Just had to get a new battery and was in and out of there in less than 20 mins with a new battery and back on the road. Employee was very professional and efficient! Great customer experience.
So there were 3 employees and one was sitting around...was he on break? Should have been out back if he was...an older gentleman looked up a part for me one was a light bulb.....i go to look for it and i tell him thats not it....he does not know how to properly look stuff up.....left $250 worth of stuff on the counter and walked out...people make mistakes but he didnt want to look stupid in front of the younger employee....well i went upnthe street to Advanced and the customer service was night and day differance....sometimes you cant give your money to a location and have to move on...they have 1 realy good outgoing Black young man there thats great at AutoZone everyone else needs training in customer service

This weekend I took my dead car battery in to the AutoZone in Edgewater for them to test and (hopefully) charge overnight. But, when I returned the next day, the staff could not find my battery. After searching extensively, the staff provided me with a free replacement.
I have long been impressed with the cordial, friendly staff at this store, but their willingness to go the extra mile to insure my happiness is rare. Thanks guys, I will continue to trust you to meet (and exceed) my automotive needs. 👏👏
Beyond rude to female customers 3 people staffed and they had time to walk around the store but didn’t have time to check a engine light would not recommend this location at all
I did not get the man’s name who helped me today 7/26, but I just have to say this was a very pleasant experience! I came in for a battery check and installation and I was helped immediately! I was in and out within 15 minutes. A knowledgeable and very helpful team! Thank you!

Waiting on an associate to mind the counter was ridiculous. I waited almost 10min before the gentleman acknowledged me. While on the phone he never asked me too give him a moment. Poor customer service at its best!
Convenient location. Large variety of vehicle-related stock from essential engine fluids to decorative accessories and lots in between. Good selection of parts -- the items I came for were readily available and reasonably priced.
The local car dealer service center told me my battery was critically low and should be replaced. My plan instead was to have AZ replace my battery. Before they sold me a battery though, the staff members tested it, and boy was I glad for that! It tested full power and no replacement needed!

they cant get you the right part after you explain to them 100 times about the part. you think they do this all day. my thing is if there education is so limited the need to stop acting as if the know more than the person who is actually working on the car.
I previously rated this place good, not great. But I take that back as of tonight and give it a big ol' 0 if i could.
My family my friends and I frequent this autozone, due to the fact that I live in edgewater. I walked in there tonight with my wife and we grabbed what we needed and headed to checkout. Immediately, I looked for a spot where I could checkout.
I made eye contact with a heavier set middle aged black male (worker) and he had mumbled something to me, but since I'm a disabled partially deaf VETERAN I didn't hear exactly what he said. He then said again, "cash or card" in a very rude and condescending voice, him not knowing I'm partially deaf at 26 years old. I said "oh, card" he proceeded to checkout my items without asking anything or even for my phone number because I like adding up points and also having a digital receipt.
This is the 3RD TIME I came into this autozone without getting asked anything from anyone and not getting asked my email by the SAME dude.
Anyways, I said "thanks for asking me for my email" and he proceeded to say, "we only ask if it's over 20$ hehe". That's not right and also not true, this was an absolute joke. Calm yourself down and don't talk back to a customer first of all. Second of all you're a worker, you should be catering to US.
I don't know if it's a requirement that you guys hire disrespectful workers or without any customer or car experience but DO BETTER AUTOZONE. We have 14 cars and we know alot of car people in the Annapolis area.
You guys are going to lose ALOT of business with this VERY poor quality of customer service. My 19 year old brother could 100% do a better job than the people working at this location. I'm highly disappointed and it's going to be very very difficult for my family and my friends to come back to this location. Especially towards someone who just got out of the Navy and served this country, for people to treat me like this.
I went early on a Sunday morning to find a very friendly and helpful gentleman named “Chappy” I needed a front left headlight bulb. He installed it and even cleaned off the corrosion on the battery.
Super nice guy! I highly recommend this auto parts n applaud its’ amazing staff.

It was the most bizarre and horrible customer service experience I’ve ever had. Literally! Take your business to an auto parts store that cares for their customers. What a joke the employee with the white truck is! God Bless him.
Trash customer service 🗑... If I was you I would take your business to another location where employees (Andre/manager) treat you with respect and not as if you're inconveniencing them. Especially when they give you an INCORRECT part (didn't work) that they continue to argue is universal. The attitude alone is enough for me to never shop there again. If you need anything automotive, I would highly recommend NAPA and Advanced Auto!
Manager on duty on 1/12/2024 @ 3:45 p.m. with no name tag on refused to return an item "because he didn't have enough money" with a receipt. Things change in life. Vehicles and items that never were able to be used before the changes. Where's the customer service here?? As a manager of previous jobs before becoming disabled in a car accident I would have went to the safe and gave the customer their money back. Do not recommend this store just on personnel alone.

The staff at this AutoZone is always friendly and helpful. The manager Andre was very helpful and searched the shelves for the oil filter I needed. It was hiding in the wrong spot. Then he gave my 3 year old a toy car. It made his day!
Just had the most pleasant experience at this store. I was dealing with a young lady name Siobhan, boy did she know her stuff! I know nothing about cars but had to get some parts. She was friendly, never condesending, knew exactly what I needed and even carried it out to the car for me. She deserves a gold star!

I came to this store from Annapolis because I learned that they install wipers. The young man behind the counter installed the wipers. Then the boss informed me that they will read the "code" on my car. The car had a check engine light on. I took the info from the code to my mechanic and it turned out to be very helpful and enabled me to get the car fixed for free!
GREAT STORE AND STAFF! The moment I walked all employees were cheerful and helped me find what I needed while making great recommendations. Huge inventory of stuff! Pam, the manager, personally installed new windshield wipers because I didn't know how. Awesome people, hard to find good customer service like this.
I just rated The attendant at this auto store was not very helpful. She was more interested in her cell phone, the texting she was doingand listening to the mariachi music than attending to a customer's need. She also did not talk loud enough so the customer could hear.
I went in today to get a code reader because my old BMW’s service engine soon light came on and it was abnormally shaking and vibrating while driving. The staff was AMAZING! So friendly and wanted to help me without upselling me. They helped me through the entire process of reading the codes, identifying the problem, helping me get the correct part, and told me how to install a replacement ignition coil. I called several mechanics and they quoted me at $200 for labor alone per coil. My BMW has 6 cylinders, which would need 6 coils. AutoZone saved me $1,200. I bought the $40 part and replaced it myself after consulting the employees. I watched a 4 minute YouTube video and put in some elbow grease. Thank you guys! You all were amazing and so helpful. I am so grateful!
My car battery died and I came in the store seeking help. Mr. Ronny and Ms. Heather promptly aided me and my wife and exhibited excellent customer service. They were very nice, patient and informative! They explained to me in great detail the issues with my vehicle and Mr. Ronny fixed it right in the spot. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and I will be referring my family and friends to this Auto Zone location. Excellent job!
Spoke to Bill on the phone today, my serpentine belt went out and I needed a new one. He was very helpful and prompt making sure that the part was in stock and that they did physically have it. He walked me through getting it warrantied and making sure it was ready for pick up. He also took the info of who was picking it up for me so I didn't have to borrow a car or risk driving mine further. He was great about providing accurate store hours as well (it's a holiday weekend) so I knew exactly when I could pick it up.
Really great service, and the part was affordable. 5/5.
