Received great customer service at Crown. They completed my oil change in a timely manner and gave me recommendations for new tires, but wasn’t pushy about it. Young lady at the counter when I arrived was very friendly. Her coffee was so good. Will make this location my GO TO for future oil changes.

My lights were not working so my parents recommended me to this shop. Geno was very helpful in finding the problem, solving it, and assessing other issues I hadn't considered with my car that I was able to get out of the way before winter. Very appreciative of the help and service! Great pricing as well, it wasn't overwhelming to receive the invoice. I will be back!
Needed assistance for replacing a radiator in my BMW. Not only were they able to do the work but it was done prior to the time estimated ( which I truly appreciated). Always great service!
Crown Auto service on Brians road is a great choice. they're loyal, they inspect the car thoroughly, and they recommend only the repairs you truely need with out exaggurating the price.

I’ve been here a few times. From state inspection, routine services, and genuine maintenance issues. They communicate well, are timely, and have effectively resolved every issue.
This place looked sketchy. If it was a auto repair shop, it didnt appear to be open. The area where cars are fenced for protection looked easy to get into, not at all secure. The amount of trash on the edge of the property where the woods started was horrible. When you have a business, you dont allow trash in your immediate area to collect as it reflects on your property. I found this place online as a Maryland State inspection station, but the sign wasnt there to say if it was or not. I wouldn't use them for my inspection based on the lack of any appearance as a repair shop.
Reliable, straightforward, & overall great mechanics. The staff clearly communicates whether something can wait or needs to be fixed right away, but without pressuring you.

I always get the best service at Bryans Road Crown and their inspection report, from each visit, breaks down everything that is or going to go wrong with your car. This is very helpful to me as someone who knows very little about cars and parts. I haven’t taken my car to the dealership in years.

Bryan’s Road Crown is a cross between an old fashion repair shop and modern day facility with computers, diagnostic devices, and mechanics who can work on any type of car, and social media marketing. Bryan’s Road Crown was listed on MVA website, as a certified state approved emissions repair shop. I failed my emission test and was charged for an initial diagnosis. Upon diagnosing the problem with very little oil in the crank shaft, they did an oil change, and then proceeded to see if that solved the problem. I think what impressed me the most was there honesty. A major repair in the engine could have run me several thousand dollars. Being an older senior citizen and female, How would I know if they were telling me the truth? Having to use the car to get around what options would I have had except to get the repair done ? I received a call after about 3/4 hours after dropping my car off, and my car was ready and the bill was less than $250. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and honesty. As I need repairs on my 8 year old Kia in the future, they have my business over the dealership. I will recommend them to family and friends, who need a car repaired. I would also like to thank the young woman who works at the counter who offered to help me cross the highway to go to the dinner to get coffee or breakfast.
Recently had a new radiator installed in my jeep and was very happy with Bryans Road Crown. Great service, friendly staff, honest, and efficient. Chris explained everything clearly and finished the job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this station for reliable car care.
I Love Crown. The manager Gino is absolutely professional, he makes sure everyone gets an opportunity to get an auto appointment. They do fine work on my 2018 Lexus. The mechanics are amazing, they know their craft in working on your vehicle.
