Went into Mr tire with some questions before making a purchase. They answered all my questions and it turned into a tire purchase, alignment and oil change in the same day

The call center and the business aren't on the same page with appointments so it's a waste of time and gas apparently

This place is pathetic, went here with a tire going low. Zero cars in the shop but they say they can’t look at it until tomorrow. Highly recommend you do waste your time with these guys

I had a tire emergency just ahead of a snow storm. We walked into Mr Tire and Nicholas and staff were so helpful and efficient and kind. They installed four new tires within two hours. All set. They gave professional advice and took care of my car. I really appreciated the ease and reassurance. It was also good to see the staff consult with each other and collaborate regarding the best choice of tire for my vehicle. Deep gratitude for everything.

Went in for tire rotation, tried to sell me new tires which were not needed so when they couldn't soak me for that, they told me I needed new rotors. When asked if they could be " turned down" I was told no. They swindled $515.00 from me and didn't even throw the old rotors in the trunk! Yeah, wonder why? So I could clearly see they didn't need replaced at all @22K miles! Never Again will I darken that doorstep!

I think 145.00 for a oil change is ridiculous especially when you didnt get all the service that was included. Making excuses of why I shouldn't get my tires rotated just tl see if I wanted to buy new ones when they practically new not a year old. To tell me that the oil change was 98.00 then there is all these ridiculous fees. My first time there and it will be my last time.

Beware. They don't honor confirmed appointments through their website. Told me that you can't depend on their online booking and that they couldn't squeeze us in, even though they also advertise walk ins. Dont take your chances with Mr. Tire, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My experience started when I called to see if they had tires available for my car. The man on the phone was very knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. He got me in the shop on a Sunday because I had an inconvenient flat tire. Price was about the same as other shops around the area. The waiting room was very comfortable.

$70 bucks to mount and balance a tire seriously. Other places are half the price. Opportunity given opportunity lost. Look else where.

Turner was helpful in getting our damaged tire repaired the same day. He was polite and clear on the timing.

Fantastic and quick service for a fair price. No place else local is open Saturday except the way more expensive dealerships. They will always get my business ! Update: another trip to Mr Tire Lavale to have rear brakes checked. Turned out only a cleaning was needed !! Props to the staff; some places would have replaced the pads even wh3n not necessary. A Very Happy Customer !!!

Bought new tires from them and they didn't balance. My tires correctly Therefore, it made my tires wear out a lot faster than a they should have . And they still are under warranty.

The experience was overall pretty good. The man that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered to all my questions. I was very surprised at the cost for just one tire it was over $100 more than where I found it online or at any other place. On a Sunday with your establishment was open on a Sunday, which was a wonderful convenience. The price was shocking because of all the add-ons with over $100 for an alignment and almost $40 for protection on each tire. Overall, it was a good experience and I was very thankful that you were open on Sundays. The price was just a little higher than what I wanted to pay, over $310 for one tire.

A tire went flat from a nail while I was driving on Rt 68. Sponaugle Towing, who was awesome, recommended Mr. Tire. They too were awesome ! It was a 2nd nail in the same tire in a short time. As all tires were wearing thin, they were able to replace all 4 and have me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Tire of LaVale.

Came in to service a tire that went super flat on a work trip. Went there with a price in mind and ended up paying half of the intended price. The guys there were super straightforward and respectful and clearly there for the craft of cars.

The customer service was great. I was traveling and they were about to close, the found the issue with my tire and had me back on the road I'm under 10 minutes.

Attendant at front desk was very rude and impolite. When asked about an online coupon for the oil change, he said all we have is the rebate. I had to inquire about how to receive it and he said go in the other room and take a picture of the QR code. He neglected to inform me that there was another code needed along with that to show purchase. The price for full synthetic is simply outrageous. $124. for a small Toyota Corolla. He acted even more put out after he attempted to say that I needed a new tires due to mild wear on the tread and I told him I was going to wait. They also tried to sell me new brakes, Which were not near the end of their life either. This guy acted personally put out that I didn’t go to buy new tires and brakes like he has stock in the company or something. All in all extremely overpriced and I felt terrible about the whole experience.

I needed immediate help for a fugitive screw that took up residence in my drivers side front tire. They were able to help me and get me in and out in no time. Friendly staff. Great work! They earned a customer for life.

Although they advertise walk ins I was told it better to schedule an appointment and come back. The oil change service was quick I didn’t have to wait long. However the oil change was to include a tire rotation which I asked for. Realized two days later they did not rotate my tires (just had one replaced due to a nail) and the same tire is in the same spot. Will call back when they are open and hope they will perform the rotation as I asked.

We were traveling and needed a tpms stem replaced. They squeezed us into their schedule and made the repair. Also for peace of mind they checked our other tires. Couldn't be happier with the staff and technician.

Mr. Tire in LaVale, MD is AWESOME! Turner was so helpful finding us a tow for our flat and the specific sport tires (low profile) we needed for our Tesla. We were just passing through and were not familiar with the area. Turner found us a quick tow via JT Customs and Mr. Tire had the tires we needed. We really got lucky, thanks to Turner! It was nice getting back home safely. Mr. Tire staff was incredibly helpful and professional. A great end to a scary experience!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Mr. Tire while traveling with my family from Ohio to Washington. We got a flat tire during our trip, and I stopped at Mr. Tire hoping for a quick fix so we could continue our journey safely. I explained to the staff, including the manager, that I was traveling with my family and kids, and this was an emergency situation. Unfortunately, instead of offering any help, the manager simply said, “I can’t help you today. I can give you an appointment for tomorrow.” This was incredibly frustrating, especially since it was a simple tire issue that could’ve been fixed quickly. There was no compassion or effort to assist us despite the urgency of the situation. This is not the kind of treatment you expect from a business that claims to care about customers. I will not be returning to Mr. Tire, and I strongly suggest others think twice before relying on them—especially in emergencies. They clearly lack basic customer service and empathy. These guys were great. I sat in the waiting area (comfortable and warm) and could over hear a lot of phone calls and conversations and all of their customers were treated honestly and respectfully. They did a quick oil change for me and I felt the price was reasonable and it included tire rotation and a few checks to make sure everything was running properly. Even though they are quite busy, it is a well run shop. I’ll be getting all my oil changes here.

I have to thank two men for outstanding service that potentially saved my life when they kindly helped me out with one service and ultimately did another by revealing the dangerous condition they found my car in. They did me great service, removing the undercarriage of my car that was dragging and in doing so discovered that the frame of my car was hanging by a thread through rust. They brought this to my attention and now I can't thank them enough because the possibilities could have costed me my life in the future. Thank you kind and good sirs.

On the first leg of a long camping trip we noticed an issue with our brakes. Called Mr Tire from the campground at Rocky Gap and they told us to come right over. Staff there is awesome! Friendly and super knowledgeable. Found a big issue with the brakes and one of our tires. We were back on the road in 2.5 hours. Thank you Craig and your staff for excellent service.
