DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!!! I called steve at 11am and he said he could fix my truck. He then texted me at 3pm saying that he didn’t have the software to fix my truck. That’s 4 hours he had us waiting when he knew the whole time he could not fix my truck.

promised to show up at truck at a specific time but never came and never picked up the phone afterwards simply unprofessional

My experience with these people was the most terrible and frustrating experience. My truck broke down due to a bad air leak and called them up. When this guy came he spent a few minutes and left with no excuses or any came back 3 hours later and left again with again no excuses and never answer my phone calls or texts then came back 3,4 hours later with no excuses again. Then told me his daughter needed his help both of the times that’s why he left it was around 8pm this time and we initiated this at around 11:45 am. He kept me around for over 8 hours couldn’t even find out where the leak was coming from and TA guys found out in just a few minutes with their hands around the holes there. This guy even damaged transmission yoke and u-joint of my transmission costing me over $1500 in repairs extra on top of that leak issue. PLEASE STAY AWAY from them. He had no business touching this part trying to find an air leak.

After waiting more than 4 hours for another company to come change a tire, Steve and Melissa showed up in less than 20 minutes. Steve removed the damaged tire from our camper and when it was discovered that there was no spare, took it to a tire store. The tire was replaced, he reinstalled it and checked and filled the other 3 to correct pressure. He went above and beyond what we expected and both he and Melissa were wonderful to work with.

Steve showed up within 15 minutes of calling, and within another 15 minutes had my truck rolling. Very personable and knowledgeable and professional.

I was put out of services for a lose yoke nut. Steve and Melissa came through and got it right for me. Very good ppl and they know what they doing. Definitely got them on speed dial.

Very Friendly people. Professional mechanic will do job quickly for a fair price. You can consult with mechanic on a phone and get advices on your issue which is rare.

Got put out service at the weigh station for a air line. Steve& Melissa were there in a jiffy to get me going. Thanks. Good work and good people.

Was driving home from Connecticut when my engine suddenly overheated. At 230am, I found myself alone and stuck in the rest stop. Called JDE (google search) and Steve showed up, and within a few minutes figured out I was out of antifreeze. Quick fix, and I was back on the road! Thanks Steve!

My tire went flat as I was driving home south on 95. Thank Goodness I was 5 mins away from JDE. They were quick efficient and got me up and running again with an Hour. I didn't have a spare and they replaced my tire and installed right on the highway. I will recothem to everyone.

Steve saved me when my water pump went as I was driving north on 95 thru Perryville. He met me on the side of the road, diagnosed the issue, and got me to the Amtrak station so I could return home. He is fixing my car now and I hope to have it back early next week, but I didn’t want to wait to leave a review asap. He did not have to help me, and he went out of his way to make sure we had a plan in place. He is a good and trustworthy individual, and I strongly recommend him should you find yourself in need! I will post updates when the job is finished!

Amazing company, fair prices. Steve diagnosed the problem over the phone and then made his way to us. After further investigation, he determined we needed additional parts and got them for us and didn’t charge us extra. 100% recommend them for any of your truck issues.

This guy is the worst road side service to call. On 08/26/2025 I was put out of service at weight station on 95 south, he was the first person a call around 9am .he asked me to send him the inspection report which I did. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to come to me. 2 hours and 45 minutes later after many call and text ,he finally showed up at 11: 45 am Took my front break chamber hose out with him that was due to be replace among others and said he was going to get the parts. 19 hours went by, no show no call and decided to switch his phone off Terrible customer service Please avoid this guy if you can.

Terrible experience, he put a short hose going to the turbo with Mozilla Tape, telling me this it will hold, I knew ? is not gonna hold. We paid him 250$ and agreed if don’t work he will pay us back , he never send Zelle back we will contact police on this guy!Picture attached! Who is putting tape on turbo hoses? This mechanic!

Hands Down Best Diesel Mechanic…..Showed up in great time and got the Job Done!!!!!!! Definitely will contact if I have any future Problems with my truck and I definitely will tell all my Trucking Friends about him.

Very knowledgeable and great communication throughout. In constant contact via text regarding eta and Steve showed up and got straight to business. When you’re in need of road service you want to get the job done and Steve took care of business. And most importantly was EXTREMELY fair with the price. God forbid I ever need a road service in MD but if I ever do I will be calling Steve and his team!!!!!!!

Had truck issues in Maryland while heading to Virginia. Looked on line and came across JDE. And they were definitely professional and dependable. They replaced my starter and alternator. At a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend using them if you're ever in a jam

The guy went above and beyond to make sure the truck was in good repair. He literally came to and from quickly and knew exactly what to do. When I tell you that he will try and make sure to fix the problem, he will. If you need help in your truck, he will come and he will save your life. 10000000% recommend him. Seriously, if you're in need and your truck is messed up or you need gas or anything pertaining to your truck, he's the guy. Not from here? Doesn't matter, he's gonna come help you. Steve and Jeff were absolutely amazing when our RV broke down in the local Walmart. It was below freeing temps after dark and the worked into the early hours of the morning to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the parts specifically for our rv, but were at the auto parts store as soon as they opened to help get us on the road. Their prices are not worthy of the work they do or the passion they have for helping others. Completely trustworthy and honest!We will be using them in the future for all of our maintenance needs!!!

Thankful for the amazing crew that saved us. After getting a flat tire so far away from home with my 2 year old passenger, JDE answered my call and arrive so quickly ready to repair. Took my tire to the shop, came back to the lot I was stranded at and swapped one out so fast. They were so kind and courteous in my moment of need. Very honest and well priced! Trust these guys. They’ll take care of your car.

i had called steven to come change out my tire. he changed it out and the tire he gave me had a hole in it. my tire was back to being flat not even 24 hours after. he has been avoiding me since, when i keep trying to get the receipt. terrible customer service. his wife answered the phone with an attitude. the business location that is on google isn’t even a real place. it takes you to a beat down hotel in perryville. sketchy business all around. would not recommend to anybody.i paid 260$ for him to come out and give me a tire with a hole that was flat by the next morning.

Great service. It was the only service agreed to help me. I've had metal coolant pipe leak on i95 service area. Not repairable, needed a part and replacement. Guys went to another city which is 40 minutes away to pick up all the parts for me, came back, fixed all the stuff right and charged me reasonably. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I got put out of service at weight station. 95 SB MD. Luckily this company is 15 mins away! They came to me as soon as they could and got the job done quick. Apart from their mechanic service they were really kind and made sure I was completely safe and ready to get back on the road. Real people who didn’t just work on my truck and leave. They stood there till I left. They made my experience so smooth. Reasonable price too! God bless them. I definitely recommend!
