I’m not one to write reviews but I was so disappointed with my experience with Duffy’s. I brought my car in for brakes. A few weeks later my car was making so aweful noises. My husband looked at it (he knows cars) and my lug nuts were not tightened. I called Duffys and first they apologized then turned it around and said they have a strict list of protocols and it couldn’t have been them. I dropped it, I had no proof. Now 11 months later my brakes are making noise. I took it to my regular mechanic (he is always swamped and I needed my brakes done so that’s why I didn’t take it there to begin with) and they told me I needed new back brakes that they were worn completely down. When I told them I had just gotten them done last year they informed me my front brakes were new but my back brakes were not! I called Duffys and they said they but on new brakes and to bring it back in since they were under warranty. I declined. I am not bringing my car here again. To me they are untrustworthy.

This place was amazing owner and staff were top tier beyond friendly.fast and amazing work.gor my car totally safe legal tagged and on the road for me. It's a little drive for me but I will make that drive every time from now on. I won't go anywhere else

Called oneday when I had an emergency flat tire!! They picked up on the first call and sounded very friendly / professional and concerned. Came in I had my own tire & they were able to balance and mount it for me right away. They had a dog!!!! Omg. Named Finagin? Sweetest girl. Super fast service. Affordable priced. Friendly staff. Thank you so much!!! Def will return if I’m having any issues and I’m near the area.

I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced ASAP and Duffy’s was able to squeeze me in and knocked them out in no time! Fantastic service, fair price and super friendly staff! It’s refreshing to see a small family owned business that outshines and out performs the big chains that have overtaken the county. If you need service for you vehicle and don’t want to be taken advantage of or overcharged this is the shop for you! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Duffy’s for a job well done! Paying it forward! New-ish to the area and was looking for that local shop owner feel. Read the reviews and came in to address some maintenance issues. Phenomenal customer service and follow-up. Truck was in and out quickly and quality of work was excellent and fair pricing. Will absolutely use their services again when the need arises.

I am new to the area and decided to give a local shop a shot at fixing my jeep wrangler’s death wobble. I have had numerous shops look at it over the years and no one properly diagnosed and fixed the problem until Duffy’s. Nice people who actually take time to listen. Modern process for quoting and getting approval to perform work. I’m very impressed with Duffy’s Garage. I wish I could have found them long long ago. Highly recommend!

New to the area and looking for a local mechanic. This team truly stepped up to the plate! Not only did they hold to their timeline, they were looking out for my best interest and not a big payday. I have had poor results using various local automotive repair garages lately. I sent my 32 year old Jeep in for a clutch replacement. While I’m mechanically inclined, this wasn’t something I wanted to handle in my driveway at 50yrs old anymore. After a positive review from a friend, I decided to try them. The job took a little longer than anticipated, but this was due to having to wait for the appropriate lift for my lifted Jeep. The mechanics were spot on, and went the extra mile to assure this job went without any issues. They even fixed a snapped bolt from the last mechanic that worked on it, without batting an eye. I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys really took good care of me, especially considering this wasn’t a typical clutch replacement due to a customized vehicle. I’m not one to blindly trust anyone for service there’s days, but I whole heatedly recommend this shop, and I will definitely be returning, as well as referring people there after my experience. Thank you to the mechanics who worked on my knee this week, and so glad to be out enjoying it again. They are old school in customer service, and totally put the customer first. A rarity these days.

I wish I would have found this gem of a garage sooner than now. This is a very reasonably priced and honest mechanic. I brought both of my cars in for routine maintenance, and never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary services like the dealerships and many other shops. They only recommended work that was actually necessary, and actually do better quality work than a dealership. It's hard to find an honest mechanic, and I've finally found one. Also, the customer service is great and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Customer service is a big one for me. Customer is King. Treat them that way. Be nice. Ginny was super nice and so I chose Duffy's Garage over others. No upselling which I LOVE. The quote came within pennies of the actual cost. Finally, a garage I can TRUST! Hallelujah.

