I had an awesome experience working with Wade. A great guy who actually cares about YOUR wallet first rather than his own. Before picking up my vehicle he walked me through a couple steps to try to troubleshoot the problem rather than just hooking it up and towing it away. I called to tow my truck that wouldn't go in gear. Instead of towing and charging me for a tow, he came out and told me the problem and set it up to drive it home. And sent me the link to the part I would need. Very good dude. Thank you so much.
Kind and quick. They were able to pick my car up with in 2 hours of having to leave it on the side of the road and were more than helpful to my navigationally challenged brain at 2 am after work trying to explain where it was, and even offered advice on what to check on before throwing money at my car to fix it. Really appreciate you guys, never been through this before and you made it easy.
Wade is an honest, reputable, and super nice guy! That's all you can ask for when you're in need of help and unfortunately it's not always easy to come by. He saved us potentially hundreds of dollars by figuring out the actual problem with a truck we inherited and we're unfamiliar with. It all came down to a battery install gone wrong, and because he had prior knowledge on how finicky these particular trucks can be, he was able to fix it and show us what to do next time we need to change the battery. He saved us from having to take the car to the mechanic and we're so very thankful for his time and help! We'll definitely have his number saved for anything in the future!

After having no luck with multiple towing companies, and trying to be Over charged by hundreds, Pops was the one to finally come through with an awesome price. Did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the process, and were very friendly. Couldn't recommend a better towing service! Customer for life!
Very professional, extremely helpful. I was stuck in the side of the road. He was there quickly. Sat with me until my Uber came and assisted me in finding out what was wrong with my car. And towed my vehicle at an unbelievably reasonable rate.
Driver was very professional and on time he told me when he was going be there and was right on time i had to ride with him to shop and was very comfortable and did not feel wierd or nothing i would recommend them for any of your car towing purposes they was awesome and got vehicle to shop and no time
On Christmas Eve my truck broke down in PA. and on Christmas day, evening, HAIpops Auto services made the more then 3 hour drive there to bring it back home. The driver was very professional and I highly recommend their services.
By far the best tow service experience I've ever had.. If you need a tow truck typically there's something wrong and you're dealing with problems the last thing you want is somebody taking advantage of you. Halpops gives grade a service for a fair respectable price.

My 2021 LEXUS, was hit and taken to Baltimore impound. Because of COVID, all appointments were time sensitive. They showed up on time, corresponded with the pound people. Explained to me the process and we were in and out. I’m in the car business, would definitely be a recommendation from me. Thanks Guys
I used HAIpops for a tow about three years ago and the experience was amazing. The driver, who was actually the owner, was very friendly and helpful.
Sadly, COVID has put them out of business. I know this because I called the number listed through Google Maps today (8 June 2021) and reached the owner. He patiently listened to me explain my issue, for a good 30 seconds. After that he mentioned that he had to close because of COVID, but he talked me through what I should do about my problem, suggesting a few alternatives that would save me money. I wouldn't have thought of these things, but with his experience he knew what to do and he kindly shared his knowledge with me.
I don't know if he'll be able to reopen, but I sure hope he does. It's terrible when we lose a kind, honest mechanic. Thanks POP!
We had Haipops tow our car recently. They provided FAST, affordable service. The gentleman who towed the car was very nice and helpful. I can't recommend Haipops enough.
After being shut down by AAA (which I pay for premium) and then multiple other towing companies, I found myself in a pinch. I had no idea HAlpops was right here. A stranger stopped and asked if I needed help and I told him what had happened. I had been waiting for a tow truck for almost 4 hours. He said call these guys, they are incredible and I know they will get you. Also I may add, at this point it was like 330am. I called. And in no time they had me where I needed to be. Just incredible service!! Thanks so much!

100% one of the best Mom and Pop garage's around. They help You and not their bank account. Their tow truck driver is quick and extremely polite. The owners are are like talking to friends. Will use them again

Tow truck driver really knows what he is doing. Took 12 hours of other drivers refusing or failing to pick up my low sports car. He took no time because he knew exactly what he was doing. It was done carefully and expertly, even my mechanic commented on how well the driver knew his stuff.
