We have gone into this store on two separate occasions, and I have to say my husband and I are very disappointed. The employees always treat us as an annoyance... We ask if they can look up items or help us find them and they say that they can't help us with that.

Was on vacation at Solomons and had to get my battery jumped. Made it up to the Lusby store. Brian tested my battery and installed a new one all within about 15 minutes. Very efficient, very good. Thank you.

Wide selection of parts, accessories, tools & cleaning supplies. Good & competitive prices & deals. Wish their sales associates went through more training, so they can help the customers better. Instead of just jumping onto the computer & hoping it has the answers they need.

I am not happy with advanced auto parts. Some how my card is linked to my gas rewards, no sure....I am unable to benefit from my ignorance...I will find another. I have had coupons and discounts I was unable to take advantage of because I am not savvy with Advanced Auto.

Helpful friendly staff not the biggest selection of stuff in store but they generally have most of what you'll need to get a job done.

Went in to buy a new battery and get the old one tested. Waited in line just like everyone else and once it was my turn, I was told I had to wait until they finished taking everyone else in line because I was getting a battery tested. This is not the first time that I’ve had to wait for them to finish everyone in line after me before I got service at the desk.

A good place for parts and tools in a pinch. The quality of tools are always subpar, and the prices usually can be beat, but if you use speed perks and specials you can get a good price (apparently they do price matching?).

This store re-sells returned used/opened/broken parts.... Bought a two way toggle switch that come to find out had been stapled shut and the switch was broken... Obviously this had already been purchased and returned because it was broke.. Instead of throwing it away, they re-sold it.

When to Advanced Auto for a quick diagnostic. They had no problem helping me out and ran a diagnostic test showing several codes that needed attention. Good service and good people! Thanks guys 👍

You have removed all of the items catalogs for your air filter for filters so now we have to wait in line to ask the associate what is the item number and where is it at. I am not in favor of this move so I probably will take my business to one of your competitors

Dillon, the nightshift manager, was extremely helpful with my core return and helping me find specific parts to help me finish my project truck, instead of pointing down the isle, he came from behind the counter and showed me exactly what I needed. He was very polite and respectful....good customer service is hard to find!

I briefly ran into Advanced Auto Parts looking for car air fresheners as a stocking stuffier. Store seemed to be organized, very clean, staff very polite.

Dylan was incredibly helpful & patient with me as I tried to come up with a quick-fix to get my truck back on the road. Great staff & organized store.

Staff was friendly and chatty. Very attentive to finding what I needed. Store is well laid out and clean. Parking is a little tight with a large truck.

Nice staff. Was very helpful. Needed to buy screws for license plate. Initially bought the wrong ones, but they made exchange no problem and let me borrow the screwdriver I needed to put them on.

I ordered in shop brake pads and in like 30 min online shoes for same type of car... I check with same shop back if they can bundle the two. THE ANSWER WAS NO.. WHY CAN'T HAVE FROM SAME PLACE THE ORDER DELIVERED OR HOME OR IN THE SHOP???

What a day is all I can say,up since four with work stuff ,late nite at soccer practice and then ..... Battery is dead .show up at 845 store closes at 9 no fuss they change my battery and was happy to due it .thank you so much advance auto great job 👍

Very friendly service, the manager Dawn, Jeff and John are great, im sure the other employees are the same but i usually deal with them cause there always there. I ordered a part from jeep dealer and while waiting on my part i was trying to bypass my compressor without adapter, i was in advance 5 times getting different belt sizes that would render my problem, they dont offer a belt without air conditioning so i was trying different sizes. They grinned when i kept coming back for another size,but as usual they were very helpful and curtious. I did manage to find one that worked and im on the road,waiting on my part from jeep, but with their help im driving my jeep

They have an employee their name Brady each time I've called or I've gone in there he's been exceptional he's been great he helps me Far and Beyond couldn't ask for better service

Advance Auto Parts in Lusby is my first choice when I'm working on an automotive project I like the fact that I can order part apply the discounts and then show up an hour later and they've got my parts pulled and waiting for me there on the counter saves a tremendous amount of time

Great location and great knowledgeable staff. Motorcycle battery died while out on the road. The staff got me back on the road in a hurry. Great staff on site at this Advance Auto location.

The employees are always so helpful everytime my husband and I go. Very good prices on random items that may be needed in a garage or work area. Plus the fast store to store shipping if they do not have a part in stock.

I am from Pennsylvania, and decided to go on a trip. Well half way through my trip I blew a fuse on the cigarette lighter. It's almost closing time, and Pete not only comes out and checks the fuses, but also shows me how to change the fuse and where spare fuses are typically stored in my car. Seriously no matter where I travel to, I know I can always count on the service of Advance Auto!! Thanks again Pete, seriously saved the day.

I've lived in Lusby my whole life and i enjoy working on cars as a hobby. when i got the news that Lusby was getting an auto parts store i was thrilled! before advanced auto i had to travel to prince frederick or St.Marys for parts. with that being said, i'm happy that we now have a store local. i visit this store at least 3-4 times a week, hell sometimes that may trips in a day, so i know who to talk to and ask for assistance. BUT, recently it appears that the store has hired more and more employees that are absolutely clueless about their job..... i mean if you work in an auto parts store you should have some common knowledge about vehicles as a whole. it just frustrates me at times when i'm there being waited on, and talking to someone on the other side of the register that's clueless as can be about customers concerns and questions.
