avoid me having to get a tow truck, he offered to drive to that location to pick up the tire for me. The whole experience is the definition of going above and beyond for your customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The shop guys at the Waldorf Mr Tire were gladly able to check over the tire balancing job that the Bryans Road store seemed to have screwed up, and now the vehicle has a smooth ride again plus they did not charge me for the job that I had paid for at the Bryans Road store.

Agents were knowledgeable and courteous. They provided a time for repair to be completed which was meant. I will definitely visit this shop again and pass the word to friends. Thanks RTB

They fixed a flat that the bead was leaking because the people not Mr. Tire had mounted but failed to clean the rim.

Excellent service. My tire issue was resolved quickly and the work was done well. The manager and technician were very courteous and customer service oriented.

Mr Tire was friendly and fast. I made an appointment within a 30 min slot and they were done so fast, that I had to finish out an online meeting in their lobby. The lobby had vintage but comfortable seating that was able to accommodate the 3 other ladies and myself who were waiting. We all were out in about the same amount of time (though I only saw 2 men working in the back). Malik at the front desk was kind and courteous and gave me space as I finished up the meeting; allowing me to stay up until my meeting was over. I told my husband how well they worked, and he took his truck in the same day for more work (tires, spark plugs, battery - but I'll let him leave his own review). Can't say enough how pleased I was with their service and highly recommend!!

If you need these jokers on Saturday, pay no attention to the posted store hours. They get started about an hour later. The waiting room is filthy. This is my 3rd and last time. Right now, there is an old lady also waiting for them to open with her baby in the car. Last time they told my wife they didn't know how to put the spare back under her suv. Unbelievable!!! This location should be your last resort. The other local mr. tire stores have done a much better job.

Malik & Devon were very professional and knowledgeable about the service I needed for my truck.

If a customer is there when the shop opens at 7:30, why are the workers not there on time?Service should be on a first come first service basis. Not a family recommendation being seen prior to those who've been waiting. When removing a spare tire it may be a good practice to place it back in the spare tire compartment. Not call the customer an hour or so later saying "We forgot to give your spare back, can you come get it?" Then upon arrival not bringing the spare to the vehicle or placing back where it belongs. Having the customer grab the tire themselves. I've never been to a tire shop that did not put the spare back in its compartment until this place on 10/4/25. Good customer service/ethics is lacking from this shop.

The customer service was great. The tech helped me make a good choice, got my tire from the car and got me all serviced very quickly. Much appreciated.

I've come here off and on for about 10 years and about 40% of the time, there was always some sort of issue. But I'll simply review my most recent interactions! Approximately one year ago, I had a slow tire/air leak. In attempting to self-assess whether the cause was a nail or poor tread, I realized my metal tire caps had seized. I called Mr Tire to express both concerns. They advised I would have to replace the valve stems to address the tire cap issue and they'd assess the slow leak during that session. I was told to come in 1st thing in the morning. The next day, I waited on-site for 3 hours for the valve replacement! When I got my vehicle back my rim was scratched in multiple places where someone recklessly attempted to remove the stem. I made the complaint, no relief was offered. Once I started my vehicle, my tire was still low on air pressure. I walked back into store, they took my truck back, and advised there was a nail. I then waited another 30 min for this to be fixed. Two days later, my tire pressure dropped again. I returned to the store where I was advised the technician did not properly install the valve stem. I advised I didn't want him to touch my vehicle, someone should double check all stems, and it was then rectified by a different technician in about 45 min. Fast forward to this year, 9/26/25, I found a large nail within the tread of my tire. Im fully aware of the difference between tread and sidewall! I called Mr Tire, hoping to give them another chance to provide a better experience and was advised they were busy and to come in 1st thing in the morning on 9/27. I parked my vehicle, advised I was waiting for it & walked to store for a drink. After 30 min, Mr Tire called to say they cant repair, the nail is in my sidewall, and to try a used tire shop. A few min later, I walked in to retrieve my keys and there was NO ONE in the shop except for the mechanic who was busy working in the bay. On the counter, for anyone to see or pick up, was the plastic sleeve containing my car key & the estimate paperwork displaying my personal information along with the vehicle description. No respect for my personal property or personal identifying data. I waited for 5 minutes, the mechanic popped in to ask for a few moments, I called the shop multiple times in case someone was in the office while I waited another 3 minutes. I then took my keys and left. They didnt even move my vehicle from where I dropped it, could've atleast added some air so I could safely get home. I went to a nearby tire service center who confirmed it was in my tread and they could absolutely repair it; they did so in just 17 minutes, by the way. Mr Tire in Bryans Road, MD is a scam! They damage vehicles, waste your time, and if it's not a good chunk of money for them to make, you're not considered a valued customer. I've even heard they like to drive customers' vehicles. The ripped up couches and dirty restroom with no toilet paper is an indicator of the service you get here. Be warned, you'll leave worse off than you came.

