I came in for an oil change, and Victor found additional issues during the inspection and contacted me immediately to explain and get approval. The work was done efficiently, and I picked up my car the next morning. He showed me photos and explained everything clearly. I’ll be back for regular maintenance.

Victor was nice and told me the things that was wrong with my car. The guy I believe name Sergie (I believe that's his name) mentioned my car was able to run after they did the diagnosis and put everything back. Seems like it was something probably just disconnected or loose although the car still needs a lot of repairs. I was happy to hear that at least my car was able to run. They helped me with the diagnostic fee. I am pleased to see all the good reviews about this shop and the shop isn't far from where I live. I do plan on using them if I need them for extensive repairs in the future.

Mr Victor taught me new things I did not know about my car!!! They Work Great With Mercedes and European Cars!!! Experts!!! I needed Engine repair because of oil leak Also leaking fluid from antifreeze reservoir and leaking fluid from radiator. Needed Brake Rotors also The repair cost and Labor were reasonable. My experience at Sudbrook Car Center has been excellent. When my vehicle broke down in April, I turned to Sudbrook Car Center for help, and Victor guided me through the process of securing an extended warranty to cover the repairs. Although the approval process took some time, Victor ensured that all necessary documentation was submitted promptly. The uncertainty of whether the warranty would be approved was the only stressful part, but Victor went above and beyond to facilitate the process.
My car had a timing chain issue, and Victor also worked on the wheel bearings and brake pads. Everything was handled professionally and completed in a timely manner. Sudbrook Car Center is one of the best auto repair shops in Baltimore for both foreign and standard vehicles. Their prices are very affordable, and I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to mechanic!

I wish i could give them a zero. Worst people to work with. Had my car for months-replaced engine under warranty. Still wasn't running. Made me pay for additional items that were not needed because they couldn't figure out why it kept stalling after they replaced. Eventually it was the exhaust system had oil coated in because the engine blew. Just called today to get a copy of paperwork that was done on the car and old man yelled at me and said he can't give it to me. It took me 2 days of frustration but i did get a copy from Victor. However, old man-think his name is Mike or Mark-hung up on me again 2x.
Victor is absolutely the best. He took my car in right away, called me back with the details of the needed repairs, gave me a timeline of when it would be done, called me the day before it was ready to say we were on schedule and delivered on time. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice about maintaining my car as well. I highly recommend this facility.
Turned my car with part and they were honest with other things going on with my car. They work very hard to find out how to get replace parts for older cars and try to get my car back to me soon as possible. I will continue to work with its them for as long as they are in business