It is so hard to find mechanics that you feel are not only honest but are so customer friendly and personable. Duffy’s is by far the best garage I have ever worked with. They do what it takes to make the customer happy and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend!!

Ben, Marie, the technicians Collin and Chuck, and both tow truck drivers Rich and Ryan all treated me like family as soon as I met them. They all brought me into their amazing circle and provided the service and support I needed during one of the most difficult days of car ownership I have ever experienced. Bring your car here! You will not be disappointed. As an engineering manager with DeWalt I can personally and professionally vouch for this entire team. I needed a tire plug.All other garage's wanted me to leave my vehicle with at least a 5 hour wait.We were traveling from South Carolina. They took care of us in 10 minutes. Great service,great staff.

These guys are the best! And so convenient and communication is flawless! Always fair and honest....I had a hard time with my air conditioning system and the local Ford dealer attempted to fix it..but only did it half way with too many excuses... Ben and Collin knew exactly what had to be done and did it flawlessly at a reasonable rate! They have been working on our Ford vehicles exclusively now for the last year, and they are incredibly professional and courteous... it’s a delightful upgrade from the dealer! They even cross referenced my service records and gave me a complimentary oil change....which is a BIG deal for a 15 quart F350 6.7 Diesel engine! Thanks...and keep up the great work!

Place is one of a kind, in my opinion. I don't feel pressured or afraid to ask questions. They advise on only the things that need work and coming from this day and age that's rare. Ben who I usually work with is always communicative. From beginning to end! Great addition to the neighborhood!

Looks can be deceiving! If you think this is some corner mom and pop shop for a tire plug - THINK AGAIN (except the corner part)! Their equipment is top notch, and the mechanics I spoke to schooled me on tires (and I'm sort of a car guy). They fixed the problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. I have a new shop now, and it's only 2-3 miles away. Give 'em a try.

I needed a clutch replaced last min and they were able to get me in out fairly quickly for a very reasonable price and the quality of work is great. Collin is one of the best techs I know and I will be bringing both of my vehicles back for service.

The tensioner broke on my vehicle and I just wasn’t skilled enough to repair it myself. I called Ben and he had my car towed to the shop within an hour. The next morning he found I needed the water pump replaced too. I had a quote within minutes texted to me and by that afternoon the repairs were completed. 100% great service! Couldn’t have had a better experience elsewhere and the price was fantastic as well as affordable. Will definitely be doing all my business with Duffy’s from here on out.

Extremely pleased with my experiences from both Ben and Collin. Very easy to deal with when dropping cars off for service or ordering parts. Easily my favorite shop to deal with for all of my car’s needs. They installed 35in tires and some big old wheels on my Tacoma. They got it driving straight with there top of line alignment rack, no pull with the steering wheel perfectly centered. Also diagnosed faulty wheel speed sensor causing my entire dash to light up like a Christmas tree. They also got my fully adjustable suspension dialed in tight on my 1989 wagovan. You would be silly to take your car or truck anywhere else. Great service and pricing that wont brake the bank. Great jobs guys! See you next time.

When our Jeep wrangler would not start, we called Ben at Duffy's garage to take care of her. Ben was able to get her fixed up and tuned up in no time! He was excellent at communicating all the findings and was able to send detailed reports. He made sure we understood every step of the process. We will definitely be returning to Duffy's for any and all repair work that we need. Tha ks Ben for your hard work!

Ben and Colin are amazing. They have taken care of our vehicles for a number of years and are always professional and extremely trustworthy. There is no better garage to take your vehicles to anywhere. We can't thank them enough for everything they do.

This shop is amazing!!! they fixed my SUV which needed new brakes, and rotors, typically I go to Jones Junction and they quoted me almost $1,000!!! Duffy's was not even half that Thank you!!

First customer! They are the best. Honest owners, excellent staff. Got a hitch put on my vehicle for a bike rack. Did an excellent job. Went above and beyond, took the time to do some things they didn’t have to protect underneath of my car. Only place I take all my vehicles.