I would not even give this place one star. Malik at the front who claims he is the manager disgusts me. I made an appointment well in advanced today and received two confirmations of the appointment only to get there and be told that they would not take my vehicle for service because they were short staffed. I even tried to show him my conformation. He was nasty and this place does not honor anything. Never again.

Mr Tire in Bryans Road is great. They are always so nice and they take care of my vehicle super quickly. I feel good about driving my car after they've taken a look at it.

Great service! When I didnt think they would be able to complete job Mr Malik called me to let me know itll be done within hour and it was. They were even honest about needing an alignment. Great and trust worthy experience and Im grateful. Thanks again. Ill be back for sure.

I had a flat tire and called to schedule an appointment. They were able to accommodate me on the same day. Once I arrived, the issue was promptly fixed at a reasonable price. The service was efficient and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

I took my car there in Feb 2025 to get an oil change. They told me my car was ready so I paid and picked it up. Fast forward to June 2025, about a week ago my car was making noise and not riding properly. I took my car to Mr. Tire and they were supposed to run a diagnostic and they told me that it was the timing belt and they couldn’t do anything for that. They did not charge me for a diagnostic so that has to mean it wasn’t actually done and they were just telling me any kind of information they wanted to. I took my car to a dealership then to another auto shop and they told me that the problem was I HAD NO OIL IN MY CAR!! So that means Mr. Tire did not put oil in my car as I have been riding with little to no oil for at least a month. That ALSO means that they didn’t even CHECK MY ENTIRE CAR! DO NOT GO HERE! All the employees are lazy and unprofessional. There needs to be new management because this is unacceptable. I don’t care if you are short staffed, do your job PROPERLY OR HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. If I could give them zero stars I WOULD! (Side note: all these positive reviews have to be fake.. there’s no way!)

Issue never resolved, they performed a diagnostic check and recommended a tune up will resolve the issue. Paid for service and they assured everything is OK now, as soon as I left check engine light came on, they cleared the code and said they cant help me now and to take to the dealership Still not sure what the issue is with the car, when driving acceleration is slow and at 0 to 30 the bucks.

My wife went to get a tire rotation and oil change when they gave her a price of 50 bucks. After doing what they said they charged her 120. The guy tried making her get all new everything when all of it got replaced. Was a horrible experience and will make sure to let everyone know it’s a horrible place to go for things. There was oil all over the car from inside to out. Was completely unprofessional.

DaLonte at the Bryans Road, MD location was friendly and professional. My experience was pleasant overall, however, I was not provided with a mileage reminder sticker, nor was the mileage at the time of oil change included on my receipt. Also, if tires are rotated and the low air light is on, why not put air in the tire(s). Lastly, it appears I had two separate records for my vehicle because my prior service was not seen when I was at the shop. The front desk folk should be careful when looking up customers and entering the details of their service. Thank you.

Made an appointment for 2pm to have all 4 tires replaced. Arrived at 1:30 and was informed at this point (not when the appointment was made and the tires were chosen) that the tires I wanted would need to be shipped to the store. So I went with a different set that was $200 more expensive. My truck was pulled into the bay at 2pm, the driver revved the motor once the truck was in the bay. I heard my truck start at 5pm, as soon as it was started it was revved. Truck was backed out of the bay and when put In drive he floored it and spun tires in front of the store. Not only did it take 3 HOURS to complete the service but they felt that it’d be ok to abuse my truck. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their vehicles to this place. Worst experience I’ve had with a shop. Very unprofessional.

Had an original appointment for an alignment at 4pm. Luckily, the front desk associate was able to move it earlier to 230pm. They still didn't start working on my car until at least 430pm! I would have been better off just keeping my original appointment! "Maybe" if the mechanics weren't standing around playing with an atv on the back of a truck for over 2hrs(not even being serviced in the shop I might add), they could have had us done in a timely manner. An alignment "should not" take four hours, period. But at least the alignment fixed the issues I was having. And that's probably the ONLY POSITIVE TAKEAWAY I can take from this. When I got in my car, it reeked of cigarettes. This is absolutely unsat. This SPECIFIC SHOP needs to do better. My advice: Take your business and hard earned money elsewhere until they fix it.

Had a tire patched. Walked in and only waited about 45 min. Service Tech was fast and Manager was nice too. My only negative feedback is that they need new furniture in the waiting area. Mr. Tire: Get those people in that store some new chairs in the waiting area. It looks like junk furniture!! When people are paying hundreds of dollars for service it could look better, and customers should be comfortable while waiting for long periods of time. Stop neglecting the need for upkeep at that store!! Other wise I had a good experience.
