On 11-17-25 I went to Advance Auto Parts in Crofton for a Truck battery Issue I had for a couple of weeks I was working with Dayquan & Collins the battery tested defective they check the warranty on the battery and installed a new battery Thank you Both for your excellent customer service and professionalism 👍👍

Mike is very attentive and kind. The Liqui Moly cans are not dented like other stores. Give this store a visit! Thank you!

How lucky are we in Crofton to have Advance Auto parts with people like Jay providing top tier excellent customer service. On more than one occasion now Jay has going above and beyond on a bad car day, as a result hands down advanced Auto parts in Crofton has my loyalty. I normally sort of flip flop based on convenience and traffic as to where I go for my auto parts and supply needs, but not anymore. He's also extremely knowledgeable and shares that information with customers, I would trust that if I sent my niece over to ask a question or get help looking for a car part, that he would point her in the right direction. Customer trust is rare these days. I hope management sees this and gives that man a raise or at least a paid day off! Thanks Jay and advance Auto parts for coming through in a pinch.

I'm writing this review for Jay he was a blessing today he was working on someone else's car, and he told me he would take care of me as soon as he finished with her. He was very helpful to the both of us. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could give him ten stars

I had a check engine light. He gave me the code but there was no printout. This should have been five stars

Just left and what a great experience. I came in yesterday looking for VR1 oil for my 68 mustang and they didn’t have any. I came back today and was gonna get 10w30 and do a zinc additive. With out my asking the store rep ordered the product for me and had it ready for me when o arrived. Top tier A+++++++ Service ! Well done!

Excellent store and service, better than the couple of miles down the road. I usually always find what I need to service my cars, and if they don't have it, they usually can find and get it very quick. In over last 7 years, I have seen many employees change, but almost all have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check the coupon before heading over, as sometimes the website has better offer for the same product than what is advertised in store.

I couldn’t find the right size for my license plate screw/nit and the employees that were working helped me find something that was a temporary fix even though they didn’t have my size in stock. I really appreciated it. Great guys!

I prefer this store over the others around but they consistently show things in stock online that are not in the store and I can't rely on them anymore. Basic things they are great for though.

We had a very good experience in this place. People who work there is very attentive and nice. Is not a huge place, but you can find a lot of things there! Certainly if we need we will be back!

Bought a $50 set of rims and ask the guy inside for a rubber mallet and flathead screwdriver. He tells me he has them for sale. Every auto parts store I’ve been to lends these things to put them on. Then I ask the guy if he recycles the rims and he tells me to put them in the trash. I put them in the trash can and he takes them out in front of me, saying he said he told me to put them in the back trash can! All these places are run by insolent teenagers This generation lacks basic customer service . Same at the other auto parts store—Autozone— but this was much worse for

Came in for headlights and had some trouble with connecting it. Jay came out multiple times to assist and make sure we were OK. I appreciated the help and knowledge on the right bulbs.

Used this store a lot but because of rude staff I will not be coming back. I came in the man oat the counter seemed very disinterested in helping, never made eye contact asked a question and he answered and I asked another question which I guess another him and he raised his voice at me. I looked at him and said “it seems like you’re having a bad day and I hope your day gets better” he still didn’t make eye contact or even acknowledge what I said and so I left. Disappointing because they were closer but I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to a different auto parts store in the future there are plenty in the area who have staff who care for speaking to people in a respectful manner.

Needed a new battery and was recommended this location. The staff were polite and willing to explain things as they helped me select a battery, and installed it. Even explained what information I would need to save in case I needed to make a warranty claim.

We thought we had a bad battery and went to the Crofton store - Store 8849 and met Jay who was amazing! He came out to our car, tested the battery, showed us the read out and explained why our battery might be on its last leg, we bought a battery and he didn’t try to upsell us. He installed the battery promptly and was amazingly polite! All employers should have employees who are so great - they would have more customers than they need!

I went in for advice regarding my air conditioning system. They were clueless and told me to go to a mechanic. I went to AutoZone and both gentlemen knew so much more and helped me a great deal. So I won't be going to this Advance Auto for advice, only for parts and items I already know how to find and request myself.

The Crofton Advanced gives next level customer service. Both attendants were very attentive and knowledgeable. I brought my daughters car in and they got me all the way straight. Hooked me up with Oil change pack on sale that gave me more freebies on a promotion. Got 3 items for the price of the one I came looking for. This is my official store now!!

The Advanced Auto Parts right on 301 S is pretty convienent. They always have what I need. I even bought a portable battery that was on sale for about $85 and it was worth every penny. The store does have a rust-like smell though.

When I walked in with my battery I was kindly greeted by Nicholas! He was extremely kind and the energy he had made the experience great. His customer service is on point! I will definitely come back to this location when I need to get parts!

Only went to this location out of convenience about 3 years ago to order a air filter which was not in stock on the floor. The filter was to be shipped to the store, then with a call I would be notified via my cell. It never happened within a week so I rolled up there. Bottom line never received my air filter for my Patriot or money back on my credit card. First time in my life where I've never been able to get my money refunded or at least the intended purchased item.

Great Customer Service! I needed winshield wipers for my car and never bought them before. Guys at Advanced helped me find the correct replacement on their charts and explained the difference between the different brands. I bought a set and then they installed them for me! What a great buying experience!
