Very overpriced and slow and not a good attitude, no wonder why their trucks are old and lots of other companies have good trucks and better reviews, they just keep on losing customers and can’t move on with modern Towing styles. I should have not called them that day
called a couple days ago and spoke to wayne about a md state car inspection… not only was he EXTREMELY RUDE to me when i finally came in person to get my car inspected he was also very rude to the customer before me. seems like he was having a rough morning complaining about having to stay at work until 4:30. would not recommend this place to anyone especially anyone who doesn’t know anything about cars.
Called morning and talked if they can delivery shipping container from RB , they said no time , afterneen they call me back and said they can do it 650$ , trying to get some discount but rude man on phone even didn’t try to listen to end, unrespectfull and non professional communication, what can expect on work????
When I made a car accident my phone was at the car and in "Find My" it's last location is Collette's Service Center but they told me that they did'n touch the car before I got there. So tell me where is my phone?
David was very disrespectful on the phone today. I am essential personnel and I would not recommend Collette towing whatsoever I have numerous veteran friends and part of my church family Charlestown missionary Baptist church located in northeast md 21921. I can only pray for David to not destroy this vechile
Colette's tow service is second to none. I called them and told them about where i was and they found me and was there in about a half hour. The guys that came out knew exactly what to do to get me unstuck. This was not your typical winch out. They were awesome.
Wayne is a lifesaver to my Auto repair shop.,at the last minute I needed a inspection done he made sure he made an opening for us. He's very professional and friendly.THANK YOU WAYNE!!! FROM OUR FAMILY AUTO AND TRUCKING REPAIR.
Very good service. Price was affordable. Jake was a very nice guy to us. I still owe him my thanks. Will recommend to everyone and if I have to use their services again I will.
Very uncomfortable experience. Went to get vehicle back from being towed. Bill was $175 to go from the royal farms that was basically right next door. 2 men smoking cigarettes indoors so don’t expect to be able to breathe while getting screwed for money.
SCAM!! I was rear ended on the 95 bridge and the police called Collette's to tow all the vehicles off the highway. Because it was a holiday weekend, I was told that they wouldn't release the car until the next business day, which was fine. However, Collette's then essentially held my vehicle hostage by refusing to accept a verbal or written release. They demanded a faxed or in-person release, which they conveniently didn't mention at the accident so I didn't know until I'd left the state. I had my insurance company fax over my release because WHO has a fax machine in 2021?! They wouldn't accept that! I ran around my neighborhood looking for a fax machine (after I was in a serious accident and dealing with physical pain) and it was very stressful to deal with them. They were rude on the phone and completely unprofessional. Even after my second fax, they didn't actually release the car for two more days! It was an absolutely horrible way to treat someone dealing with the aftermath of a serious accident and I'm convinced it's a scam to make more money off the insurance companies.
This place worked with me even though are a bit pricey. I was in total shock that they had helped me out as much as they did!!! Very nice place with nice and good people.
I don't know much about the people that work here however from what I hear from friends of mine that go here to have work done on their cars or truck say that it's an okay place to have some things done.... And others say that a lot of things are on the pricey side
Woops...Bang...that's not my car... but to the best of my knowledge there are very good service center. Careful driving more holidays are upon us??♂️and cars
Called this service center one time just to get a fax #, and the guy was very rude. He spoke to me like I was an idiot and was very short with me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
the guy who runs the place is the most rude and abusive person I have ever met. He spent several minutes telling me how much I inconvinced him and tried to make me feel worthless. Even after apologizing for bothering him and paying him he continued to make snide comments to me and belittle me.
It was midnight when I crossed the Susquehanna River on I-95 and blew a tire on my boat trailer without a spare..
Call one company ( wrecker) but he couldn't help.
Maryland State Police suggested I call Collette's .. The man at Collettes says I can leave my boat roadside for up to 24 hours if I wanted to save $175 wrecker fee ... I opted for the tow .
15 minutes later the flatbed was backed up loading my boat and trailer ..
Scott , the wrecker driver was awesome and took care to be gentle with the boat ..
I followed the truck to the shop and Scott says they could probably get my tire replaced the next morning ..
I received a call from the shop at 7:00 AM asking if I was bringing a tire or if they were replacing it ... This guy was a little dry and to the point ( not rude ) ... I had them perform the work and a little while later I was leaving with my boat .
Yes midnight wrecker service is expensive .

No I can't speak for their Mechanical/ Engine work , The fella that swapped the tire was also very professional and helpful.
They are a business and provided the service requested .

My car had died out late at night in the middle of Rt. 40 and 222 by the bridge and GEICO was unable to get a tow service out to me. The lady working at Royal Farms gave me Colletts number and they came out and towed me to their shop. What I thought was a dead alternator they found to be just a bad battery cable. Car is still running good.
Crooks $500 for pulling a truck 5 feet. Duoble what the guys next door charged. My driver made a mistake of calling them! The owner said "$600 if you dont pay within 10 minutes" threatened to take my truck to his yard and lock it up. MEAN GUYS DO NOT RECOMMEND
Five stars for the way they stepped up to help me by fixing my tire after AAA put donut on. Had to go back to Bucks County PA after getting a flat in Perryville. Worked quickly and fee was reasonable.
Called to see hw much it would costs to take 4 tires off including the rim and to put tires on that are already on the rim. $60.00 YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND. It's not that hard is it, lol? I will do it myself and word of mouth is everything. I may be a girl but you have got to be out of your mind. 20 bolts on and off $60.00. WOW
