Pos company towing car when parking machines were down and not a care in the world even when police told him them were down he said it was not his problem.

Extremely petty towing company no morals, I’ve heard stories of this company but wow. Towing cars during a flood? Levels of no respect. Local streets were flooded so they took that as an opportunity for money to tow people looking for high ground. This will not be forgotten

I had a great experience with All American Towing. My car was towed from an accident scene and they arrived in record time. Tony met with the insurance adjuster quickly and let me at the lot to collect my personal items. He even removed my tags for me! Thank you so much and I would recommend this company to anyone needed a car towed or transported.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We paid for parking in the gravelot near the boardwalk in NorthBeach acan provide the receipt, but our vehicle was still towed and had to pay $250 to get our vehicle back. The owner of the lot and company are completely unprofessional. Will be pursuing legally in hopes this will not happen to others.

Editing to add: yes, we were upset with the company as we were left stranded with two small children, but no cursing was ever used in the conversations held. Nice try though.

I was involved in a recent collision at the intersection between lower Marlboro and route 4. My car was towed to All American Towing where it sat safely until I was ready to collect my belongings. Tony was incredibly helpful and kind. He provided me reassurance and guided me through the insurance process. Highly recommend All American for any towing needs!

Involved in an accident and the car was towed to All American Towing. I called and Tony answered the phone. I told Tony I might not make it to his shop by 5pm. He said that wasn't a problem and he would stay late, if needed. When I got there Tony was very professional and courteous. I would recommend All American Towing if you need help.

My son was involved in a recent collision on route 4 and we called All American to get his car. Tony arrived within 15 minutes and took care of us 100%!

Tony and his wife are very caring about thier customers. Very professional. My daughter and I had some car trouble and I was stressed out and they helped calm me down and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this place if you need towing.

Me and my kids visit Chesapeake beach .we park legally .we got ticket (receipts). we forgot put receipts in front of dash board and they tow our car me my kids my old Mother in law for two hour .we were standing outside in sun they are animal .they won’t care .they are hunter .hunting people especially .they are new

I call my insurance company for roadside assistance at 8 am to get my tire changed after waiting for hours and 2 other tow companies denied the services and All American Towing & Recovery was my 3rd option and with a miss understanding with my insurance roadside assistance about a cancelation I call the company myself a very respectful gentleman informed me that he never canceled and I was the next person he was coming to I was relieved after talking with the gentleman it was less then 10 or 15 minutes when he showed up. Great guy he changed my tire in no time 3 minutes or less my spare was on, wish he was my first choice. I would use them again!

Shady business practice and rude customer service. Attempted to tow vehicles that were legally parked and had valid parking permits. Was going to tow the vehicles because the parking permits looked different than other parking permits in the community.

When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone, he was unprofessional, swearing and used derogatory remarks about my fiancé and neighbors who witnessed this incident. He also advised if I did not get hanging parking permits instead of stickers, he would tow the vehicles. I had spoken with the HOA President who advised the stickers were fine and does not know why the tow company would handle business like that.

I personally would not recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism and borderline criminal business practices.

Rainy day in January 2021, my tires slid into the ditch on Rt4 and Mt Harmony in Dunkirk. I called Geico immediately for Road Side assistance. Calvert County Cops showed up. I informed them that I had called my insurance for a tow to get out of the ditch. The police called All American Towing.

All American showed up and hitched up my car ready to get out of the ditch. After the car had been taken out, the old man said it was going to cost $500.00 to drop my car or he could tow it back to his business and charge my insurance company much more. There was nothing wrong with my car, it was drivable. The old man took advantage of the situation because I had my young son in the car who was scared, it was cold, dark outside ( 5pm), and rainy. Shame on you.

I paid $300 on credit card and $200 in cash. He never sent me a receipt for the cash. Texted him and he never responded. I needed that receipt to submit to Geico but no response.

$500 for what? Had my husband been in country, I would have had him come help me but he was in Kuwait serving in the military. We had just moved here so I didn't have anyone else to call accept my insurance company. Which I did call but the police officer told me that they couldn't wait for my insurance company, the Calvert County officer called All American Towing.

They were kind and courteous. Quickly loaded my vehicle and dropped it off at the shop. I recommend these guys.

Zero stars. I've never dealt with such an unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, downright nasty individual until I had to deal with Tony. Avoid this place at all costs. It is also extremely over priced. There are many better towing companies in Calvert that are much more accommodating to your needs and much cheaper as well. DON'T even WASTE yoir time asking Tony for any sort of assistance because it won't happen especially if you've already paid. The guy is a crook.

My son was in a terrible accident, they were very professional and compassionate in regard to my sons injuries. They allowed me to collect his personal belongings on two different occasions. They made a difficult situation more tolerable by being so kind.

Needed an emergency tow to my mechanic. These guys were very knowledgeable. Service was excellent. Will call them again when needed.

I broke down on the side of the road from out of state. The driver personally called me and let me know they would be there within 15 minutes, showed up quicker than expected. Service was fast, safe, friendly, and efficient. I recommend this company to call at any time.

I called All American on A Sunday morning about 5:00 am for a tow were my son had been in an accident. They responded and were on the scene within 10 minutes. Very professional, great response and great service.

I broke down on the side of the road one night and called All American. Driver was there in a timely fashion, was very professional and had a very clean truck. Great service, would definitely use and/or recommend again.

Called Tony to tow someone out of a clearly validated no parking space. He told me "I don't leave the office for one tow". Very Unprofessional

Have called like twenty times trying to get them to do their job and tow a ton of illegally parked cars and have gotten rude responses and nothing of it. Like, Im trying to give you business???? Do you not like FREE MONEY??

My car died while I was driving one night and I called All American to tow it to the shop. Tony was helping someone else out when I called but let me know he would call me back, which he did quickly. He gave me an estimate of when he'd arrive, along with the tow cost, and when he did show up he was incredibly helpful!

Needing a tow is rarely a situation you'd want to be in AGAIN, but if I ever find myself needing one and I'm anywhere near by, I'll definitely be calling All American!

I must say, this has been a tough ordeal for our family. My 20 year old son was driving home from Philly for Christmas and got into an accident. He's okay, but the car not so much. Since he had liability only, we gotta foot the tow bill. Tony and his team were excellent, Tony being honest with me from the very beginning, I knew what to expect. Fair prices and constant communication is all anyone can ask for, especially in our situation. Anyone needing a tow, call Tony and his crew first!
